Had a reservation for a king and two queens for Me, my wife and two granddaughters. When we arrived they put us in a room with a king size bed only. Went to the front desk and they said they only had room with two queens. That room had just been checked out!
We had to wait 45 minutes for them to clean a room… not happy!

Rates were reasonable and the room was comfortable.

Alarm clock was going off in room next to ours at 5 am in the morning. Dillon at the front desk said his master door key would not work to open the door and there was nothing he could do until maintenance arrived. We checked back after 8am. After 3 + hours of listening to the alarm. Mr. Dillion had not even relayed the message to anyone. He also had left for the day.

When this hotel was first open, it was nice. Last night I was not even acknowledged when I walked up to the front desk and there were 2 people behind the desk! Had to change rooms 3 times. Carpets were very stained. Bad service in restaurant. Menu has changed since I was there last, gotten worse. Got a burger and cold fries. One reason I wanted to stay there was because of the restaurant. I checked out and went to the Hampton! I won’t be back. One positive thing is they didn’t charge me for a night’s stay.

Nice rooms. Big beds, and friendly staff. Was a good 2 night stay. The beds are nice and comfortable.

Great hotel and only drawback breakfast was not included in the stay and no discounts even though it was the middle of the week.

Our stay in was awesome. The staff was so nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. They brought extra towles for all the kids, very accommodating for our large group.

Not that good of a stay thus the 2/5 stars. Rest was fine but the rooms are not insulated well thus you can hear people walking above you. Pool was filled with bees and wasps and not cleaned our toilet seat was loose the breakfast bar was not open I would not recommend if your visiting this college town.

I was there for a conference only; did not stay. The meeting room was nice and large. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Hotel cancelled our GUARANTEED reservations on OSU graduation weekend with no warning. We found out when we tried to check in. Owners are just trying to squeeze cash out of property. Avoid avoid avoid.

Evidently local hotel manager cancelled our reservation for two rooms yesterday (5/9/18) without any notification. The reservation was made almost a year ago (6/1/17) and confirmed by email day before yesterday (5/8/18). Reservation was for OSU graduation weekend and there are no open hotel rooms in Stillwater. Desk staff is understanding of my frustration but nothing they can do. I’ve been on phone with IHG customer care for over an hour now getting nowhere. After intervention from district reservation is reinstated but hotel is still overbooked. No clue how this happens, no clue whether I’ll get a room or not…

Girls at front desk, nice and helpful. Rooms were great. Was all good until they did maintenance on elevator at check out time.

Really great place to stay! The staff is friendly and helpful and enjoy their work. Lori and Tabby went the extra mile! Will definitely refer to friends and family.

I have to start by saying, the staff when we stayed here were incredible. They went above and beyond to help my group (we were in town for a conference) and make sure we were taken care of. That being said, they had to work so hard because the hotel seems to be lacking amenities. The conference provided the accommodations, under the impression that there would be continental breakfast — there was not. Instead there was a small and extremely slow restaurant serving some pricey items. Also, my room wound up with 5 people in it, and they had no sort of spare roll away bed or mattress. Aside from these it was fine, but if you come here expecting those amenities, which I consider to be standard, you will be disappointed as we were. But again the staff were awesome, helping us as much as possible to have a comfortable stay.

The people are super nice… Awesome clean rooms. The manager brandi is amazing and hot!

We waited over an hour for 2 orders of pancakes while waiting for the event room that they double booked… management seems very unorganized.

Hotel is nice, staff is very friendly. The gym is well equipped and maintained, all the machines work and they have free weights available with a bench and 2 exercise mats. The rooms could use better vacuuming, hair and toe nails were found in the carpet. I tried the restaurant once and the food was average. It’s the same menu as any other Holiday inn. Standardisation makes the quality go down, and once you have eaten in one HI you don’t want to eat at another one.

Excellent service at the restaurant. Malachi is one of best staff at this location. All staff are really friendly. Good experience overall. It's like one bedroom apartment style rooms, very modern. Great for families, good fitness amenities, the pool was frozen when I visited. So I'll take a dip next time. Oh yes don't forget to collect the IHG points. Thanks.

Rooms were clean. Staff was happy and helpful. Would have like a breakfast.

Hotel is very, very nice. Good bar and restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. However I do NOT recommend this hotel if your with large groups. We rented and paid for 3 hotel SUITES during my wedding for the wedding party. (Keep in mind we rented these rooms 2 months before the big day) They screwed everything up. They rented the rooms out to other people and we had to wait 4 hours the day before my wedding for them to give us normal rooms, no refund. Beyond frustrating!

Very nice hotel, large and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and well equipped gym. All in all 5 star worthy of it wasn't for the restaurant. This is supposedly over easy eggs, sausage was cold in the middle. May I recommend Subway sandwiches in Walmart across the street!

Disappointed at price not including a breakfast buffet. Typical, normal hotel. Young clerks. Not doing the extras. It's just a job. Messed up reservation. Room was nice and accommodating suite. Couch, kitchenette and nice bath and bed. 2 TVs. Microwave, frig, coffee maker and sink. No charging station or outlets.

Savvanah at the front desk was AWSOME! The rooms were very nice carpet needed a little cleaning but nothing bad, the breakfast was really good! The pool was a little green for me but they were out cleaning it the next day. I liked it a lot!

Restaurant has changed. Room service food made me sick this trip. They bring you unsealed ketchup mayo and mustard. No salt or pepper shakers. Hi ask for some salt and pepper shakers and they brought me salt packets and pepper packets. My dessert ice cream had ice in it like old frozen ice. It's a shame this used to be a nice restaurant room service motel but it is I would not recommend it now!

Beds are great! Nice and clean! Very comfy! Wish they had the complimentary breakfast like the other places but still a great place to stay! We come here often.

Room is nice, staff are friendly but food is overpriced for the quality. I'm all about paying $20-30$ for a steak but not only were the portions small it wasn't really cooked very well.

I am a spire member, stayed in a holiday inn over 200 days last year (so I can compare this to alot of other holiday inns) first of all, im not stupid… when a person at the hotel resturant tells me that they dont have the food im requesting I know its most likely not cause you are changing you menu, this has happened before. Order the chips and queso… thats out. Order the chicken fingers… thats out. Call back later cause I have to look at the menu and figure what I want again, I ask for the mozzarella sticks… wow thats out. also, first night of my stay, one of the crackhead (male) maids found a pair of jordans (shoes) in one of the rooms that had been checked out of, as I was walking from the elevator to my room I heard him argue with another maid on the waiting time until he can take them home… are you kidding me? the hotel should contact the customer and SEND them thier shoes via US mail… I may never stay in a holiday inn again… screw this place.

Everything was fine until morning. Crap coffee, no breakfast bar but a restaurant. Nobody has time for that at 6am.

I was playing taxi and picking up some guests and transporting them to an event in town. The hotel is easilt accessible and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is in a great location close to many stores and minutes away from OSU. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The service was fast and courteous. I will be staying at this hotel on my next visit to stillwater.
