Nice hotel and Great customer service.

Marriott is near all shopping places and restaurants lot's of things to do around. And the Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable to sleep. Will be back to this Hotel.

Stayed there this weekend for my daughters double digit birthday. Staff was amazing and so helpful. They gave my daughter a big colorful Easter sucker at checkout. A very clean and obviously well run hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great Staff. Chef Michael is the "BOMB", Food was amazing, Margarita Flat Bread and 3 Cheese Grilled Cheese and his Homemade Tomato Soup left me speechless. Courtyard Marriot should be very glad you have him.

We are a family of 5 and stayed here. The room was plenty big! The pool and the gym was kept clean and the kids had a blast. The staff was very accommodating.

Normally stay at Hyatt Place, but the last couple of visits not up to expectations. We decided this visit to try Courtyard Woodland Hills. It was GREAT decision. Rooms and beds wonderful. Service was fantasic. Only 2 things kept it from being perfect. Water pressure in shower and my wife would have liked to have had a minor above the desk, you know, to to the morning women stuff. But even with these 2 items, we will DEFINITELY COME BACK!

Would give this hotel 0 star review if I could. My family members came to visit me from out of town and their vehicle was broken into. Hotel staff reported to police that they witnessed the man lurking the parking lot but they did nothing. Moments later the car alarm went off. Tulsa Police showed up quickly because the hotel is near the mall and popular shopping district but did not pursue the thief though he was identified running away. Likewise the hotel claimed they could not provide video footage even though the crime had just hapened. Consider the safety of this hotel if you are planning to stay in the Tulsa area. As well, consider their lack of commitment and conviction to keep their guests safe.

Rooms were nice. Bathroom and shower were good size. Pillows and bedding were nice but the beds were very hard. Restaurant was good but very pricey. No continental breakfast. Good price for the room with military discount. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Our shower was broken but they fixed promptly in minutes.

The manager Kerey is a wonderful person. My wife and I come down every 3rd week to take care of mom and we stay here. Great beds and service. The coffee and restaurant ladies are a charm.

This hotel was nice and clean with nice amenities. The only issue I had was the speed of the elevators if that let's you know how nit-picky I had to be to find something I didn't like.

The hotel is nice, but does not have direct access to 71st street. The entrance is through the mall entrance off of 71st. There are sidewalks on the hotel property, but nowhere else after. If you want to walk over to the mall, you have to walk in be parking lot or grass. The staff are friendly, but very laid back. The ladies at the coffee bar in the morning/bistro bar at night are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small indoor pool, fitness center, and a welcoming patio/courtyard that I really enjoyed.

Hot tub was great! Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, TV had HBO, outdoor sitting area was beautiful and had a water fountain. Will stay there for the next Tulsa, OK trip.

Great hotel with very clean rooms and lots of ammenties. Pool and workout center are above avergae and the staff is very friendly in all aspects. They went out if their way to resolve a mix-up with a breakfast order and were always there to help. The location is good, with easy access to highways.

Air conditioner in room can be noisy, but it keeps it nice and cold. Room is clean and quiet otherwise. Good location for some chain restaurants.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful when I arrived. The issue is that the table in my room had a broken leg, the HBO did not work in my room, and the jacuzzi tub in my room would not hold water very long. My wife called the front desk 2 different times, and they said they would get back to us and resolve the issues… Not once did I hear back from them. Absolutely a waste of over a hundred dollars.

I was amazed with the location, it just couldn't have been any better! The manager of this property must be on the ball because my stay was exemplary in every way. I know every business try's to exceed their customers expectations but to achieve this when the business is already delivering a very high level of service is a challenge. Courtyard Tulsa @ Woodland Hills did exceed my expectations at every opportunity, from the front desk to the breakfast and cleaning staff. Amazi…n From the moment I arrived I was treated like the only guests they had. Randy was wonderful. He quickly checked me in and he didn’t just give me a room key, he came from behind the desk to hand it to me and point out all the hotel had to offer. As an avid traveler I stay at many different hotels. By far best for service. The Courtyard should be proud to have such an excellent staff that goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Kudos! This hotel is perfect for business travel or personal vacation stays. It's location is central to restaurants, a shopping center and entertainment — all very walkable. I enjoyed my stay and plan to make Courtyard @ Woodland Hills my preferred hotel for any future visits to Tulsa!

Stayed here for the weekend while we visited our kids. The room was beautiful, clean and pretty spacious. The TV sound was messed up but the front desk had someone come and change out the tv. The staff was friendly and the service was awesome. We will be back.

Benjamin checked us in and as always makes us feel welcome. He makes us want to continue to come back. Awesome staff grate location. Clean good place if you have to be away from home.

Our client Lee Ali was in town for a comedy show and this Hotel is no joke! With free wireless (and wired internet in the room) Lee could look up any of the numerous nearby places to venture out to with ease and privacy from his room. We would recommend this hotel for any type of traveler and look forward to sending our clients out again in the future! This is one of Marriott's Diamond rated hotels, and it shows. The staff are very friendly, and if you have an issue, it gets corrected, no issues. One of my favorite hotels to stay at, by far.

Great rooms, delicious food, and top of the line staff. I felt like I was royalty when staying at that hotel. I reccomend it to everybody needing a hotel to stay in. P. S. Big thanks to the manager for giving us complementary platinum gifts and complementary breakfast to compensate for us waiting for the room. Much appreciated.

I had a great stay here at the Courtyard Marriot in Tulsa! The hotel was located by the mall, but in a quiet location. It was very easy to find, and there was plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The staff was super friendly upon check in was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel lobby was huge — and actually had its own Bistro. I ordered food there a few times during my stay, and was surprised on how good it actually was. The lobby also had a business center with really fast internet, and had a few computers available to check in and print your flight boarding pass.
The hotel room itself was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was huge, and very comfortable The room had a couch, fridge, big screen TV and very clean bathroom. The internet was very fast in the room — which was perfect for Netflix binge.
Overall, I really liked this hotel and will stay here again next time I'm in Tulsa!

Friendly staff, recent renovation looks very nice, both inside and out, was within a short walking distance of many things to do. The breakfast didn't start until 7 though, and I had to catch an early flight, and had to go without. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

We booked 2 rooms separately; one as a king and the other as a double. I requested that they be close and when we arrived they had upgraded us to a king suite so the two rooms were adjoining. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, quiet and in a central location to access so much! Definitely a place we will stay at again when in town!

We had such a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and hospitable and our room was very clean hand homely. The front desk went out of the way to help us find a place that delivered late and they catered to anything that we needed. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

I have stayed at this Hotel a few times and will continue to stay here anytime I go to Tulsa since they are very kind. The rooms are always very clean and beautiful. Thank you for another great stay.

The service was great. And the stay was overall pleasant. We took advantage of the pool (which was perfectly maintained). Our only complaints are that the bed was quite soft. Softer then we like (maybe not their fault). And that the Whirlpool in the room was weak. Still, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, clean friendly place. Located right next to the mall and 71st street is jam packed with restaurants, and shopping. Couldn't ask for a better location. The only complaint I have about the hotel, is this is a courtyard and that's why we love them. To sit outside and enjoy the landscaping and peace and quiet. We love sitting next to their fire pit, and the front desk said it broke a year ago and they haven't fixed it. I think the Marriott makes enough money to fix a gas fire pit. This was disappointing for us, but won't deter us from booking at another courtyard.

Pros: Rooms are updated and kept very clean. Staff was friendly and available when I needed anything. Near plenty of restaurants and shops. Decent fitness area (multiple treadmills, ellipticals and free weights). Pool and hot tub. Cheap rates! Cons: Walls are paper thin. Easy to hear neighbors throughout the night. No complimentary breakfast (not even for Platinum Elite members). Generally a very noisy area. A great place to stay if you want to go shopping and try out different restaurants. I'd recommend somewhere more off the beaten path if you're passing through and just want a quiet night's sleep. As always, the Marriott staff was great.

The hotel is easy to find though a little odd to get into having to seemingly go into the mall parking lot to get there. Inside is beautiful and the room is very clean and had everything we needed. Minor problem of kissing TV remote was corrected immediately with a new remote brought up to us.

It was one of the cleanest and well maintained hotels I've ever stayed in. The beds were really comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have been better is if they included a free breakfast as most hotels do nowadays.

Spacious, clean rooms. Good location. Some current construction made it difficult to access; normally not a problem.

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard, and for the price I would stay again over a Holiday Inn Express. Classy, big TV with interactive guide (Cox cable) super duper comfy bed, nice bathroom. Paul Mitchell shampoo/soap. The worst thing was the lack of a Keurig machine!

We stayed here during Spring Break and it was fantastic! The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub was where our kids had the most fun! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable!

This was a horrible experience and we never made it past the check in desk. Makayla "manager" said that my standing reservation I made the previous day for my nephews wedding was no good. Refused the take cash without a $250 deposit. Would not take my credit card to hold as liability. Then proceeded to say she wouldn't call her manager who made "triple" of what she made. But the lady behind me paid room rate in cash with no problem. Then, kicked me and my family out and then the other part of our wedding party all out without giving refunds. Wore motel chain ever!

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel.

This hotel is in a very great location it's very clean the rooms are spacious the staff is super friendly and professional and I have to mention there's a Starbucks in the lobby! Made my stay in Tulsa awesome! Very pleased.

Great feel to the hotel, both lobby and in room. Breakfast is served to order and early (6am). Every employee I've come across is incredibly friendly, even over the course of 2+ months worth of stays. My only complaint is that on the weekends it can be a nightmare to escape the apparently poorly planned mall parking lot which the entrance to the hotel is off of.

I saw a mouse in my room. Scared the mouse and it ran away through the gap between the door and the floor. Talked to the receptionist, but I didn't see any action yet.

Rooms are clean and nice. We thought the staff was very professional and friendly. We just wish there was a continental breakfast, but no biggie.

A lot of hotels go above and beyond when they fall short. This is not one. Their Hot tub was broken they wouldn't even let me use the one across the street at Marriot SpringField. Might seem like nothing but I chose this hotel and I bought a suite because they had a hot tub. I spend literally half the year traveling will not be going to a Marriot again. The staff doesn't do a lot in general to help the customers more of what is just easiest for them. See every review in the last year to see what the real rating should be.
