Nice place, clean rooms and a decent price.

Worst hotel in Bend. The management has purposely posted a no vacancy sign on 23Jun2021 because the Bend police were terminating the homeless folks on Emerson. Really disgusting management that would do something like that. Please boycott!

They charged our credit card even though they lost our reservation. When we arrived they told us that no reservation under that name or credit card number existed and they were completely booked. I spelled my last name out and had the front desk check multiple times. We ended up sleeping on the floor in someone’s garage. Then we received the credit card statement and they charged us! So I called and was told we were marked as a no show. That’s a complete lie. My entire family witnessed this mistake. I would avoid this place at all costs!

They have no understanding they want your money an you to ve as little trouble as possible. No wonder all the other hotels I beems at since have had steady buisness an they haven't.

Updated rooms are nicer, but still nothing fantastic. Water pressure for the shower is unimpressive, but still managed to be more than the drain could handle in my last room. The breakfast also seems to have gotten weaker at least as far as the packaged pastry selection goes. As others have noted, parking can be very challenging if they're full with the shared lot. They ask for your car and plate number, but I don't think I've ever seen any form of enforcement.

Basic clean motel with a reasonable rate. Nice, knowledgeable desk staff. Room was very clean. Bathroom had been recently updated, so was very good. Everything worked well. I will consider this place again next time.

Surprising! They’ve done some fairly recent updates to the rooms — linoleum hardwood floors, newly painted walls, better beds. The room was really clean and comfortable, the AC worked great and kept the room cool. The only real downsides are the parking — if you arrive late at night it can be difficult to find parking near your room or even at all, and secondly it’s one of those hotels with outside access, meaning the rooms are not located inside of one large building with hallways. I was woken about 5am by some extremely rude and loud people right outside of my door. Other than those 2 issues, I honestly couldn’t complain! Great price, great location to the Old Mill district, and fairly decent rooms.

Lots of parking. Clean well lit rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Heated outdoor pool. Will definitely stay again.

The desk lady was very pleasant I think her name was Sandi. My room was decent had wooden floors and a window in the bathroom that faced a 5 guys burger joint and I think a sub place. Walgreens too. The water pressure in the sink was very strong like a fire hydrant but the toilet took many flushes and the shower was a trickle. I don't feel clean with low flow shower heads. I like they have a bathtub tho. My room lacked hair conditioner and lotion and I got bit by something before going to sleep which made me paranoid that I barely could sleep throughout the night. I am not one to complain because I got a discounted room and I figure I get what I pay for and am grateful that I had a discount from a friend. Luckily it was only 1 bite.

Lives up to the name. Basic accommodation at a budget price. Rooms were clean but not fancy. In room fridge, but no in room safe. Continental breakfast included but very basic — toast, mini muffins, bananas, juice and coffee. Front desk staff was friendly but not in a rush and frequent long lines.

Room was clean and comfortable. I was in a corner room on the 2nd floor was was very quiet. However, that particular room didn’t have a bath, only a shower. Breakfast selection was pretty poor, there wasn’t even cold cereal.

Great location and room is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is the same as what pretty well everywhere offer for this type of board. You could easily pay more somewhere else to get the same as you get here.

Location is convenient, but other than that I do not recommend. Staff is not friendly at all and the hotel is old and dirty. Way better options in Bend.

The space was clean and quiet. It is a great value for the budget cost. The staff was nice and welcoming. I had zero issues with this stay! I would recommend for someone visiting Bend on a budget. It is in a great location — 10-15 min walk to the downtown area. There are a few places to eat and a grocery store all right next to the hotel!

Location is very easy to find and is conveniently located close to downtown Bend. There is a bit of road noise as it's right on the main street through Bend. The room wasn't too bad. The TV connections need to be updated for a better picture and the blankets on the bed need to be thicker but overall the room was nice. The walls are a little thin and our room was right next to the stairs so we could hear everyone coming and going. Not a bad place for the price and would probably stay here again.

This was a very CLEAN and nice property. The rooms have been updated, quality towels (which I like), new furniture, floors, etc. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were higher-end also. Compared to other properties in this class, yeah, it deserved 5 Stars. I would definitely stay here again.

Not there fault but from 1am till 2am we had telling, screaming, door slaming neighbors. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Nice hot water, coffee, microwave and fridge in the room.

The price is that of Motel 6 but the inside of the rooms is very nice and looks like hotels of higher prices. Everything was clean and a small, free breakfast bar is provided to guests.

Definitely a good bargain. The room was better than I expected for the price. The amenities are a little dated. The bed was quite comfortable. They do accept does, but the rooms don't smell like dogs. The walls are thin, so be prepared to be woken up by your neighbors if you're a light sleeper.

This place is fantastic! Inexpensive, but very clean and nice. No bedbugs or anything. Bathtoom was clean. The staff were kind, and they provided some breakfast items in the morning in the office (muffins, toast, oatmeal). Located in a nice area: not right next to the street, but close to Walgreens and other stores+restaurants. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area!

I travel to Bend at least once a year for vacation and I ALWAYS stay at this location each time. This Econo Lodge is affordable, convenient, and has friendly staff; plus numerous amenities that add that extra touch for your stay. I have booked online and as a walk in, and both times it was a streamlined process with all my information readily available and rooms ready when they stated they would be. Having stayed here often over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of staying in both ground floor and the upper level rooms. Both have been clean, supplied, and with easy access from the car to the door. Seriously, I won’t stay at another location in Bend, and I am already looking forward to my next vacation and stay at this awesome Hotel. Don’t take my word for it though, stop by and see for yourself!

Nice hotel in Bend Oregon. We arrived here with prior booking on the famous 2017 total solar eclipse. Everything was good for 1 day stay, not sure how it will be for prolonged stay though.

Checked into my room and the door was broken as though someone had kicked it in. Asked for a better room, and I was rudley told I could stay at another hotel. Of course this is the middle of the week where the hotel was absolutely empty. I just wanted a different room. Very rude. Unclean and they let people park on the street and live right out your bathroom window. Not the safest feeling.

Decently renovated room but hotel was pretty noisy. Parking lot stayed active until late and the walls were paper thin. I could hear every movement from the people above me, which didn't stop until sometime after 1am. : (

Cheap, clean, helpful staff and few blocks from restaurants and breweries. Me and my friends stayed here for a night and we had no complaints. The roo was clean, bathroom was nice and beds comfortable.

This is a budget hotel in the middle of Bend Oregon. The rooms are big and clean. Our room had a refrigerator. There are plenty of parking. Breakfast was very basic: coffee, pastry, oatmeal and fruits. The staffs were very nice. We forgot something in our room when we checked out. They emailed us and offered to mail it back to us.

Great staff and always clean. Property is older, but in good condition. Kids love the pool. Great value. We stay everytime we go through Bend.

It was okay for one night. Clean and comfortable beds. The room smelled like old pizza and the floor was pretty dirty. Very very simple breakfast.

Staff was great! Super accommodating and friendly. Very clean room, newly remodeled. Location isn't fantastic but it's close to the interstate. You can tell the owner/manager takes pride in what they're doing which means a lot to me at least. I would stay here again!

Not fancy but the price was fantastic. Recently remodeled with new floors and great location. Staff and owner really care and do what they can to accommodate your visit as long as you are a compliant guest. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. The room was adequate for the price paid, though the cleanliness could have been improved. Found a pubic hair on the bathroom door — not quite sure how it got in that location. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. No milk, no hot water for oatmeal. Just a little bit of orange juice, dry cereal, and prepackaged muffins.

Fraudulent hotel. Charged me $250 for smoking in the room when I do not smoke and my fiance, who does smoke, went out to the corner by the street to smoke! Accused me of burns in the room. All this after the assistant manager did a walk through with us and said there was no smoke in the room and that they weren't going to charge us. frauds. Do not stay here.

Clean rooms, affordable and quiet. Can't ask for much more than that.

Room was very clean and nice for the price. Had ground floor room. Would pick second floor if I came again. Room above us had children and adults who took a long time to settle in for the night, after midnight. Hard surface floors don't muffle sound. We had a King size bed, non smoking room. The smell of cleaning agent was very strong. Please change the ratio of formula its to strong smelling. If your bothered by smells this place would not work for you. We opened windows and doors and ran the air conditioner. But scent still remained. Staff was nice. Breakfast was a bonus. Not fancy. But filled the tummy. Convenient location to food, shopping and breweries.

The people here were so friendly! Easy to talk to, understanding of my current situation. Rooms were nice, clean and I felt comfortable there. Sarah Jean that works the front desk is so sweet! There's a gentleman that works there too, I never caught his name but he is a maintenance guy. He was also very nice and both were very welcoming and made me want to come back! Much better than the Bend Value Inn. I would recommend this place to anyone! Very happy with this hotel!

Stayed a week. Staff was very nice explained everything. Breakfast every morning coffee, could use some vanilla creamer but besides that no complaints. Close to many locations. No complaints.

The room was simple, but clean and reasonably appointed. There was some noise from the above room and outside, but it was not loud overall. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Overall, the hotel was a great deal for the price. I would recommend it to any travelers seeking a great value in lodging, especially those traveling with pets, as the hotel is pet friendly.

Drug dealers stomping above us in their room, moving furniture, dealing to cars all throughout the night and probably cooking meth. Checked out early asap. Layed awake all night with my knife on the night stand. No sleep. Awful, terrible. Clean rooms and friendly staff, but doesnt make up for this horrible experience. Tried to save some Money but Ill pay more to feel safe.

Nice rooms and got a free upgrade because I am union. The only shortfall was the Wi-Fi was poor. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Econo Lodge is very budget type of hotel and since its a chain there is no personality — just the bare necessity hotel. It was comfortable, had all the facilities including coffee in the room and free Wi-Fi. There was a pool too (I did not use it). The breakfast was simple muffins and english muffins — sufficient for me. Location was fine — not too far from 97 and not far from downtown or Old Mill. It was okay for the price…
