The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly staff. They go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure every need is met. They also have nice clean rooms, and the only thing I had to ask for was a fork because my delivery service forgot to give me a fork. The staff signed me up for a rewards membership, and they gave me a free complimentary drink. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

It's right off of OSU campus. The rooms are top notch and well maintained. And the service is amazing.

The room was nice but there was an absurd amount of bugs inside and outside of the hotel. Everything else was wonderful though! The room was very spacious and had nice decor.

I enjoy hitting up The Loft on the 4th floor. This bar is very clean, has excellent prices, and the bartenders are very friendly. Make sure to get there during happy, which ends at 7PM, to get the best prices in town for shots and long necks.

It is a nice place to stay nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast.

Fabulous friendly staff in a cozy welcoming hotel. Perfect location — walk to campus and football stadium. Clean. Comfy beds. Fridge and microwave in rooms. Great bar on top floor. We always stay here when we are in Stillwater — at least 6 times yearly.

You know how you always hope your hotel is going to be a little bit better than you expect? Well, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Very nice lobby, great staff, very good free breakfast with good eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, etc. And "for real" orange juice. Nice indoor pool. Nice clean rooms. Good internet service. Convenient location. Luggage carts to haul all your stuff in from your car. Good value. No disappointment here! On part with Hilton, Sheridan, etc.

Great rooms and great service! Fantastic breakfast as well. Bed was extra comfy and pillows were so soft. Just right around the corner from the stadium and several food places.

This hotel is magnificent! From the decor, to the desk staff, to the food they serve! It's in a great location, minutes from shopping, dining options all around. Within walking distance to OSU campus. There's a bar on the 4th floor, and on game days, they host a free tailgating party. It's just an awesome hotel!

Went for drinks at their bar on the 4th floor. Great service, good selection, really cheap. Bartender is nice and conversation is easy to come by. Best bar in town right beside Iron Monk Brewery and Finnegan's.

I never knew something could drive me insane as much as AUTO-DIMMING on a TV. I'm tech savvy and there was absolutely no way to turn this off. The staff were aware as many ppl complain and were friendly and helpful to attempt to turn it off to no avail. I'm giving three stars because most of my time was spent obsessively compulsively trying to disable this "feature" that causes me eyestrain. Ruined the whole experience. Plus remote was not programmed to change volume; only toggle power. Other than that, Best Western recieves 4 stars.

I stayed here for a week the breakfast is really good they change it every day and the bed is awesome and the service is great for cleaning your room ever at the front desk has been fantastic and it's really clean also I like how they set up their area it looks really clean and organized.

Although we had a very minor issue with the plumbing in our room, the staff was very prompt and courteous about relocating us to another room. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable and all amenities worked properly. We also enjoyed the breakfast selections, especially on Sunday. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with our stay & will definitely stay here in the future.

Very nice hotel all around. Check in was great with nice staff, clean comfortable lobby. We enjoyed an adult beverage at their lounge. This was the only slight let down, not a full bar and bartender was a tad ditzy, but still nice to have a cocktail. Breakfast was great, and checkout was smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a room here on Christmas night, 12/25/17. Upon arriving at the hotel, my girlfriend and I were greeted with an empty parking lot and a sign on the door telling us to see the front desk. The desk agent explained that there had been a water line break and that they were cancelling all stays. I have several issues with this: • No effort was made to contact me regarding the cancellation, via email or phone number, prior to my arrival. • We were not given a voucher for similar accommodation at another hotel. • We were essentially told “Sorry and good luck with finding another hotel” on Christmas night. • When I called Best Western a few days later to tell them that they hadn’t refunded my payment, I was told that I’d have to request a refund through the booking agency (Chase). • I had to spend over half an hour with a Chase agent and the Best Western desk agent to get the refund sorted out for the reservation that Best Western cancelled.

My girlfriend and I are traveling from Colorado and we stopped for the night only looking for a single bedroom and we were given a suite at a reasonable price thanks to the night serviceman, Caleb, because I'm military. Excellent service. Very cozy.

My friend hosted a xmas party in the cowboy suite and it was set for 6pm. They day of when we called the front desk on the way up there to check that the room was prepared and unlocked (coffee, tea, water) And they said they had the party scheduled for 4 hours prior, ending an hour before we were to get there. But they fixed everything, refreshed the drinks and was very accommodating and friendly :) friendly bar staff as well!

Overall good. Phone didn't work in the room so no wake up call. Bet was worn out on one side, but the other side was nice. No huge complaints. Bar upstairs was awesome!

The 2 room suite was really nice and spacious. We had 4 grown adults. Comfy beds slept well. Staff are very courtious. Wonderful lobby. Soso breakfast.

Great customer service. Rooms were clean staff on site were so out going friendly. We are traveling Rte 66 wanted a nice place for the night before heading out early. They even have morning “To Go Bags”. Definitely a great place.

Not only did my wife and I have our wedding reception there, but we also had family stay there for a few days while in town visiting. We loved every minute of it! The staff and management are extremely hospitable and professional. Makes you feel at home! They were more than accommodating and took care of everything we needed! They truly made our special day that much more unique and amazing! Thanks goes out to Reggie their GM and all his staff for everything!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The western theme is perfect. The bar overlooks Boone Pickens Stadium, the rooms are beautiful, the entire hotelwas clean and spotless.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff is wonderful and the hotel has the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! The pool and spa is clean and well maintained. The workout room is also clean and convenient. The decor is beautiful, the overall atmosphere is amazing, and this would be my first choice hotel again and again! The GM is also professional and helpful.

This is one of the nicest Best Western Hotels we have stayed in. The room size and layout are set so the bathroom use doesn't bother the other guest while sleeping. There is ample counter space in the bathroom and at the in room coffee bar. Well kept throughout.

Well it was ok but for the most expensive hotel we've stayed at in a few years it was lacking. Desk clerk, Marley, was very friendly & helpful. Overall hotel was nice & clean as was the room. Husband was irritated because it took FOREVER to get hot water for an evening shower. Next morning when I took a bath I had hot water immediately but then it turned almost cold for a couple minutes and then back to hot. Very erratic water temperature. Also annoys me that the can't even put two bars of soap in the bathroom… one at sink & one for bathtub. Then went to turn on TV and I couldn't even hear it and my husband who's hard of hearing SURE couldn't hear it. Noticed that the volume was as high as it would go BEFORE I tried adjusting it, so obviously the person before us couldn't hear it either. Finally had to put on closed captioning. Irritating! Also was the first room that left an envelope to tip the housekeeper. On the good side it was one of the better free hotel breakfasts for me but my husband who usually eats a pastry in the morning was pretty unimpressed at the prepackaged cinnamon rolls & prepackaged muffins. Also love it when they have a reading chair in the corner of the room, which they did & it was very comfortable, but would have been nice to have a small table next to it to place a drink or phone, etc on it. Probably won't stay here again. Definitely had better at a much cheaper price!

We stayed here for our wedding night and came back a year later for our anniversary. We told them it was our anniversary and they upgraded our room to one that included a whirlpool tub. Thank you!

We started planning months ago for our sons wedding. Karie worked with us diligently so we could let people know they could stay here too. We can't say enough on all that was done for our friends and family. Our friends have commented on how the staff took great care of them and met their needs. We enjoy staying here cause they make us feel like family. It was a fantastic weekend and we give thanks to you all.

Wonderful customer service! We got here before check in and they were more than accommodating in finding us a room quickly after driving for close to 15 hours. The room is nice and clean, spacious and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Best Hotel in Stillwater. Just spent two days there. This hotel is close to the OSU campus and within walking distance to Boone Pickens stadium. Very clean hotel, helpful and professional staff. Breakfast is great and common area is beautifully decorated. Didn't try the pool but it was full of kids having a great time. Rooms are immaculate with comfortable beds. This is the first place I always try to book when I visit but they are generally fully booked months in advance due to football season. I tried to book a room for a November 5th 2016 game and they had been full since the 2016 football schedule was published in December. Darn it! There is a reason they are booked. It's a great place to stay.

The service staff were wonderful and the atmosphere delightful.

The location is right by the PSU stadium and lot's of the restaurants in town. The accommodations are very niceand— well kept too.

The bar is superb! The bartenders are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is great. The rooms were clean and the showers were awesome with 4 massage jets positioned on your back. Overall great expierence staying here.

It seems like something changed because the 3yr+ reviews just don't line up with my family's experiences. We have stayed 2 times and both times they have been very accommodating, clean, and nicely decorated. We have three kids and a lab both times arriving rather late and the staff has been helpful and patient.

I stayed here for about 7 weeks while I was in town for work. The place was reasonably nice, although the cleaning ladies seemed lazy. I was working nights and they had a lot of difficulty working around my schedule and set it up so they come by my room later in the morning. Then they would come in and do only what I specifically asked for which meant my sheets weren't changed and my floor wasn't vacuumed for weeks at a time. I don't like to be in a position where I should be telling them what to do. Then to the point most important to me. Yet again, a hotel with bad internet. Streaming TV shows on hulu is iffy. Frequent interruptions and delays. Doesn't mattered if I'm plugged in or on Wi-Fi. With todays world of the internet, why should my phone have better internet than the hotels I stay in? GET BETTER INTERNET.

Beautiful hotel very near the campus of Oklahoma State. Decor is outstanding, breakfast is wonderful and the service we recieved was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Stillwater. It is simply the best.

Rooms were good, but the service n front desk found to be care less about the guests. Dislike for it. I can't recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! it smelled, it was dirty and loud. Never again.
