The staff here are amazing! Especially the guys at the front, running your suit case, opening your doors, smiling the whole time! Great stay!

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is bar none from the moment you check in, complete with fresh chocolate chip cookies to free bottled water and/or coffee. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The concierges were so attentive from valet parking to carrying your luggage. Everything about this place smacks of luxury. Add to that, it’s in downtown Bend so it’s convenient to walk everywhere you want to go. If you ever visit Bend, this is for sure the place to stay.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. The staff is soooo friendly and they go above and beyond their duties. We requested an early check in so that we could get ready for our wedding that evening and they were very accommodating. They even furnished us with a bottle of champagne in our refrigerator.

We made a last minute reservation and the hotel was extremely accommodating. It was the best night of sleep I’ve had in awhile. Great vibes, clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff. It’s close walking distance to a lot of great places (Hello, delicious gelato! ). I regret not looking into their mattress information because I want one.

The place is very nice. The employees are professional and cordial. The room is in pristine condition when you arrive and provided a homely experience to those who desire a nice rest.

Always a great experience. Clean rooms. Great underground bar. Wonderful staff. I dunno about the pets allowed thing but I guess there’s a lot of folks in need of their pet fix while traveling. My wife’s allergic to pet dander but so far she’s not had any negative reaction over the years we’ve enjoyed revisiting this great little hotel. So we will be back again.

This place is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are huge! Comfy beds, very eco-friendly and the rooms are very nice and stocked with thoughtful touches. In room coffee is a French press!

Lovely room with a balcony just large enough to people watch from. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the TVs have a fireplace and aquarium channel. Complimentary (local) teas are exquisite, and there was a French press and electric kettle in my room. Small minifridge with internal freezer, extra seating space within the room. Bathroom had a deep tub and separate shower. Hotel restaurant was welcoming, tasteful, and tasty. Smaller menu than a standard restaurant, but with some less common items like pineapple juice. My only complaint was that the fitness room, and attached hot tub and sauna, was closed during my stay, though the hotel offered complimentary passes to the local fitness center.

Only two flaws with this otherwise outstanding hotel. The bed is not very comfortable, I expect better from a hotel of this caliber. Also, no windows can be opened in the room so the air seems "stale".

Really fantastic hotel. The staff was really friendly, the rooms were very nice. The bed and the pillows we're the best I have ever had in a hotel (they give you the option of 4 different pillow types). Solid fitness center and amenities, I will definitely go back to this hotel.

I love working with the Oxford! If you need to put on an event, conference, whatever, you just cant ask for a better staff to work with. I especially like Paul. He anticipates my needs, and is always on top of his work, making my life much less stressful. The serving staff is also very professional and polite. I LOVE THIS PLACE, and so will you!

This is a world class hotel and the staff are upbeat, friendly, and make sure every detail is taken care of. The hotel has a luxury casual feel that is synonymous with the Bend vibe. Located in downtown Bend it is close to restaurants, bars, the Tower Theater, and other attractions. We were there for an extended stay and Katie at the front desk went out of her way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable Special mention also for Steve, Charlie, and the other valets who are al…ways ready to assist in any way they can. The 10 Below Restaurant is great for a quick bite or a full meal. My personal favorite on the dinner menu is the Angel Hair Pasta with Pacific Prawns. They also have the best house red that I have tasted in quite some time. There is also an open airy fitness area that has a good range of equipment and weights, plus a whirlpool tub, sauna, and steam room.

We loved this hotel. Great, friendly staff and lovely decor. They love dogs, too. We'll be back!

High end cozy hotel in the heart of Bend. Hotel is like what you hope your living room to look like: welcoming, cozy and with an expensive taste vibe: fireplace in the lobby, beautiful Christmas decorations, a welcoming staff. Great bar downstairs and modern restaurant. Hotel has a gym, sauna and steam room. The best part of all: each room comes with a French press and delicious coffee!

Very nice hotel with a classy but homely feel. It is one of those places that you wouldn't mind staying in for an extended period. Staff were very nice. Rooms were very nicely furnished, they even had different types of pillows as options!

Literally didn't get even a get half an hour straight of sleep. The rooms were hot and stuffy, so I had to have the fan on. The fan went on every 20-30 minutes and stopped and started. Each time it restarted it made loud banging and popping noises. The hotel is attractive, but my god I'm exhausted and feel like that was the worst stay in a hotel I've ever had sadly. Bring ear plugs, or else I hope you don't have this experience. You will need the fan, as there is no air circulation. Bring your own pillow, they are either like a solid concrete slab or a clustered soft pillow.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. The people are extremely kind and accommodating, and the amenities are luxurious. The hotel is eco-friendly and human-friendly: it runs entirely on renewable energy, they implement sustainable practices wherever possible, and they avoid using chemical scents and harsh cleaners in the rooms. Even most of the building materials used in its construction are eco-friendly, and safe for sensitive individuals. This is how a hotel should be!

Pillow menu was the first thing that I read in my room. Nice staff. My room was not cleaned by the time that I was back. (around 12 pm) Nice sauna, do note that you will have to turn it on before usage because it will turn off as there is a timer which controls the sauna. Nice workout facility. They have some amazing chocolate chip cookies! There is an ATM about 500 meters away too. A nice place to stay!

My relatives stayed at The Oxford while they were visiting. They really enjoyed their stay! They said the cleaning services were incredibly fast. The staff was very friendly towards me while I waited for my relatives in the lobby. The lobby was clean and the decor was lovely.

My husband and I went for late night cocktails and dessert. We were both very pleased with everything. Drinks were delicious. I was the only eating desert which was the bread pudding. It was amazing with a scoop of ice cream. The comfort of seating and the atmosphere to just enjoy our time there was definitely worth it.

Best hotel I've stayed at in memory. Love the ability to make my own french press coffee in the room. The bathroom and amenities were superb and clean. Everything was high end. Would definitely stay here again.

We always have a good time when we are there. Great atmosphere. Great service. All the food and cocktails are perfect. It's my favorite spot to go to. Especially when they have happy hour twice every night. It's always a good time.

The Oxford is easily one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. It might be because it's slightly out of my affordability and I have been fortunate enough to stay there for work and for a mini-honeymoon in December. That being said, I was blown away at the staff, the decor, the quality of everything and especially the location. I would stay there every time I visit bend if I could.

First visit to the Oxford, went to the restaurant for the Mother's day brunch. Lovely atmosphere and good food. Staff was polite and and eager to help.

The Oxford Hotel was a very professional place. I went here for my senior prom and it was outstanding! I was immediately greeted at the door, very beautiful rooms, and it was just overall a very well run place.

Had lunch… Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend asking about the 10-10-10 (a daily changing $10 offering of lunch specials). They also usually always have Hop Venom from Boneyard on tap, a must try & one of my favorite beers!

Great rooms and staff. A little on the expensive side, but it is in Bend and it is Boutique! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Oxford Hotel in June 2015 for 3 nights. The accommodations are first rate! Beautiful room, very attentive staff. Fitness room was on the 7th floor… beautiful views. We also dined in the restaurant 10below and the food and drinks were excellent! Happy hour was great… enjoyed the smoked duck tacos! Located downtown next to everything. If you are looking for a superb place to stay in Bend, stay at the Oxford!

This place is amazing for the price! The front desk was super helpful, and when someone in my party had a upset stomach room service brought the best mashed potatoes and sprite up ON THE HOUSE. The rooms are spacious and modern. Two large flat screen TVs made having teenagers with me a breeze. The bathtubs make a mom wanna move in. I could go on and on… but as someone who spends a lot of time in high end hotels this one was great!
