Not worth paying for. I'm not sure I would stay here for free!

The room I stayed in was dirty and worse it had bed bugs! I called them after to let them know but they were super rude trying to deny it. Photo below for proof.

If you have kids I wouldn't stay here my husband is an independent contractor and the kids and I would come up every weekend to stay with him and these people are the meanest we took the kids outside to run around and the hotel owner would come outside and get on to our kids while I am sitten right there not only that they are infested with rats would never stay there again my husband bought us a house out here so that we could just stay.

It had free Wi-Fi and cable and also a micro and fridge combo, but the manager was rude and the room was not clean and I also found a used syringe.

Family-run, they always go the extra mile. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a low-cost place to stay.

WOW what a s**t hole. I would not let my dog piss here. Stay away! I ca not give it even a point on a star.

The owners are really nice, they don't put up with people running in and out all the time like heavy traffic, we have over a few hundred channels free Wi-Fi.

Just want to give everybody heads up with this hotel, somebody used my debit card for two separate transactions of $500 dollars. So I called them and I ask the man who answer the phone if he can help me with this problem and he got so mad and told me not to call him no more and saying that I got the wrong number and to F*** off, and I know im not the first one and have read a couple of reviews of some other victims like my self, so now im going to see if the Tulsa police dept will help.

I am currently staying here and when I have an issue they deal with it they're very nice they work with you and they are always willing to try to help you solve the problem.

I've lived a long life, a girls got regrets, but this one, … this one is high up on that list… Horrible service with a side order of disgust please! Lets just say, my one star review is putting it generously, if NO-star was an option or preferably a negative star rating system could be applied, that would be more appropriate… blood stained sheets, pillow case had hair stuck to it, the pillow with no pillowcase had makeup all over it, when I asked for a different pillow they told me in broken English "what is wrong with it, its pillow for you sleep on they wash them just put towel on it". And how I wish putting "towel on it" could make it better, IF my towels were clean! But no, couldn't even have that, my semi-dry towel was half way folded/half way draped over the loose hook on the back of the door, smelled like someone tried to bleach actual mildew. The comforter was circa 1976 and hadn't been washed probably since Ronald Reagan was commander in chief. Floors were stained with huge dark spots that I'm still praying wasn't blood. And pet hair, pet hair galor, you would have thought a yak was the previous guest. Toilets were not even wiped down OR flushed, which made the room smell like an outhouse in 112 degree weather, bath was half black, you'd swear they used black caulking and tub wouldn't drain, but given the amount of hair in the screen stopper it's no doubt why water wouldn't flow.

I love this place. They're very clean very professional and a fantastic price. Been living here over 3 months now. Would definitely recommend it. :-D In fact, I have. ;-)

CHEAP AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! First night there after pulling back the covers noticed what looked like blood stains on the sheets, when I called front desk they were apologetic but I had to strip the bed and walk across the dark parking lot to the office for them to give me new sheets! Pillows and blankets had an awful smell. Pillows were extremely stained (I don't even want to know with what). Luckily we travel with our own pillows and blankets. The room was dirty, I cleaned it from top to bottom. Even the walls. Before I felt semi comfortable there. Still cant walk across carpet in white socks they are nasty in five minutes. House keeping comes by in morning to collect your towels, (they only wash the sheets on tuesday) and brings them back in a few hours. We stayed there for a week and a half (had to wait on husbands check to go to a new place) and in that time we never got a full night of sleep. Neighbors on either side fighting and yelling up to 2 am at times! Police were there twice because of the fights! (I'm guessing most of the people live here full time) The only goods thing about the place was that it did have a coin laundry (one washer one dryer 1.25 a piece) and were pet friendly. No bed bugs! No roaches or creepy crawlies! Owners are nice but pretty much ignore what is going on, only see them when they collect the towels.

After staying at several extended stay motels in the Tulsa area, I found this to be the best for the money. The rates are lower than most and the rooms are nice sized. Rooms are clean and management and housekeeping are very dependable. A little noise from the highway in the front and the trains in the back. Not a lot of Riff-Raff. Overall a very nice stay. I was there for about a month. Only complaint was I had to run the clothes dryer twice to get laundry dry.
