My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and they were awesome. Had a little problem with our room at first but they went above and beyond to make it right the rest of the 4 days we were there including comping a night stay and a gift basket. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to coming back for a couples getaway and to bring the family here! Absolutely beautiful property! 🖤

We hosted our cheer banquet here. From booking with Chelsea, to set up with Adam, the dining crew, and amazing food from the chef… They made our night wonderful and I would highly recommend hosting your event here!

I got married at POSTOAK Lodge & Retreat January 2, 2021. It was the most magical day for my husband and I. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming from the moment we booked with them for our wedding. The food at the reception was immaculate and our guests were very happy as well. The Venue Coordinator Jenn was absolutely fabulous and was helpful every step of the way. Even with a pandemic she and the entire POSTOAK staff made sure our dreams came true, and I will always be grateful.

BEST COVID WEDDING EVER! Didn’t think that phrase could be possible? How did that happen? Two words: Jenn Glenn. Without Jenn it couldn’t have been possible. She made my best friend’s wedding day and all of the planning beautiful and easy! Post Oak is a beautiful venue and the staff were all helpful, friendly, and professional. The food and drink were delicious, well above wedding buffet standards. Again, thanks a million Jenn, for making my bestie’s day so very special!

We had our daughter’s wedding here. The venue and its layout are perfect for the lodge-type wedding. The staff are VERY helpful, kind, and knowledgeable in everything wedding related. It’s a beautiful property to just get away and enjoy the peace that nature and a hilltop can offer, but still close enough to city amenities. A must see IMO. And the on site chef is FIVE stars!

Great, clean place to get away out in the country on top of a small mountain but 2miles from the.

The pool is spectacular and the quiet nature is serene. Great staff great rooms. Love it.

We had the time of our life. Between the amazing service from staff, to all of amenities that are available for a camp fire, zip line and ponds and lake sights it was a dream come true. Quite peacefully I love it pool got tub great place to relax great for the kids.

Staff is friendly. Parking sucks for a big service truck but I have t found a good parking spot for that truck anywhere I go Hahahah. The room we are in kinda reminds me of a rustic no frills camp cabin. But the main thing I like is the location is in the sticks and they lock the gate at night so my tools are secure. Plus they have security that drive the grounds.

Won a free nights stay. Cabin was so small as well as the room. Had a wedding party staying in our cabin as well. Very awkward situation. The views are pretty but would only stay here again if we had a group for the whole cabin. Very disappointed on our stay.

Great atmosphere for anyone who wants to getaway to a cozy lodge with all the amenities yet only minutes from from Tulsa! Beautiful, immaculate “cottage/country cabins”! It felt like we were miles away! In reality it took only 40min to get home to east side of Broken Arrow! This would be the perfect place to have a family reunion or large group of friends! Definitely will be back!

The Jazz festival was super fun and family friendly. My 76 year old mother and my 5 & 7 year old children had a great time.

Nice place. Not far from Tulsa but still feels secluded from the city.

L have attended several events at Post Oak. The staff is very friendly yet professional, the grounds are beautiful and there are lots of activities available. I have really enjoyed the Jazz events there. The food is delicious.

Just an overall great experience. Staff was amazing, atmosphere was amazing, our family reunion was amazing!

I love everything about this place—best kept local secret. I have attended events for business and for recreation. Just 10-12 minutes from downtown Tulsa or Sand Springs. Rooms, staff, facilities, food, nature access… all are amazing. Peaceful and beautiful any time of year!

Friendly staff, beautiful views and nice trails. I have not had the opportunity to do any over night stays, but have been several times and enjoy every minute of it.

The Canopy Tour staff is absolutely AMAZING! Exceptional customer service and friendly atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back :)

Went there for the Jazz and wine festival. I will be attending every year now. It is a beautiful venue.

The 4th Annual Jazz & Wine Fest was a blast. Will attend next year! The POSTOAK Lodge is a great venue for outdoor events and there is a great view of Downtown Tulsa's skyline.

My husband and I were married on July 21st. This place was a dream come true! Alysha was so sweet and caring, she made sure everything went smoothly leading up to the day and the day of our wedding. The property is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, friendly and so accommodating. I cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience was! The lodges worked perfectly for having all of our out of town guests, and bridal party in one place for the entire weekend, and their breakfast was delicious. Definitely would recommend this property for any type of gathering, weekend get away, family reunions, or weddings.

Nice place. Great view. Pool was clean. Food was pretty good. Was only there for an event so I can't speak to pricing or what the rooms are like.

Nice and quiet with some wildlife animals walking around. Breakfast was however not so great because they were no room to sit all the table reserved for two families, the front desk told us one table was for free of reservation but when we look they were not such table we find a place outside of the breakfast area. The pool is great the waterfall need to expend a little bit more to give room to go under and not have water splash in your eyes.

Went to the main Lodge for a work event. Staff was very friendly, the lunch served was great. They accommodated us for our multiple meeting activities both indoor and outdoor. Great meeting rooms as well.

My room was extremely hot and I asked the front desk to make it colder but that never happened! The A/C is controlled by the front desk and they would not make my room colder! This place is expensive and their staff is not very accommodating. Not worth the very large price that was paid!

OMG I had no idea this existed so close. I went Zip lining and OMG Phil was so funny I didn't realize I came for a comic show too. I had a most awesome experience I cannot wait to bring my kids when they visit Tulsa. I want to explore the resort part too. It is so beautiful up here and so close to the city. It was amazing, fun, existing and beautiful. I has a most memorable experience.

The postoak is the most incredible place for a wedding or event! It's so nice to be a part of events at the lodge and see the different ways they decorate! The last wedding I did there was an incredible draping and Then Edison bulbs hanging over the head table. Beyond Gorgeous!

I went on a bus trip to Tulsa. This is were they served lunch. The food was amazing. The hospitality was fantastic. I'd love to stay there.

The common area is Lodge 2 was Great. However, the room are incredibly tiny. The Post Oak Lodge has cool amenities, like a Beautiful pool, 2 hot tubs, hiking trails, fire pit, and zip lining at an additional fee.

Always enjoy coming back here each year for an annual event. Very accommodating, nice amenities, beautiful grounds. The only complaint I had this year is that one of the kitchen staff was very rude to one of her employees in front of guests, on multiple occasions. No complaints with housekeeping or the front desk, and this instance was sort of an anomaly, but it took away from the experience a bit.

We went to Post Oaks for a Valentine's weekend. Stayed 2 night. Food was great. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Love the cabins and rooms. The staff are nice too. The paintings on the wall to are also beautiful.

Nothing fancy but fits the bill as a conference space. Overnight facilities are sparse but clean. Food is passable at best. Setting is scenic and feels remote but is easy from downtown.

It's a beautiful, secluded place, great for a church retreat or high school trip. There is a microwave and fridge in each lodge, with 4 different rooms. Each room has 2 beds, so you will have a roommate. There is a pool and 2 hot tubs. The lobby and lunch/dinner area is beautiful and very spacious. Great for a conference.

Came here for a work retreat, and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was in every area. The food during the buffet style lunch was well beyond standard fare for these types of events. I highly recommend Post Oak Lodge and look forward to a return trip during a future event.

Went for a wedding very pretty place. Can't really say anything about the rooms or anything since I didnt stay there.

I attended my sister's wedding here. It was a lovely outdoor ceremony featuring the lovely landscape under trees just outside of the building. Afterwards, the reception, in the Evergreen room I believe, featured a pleasant view of the sunset as we ate dinner and danced. The set up floor to dance on was a little awkward as it flexed slightly but it was overall a nice place to host a small reception.

What a beautiful place great view looking over Tulsa in the far distance. The loft sits on a hill. Lots to do. You can even get married, or rent out bonus room for reception or what ever. Customer service was excellent!

Attended a wedding here, had a great time. It was beautifully decorated and staff was great.

The lodge is a little hard to find, but I'd in a beautiful setting. I was only there for a 5k fun run event, but it was obvious it would be an ideal place for a corporate event or maybe a wedding or wedding reception.

I did the wicked wine run there… event was good. Sunset was amazing to see.

Very kind and helpful staff, rooms are good for retreats and common areas make family gatherings easier to manage. Lots of coffee and refrigerator space available. Pool is nice. Fitness center is adequate and trails in the surrounding areas are good for running with friends.

We had a wonderful stay! we stayed for two nights. The lady that checked us in was super sweet and very professional! The breakfast wss amazing and the ladies working the breakfast were also very attentive and nice! We loved the relaxing country atmosphere! we rented one room and had the cabin to ourselves which was very nice! we enjoyed the pool even though it was a little chilly. My husband and daughter enjoyed the hiking trail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be going back! Thank you to all the staff.

Came for the Conquer the Gauntlet course. Beautiful, breathtaking views. Simply a beautiful example of what Oklahoma has to offer and why we're called green country.

The lodges are very spacious and comfortable. It has been a long time since I've slept this good. Everything is also very new or remodeled. This is exactly what our family needed. We spent quality time together on the trails which are not to long but seem to be just long enough. There are trees everywhere, but we still loved the television in the room and in in the common area in the evenings to catch some news. The breakfast that the staff delivered was excellent as well. We also loved the swimming area and the two hottubs. We've already decided to return in the Fall since the price is incredibly reasonable for everything that we experienced. Thank you!

Attended a wedding reception there. It was fine. The way it was configured for the size of the reception wasn't the greatest — but food and service was good.

We held our family's reunion here and everyone complimented the location and facilities. The food was superb! My compliments to the chef, the best roast beef I have ever had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

This is an excellent lodge area to host conferences or even to have a small vacation or family event at. The canopy tour is great and the guides are a blast to go with.

Stayed at the resort for a wedding event. What a unique idea and concept for a resort! I like the cabin/lodge aspect of it, and the grounds are immaculate. Great pool and food as well!

I recently went there for a work retreat. The grounds were beautiful. The food was wonderful. The staff members I encountered were friendly. The restrooms were clean. My only complaint is that the meeting room was unbearably cold. Brrr!
