Bedbugs are me up. And mgmt. Didn’t seem to really care neither did corporate office.

Bed was good nice in all.

The rooms n hospitality is just what you want when traveling… good price n great service.

Clean, great TV, friendly staff.

I have to say we booked a 2 night stay here and we had an issue with our room around midnight. We went to the front desk for assistance and the gentleman working at the desk was so polite and accommodating. He immediately put us in a new room and personally assisted with moving our things. I called and asked front desk to bring me more pillows and coffee and within a few minutes they delivered to my door. You cannot get this type of service even at a 5 star hotel. I could not imagine a better experience. We will definitely stay here every time we come to town. Way to go Econo Lodge. There is a bar and grill next door that has outside seating and great food. I recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. We are very happy customers.

I worked here a very short time. The staff is nice but I wouldnt recommend staying here at this hotel because when I worked there I was a desk clerk I would go and check the rooms after the housekeepers would check them I noticed there was black mold on alot of the back of the curtains in the rooms. Really gross need to get rid of that. Really unsafe for customers.

We checked in and the staff are amazing did get a little irritated when a truck with a work trailer with generator took up six places my kids ages four and two were screaming in the car and it was hot and I was irritated called the front desk and they resolved it rather quickly and it was awesome. Thank you sorry for being an irritated hot mommy. By the way breakfast is amazing also.

Quick easy registration clean rooms and friendly staff.

Employees are very helpful and polite and they are working with what the owner gives em but they can only take it so far great employees but the owner is cheap.

The staff clerk wasn't very friendly, turned around walked off while having a conversation! The shower wasn't the cleanest. Won't spend $60.00 to stay here anymore.

My sister stole my dads social security payment card and used it at this hotel and they won’t do anything about it. Poor business bad customer service. Will never recommend or stay there. They obviously care more about druggies than disabled people.

Wow, really old, not maintained well at all. A fresh coat of paint is not considered maintenance. Part of the travesty that is "patel ownership". Fleece every dollar you can, and invest nothing back. The paint was peeling in the bathroom, the shower unit had mold on top, you could see daylight around the door, and the AC unit. The pillows sounded like they had straw hay in them. I hope this place gets the needed repairs and upgrades before they lose their franchise.

Motel was very clean and comfy. Staff was help full and nice.

Place was nice for the price. Could upgrade the breakfast to eggs and sausage, pool felt good but needed a little attention.

We were at the HWY 69 location in Pryor, OK. The room was very clean and nice, equivalent to the price of the room. The staff was very helpful and nice. The pool area was clean and the water was crystal clear, felt so good on a HOT Oklahoma day. We was gave extra towels without any problem after using them for swimming.

Rooms rates are reasonable, AC is cold and beds will do for the price. Sheets had stains on them and the bed I was in had body hair and grit on the fitted sheet (did not change sheets from last person? ). I carry a UV light with me when I travel, because of a previous bad experience, and found the toilet/floor around it dirty. Beds did not light up thankfully. Staff was friendly and they have a free contennintal breakfast with waffles, cereal, pastries and biscuits with gravy. Truck parking if you are a trucker and a restaurant, a bar/grill, gas station with convinence store within walking distance.

Room was clean. As we were checking in, another guests was upset with staff/manager. Front desk guy didn't want to call the manager for her, but referred her to call his cellphone. He seemed to be more confrontational, rather than helpful with her. They need to get separate pool towels. You need to use the towels provided in your room for the pool, then trade those in for clean shower towels. The room was clean and spacious. The shower drain was very slow. We were standing in over ankle deep water while showering. Breakfast was simple, but good. Kinda of a small area to eat in.

The rooms were clean but had a dank smell about them. We had two rooms across the courtyard from each other and both did. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was nice though. That goes a long way in my book.

Got king room. 3 small pillows. There's a scratch mark in the sink but no big deal. No carpet which is unusual for a Hotel but not unpleasant. Lady @ desk was nice. It's close to the tracks but I don't mind train noise. It's Friday night & quiet. If you park your car around front there's cameras which is a nice bonus.

Not bad. They don't use fitted sheets. Didn't have carpet which was nice.

Friendly service, clean rooms. Had to stay there during a mass power outage at home, the hotel was very accommodating.

Terrible place to stay. First if you want to pay w cash they want to hold a deposit for damages. Shower water was not consistent hot or cold. Pillows were like a rock on the corners. Front door had huge gaps so all kinds of bugs came and went. Asked for a king bed got 2 double beds. Towels were to small for my 3 year old grandson, and only 2 of them. Hand towels looked like they had been used when the mechanic did a brake job. I will never stay here again. This place is the pits.

Unfortunately the Owner Kevin N gives the Econo Lodge a terrible name and he should never work in customer service. I've been working in Pryor Oklahoma since February 2016 and lived in the Econo Lodge from February to June. The front desk people there are great and try and help you. Jeff, Kathy Theresa seemed to be the back bone of the place and were part of the reason why I stayed so long. The owner Kevin on the other hand didn't care much for Customer service. I first had an issue with their maids not closing my door all the way and Kevin's wife came to my room and said we will see if we can get someone to fix this. No one came and I and some friends ended up fixing the door. Fast forward a few months later and a storm comes through and blows the shingles of the roof and I just so happen to be staying in a room that the shingles were blown off. My ceiling INSIDE filled with water by the door. The owner Kevin saw this and immediately said it wasn't his fault. I did move rooms. THEN the room I moved into had an air conditioner that was terrible and wouldn't blow cold air. I mentioned that it needed to be fixed 7 times before they decided to come in and tinker with and say it was fixed. It wasn't. Temp outside was in the 90s and it was about that in the room. I work outside all day and needed AC. I'M sure if the owner Kevin sees this post he will say otherwise and there is nothing he can do about it. Yes it's hot outside but I paid $1200 a month and they have horrible AC s.

Pet Friendly. Truck parking out front. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a nice big tv. There is a fuel stop next door and a restaurant on one side and a bar that seemed to have a big crowd on the other.

We found a dead bed bug on our bed after sleeping in it all night. When I told the manager he went to look at it and had the nerve to say it wasn't a bed bug. I took a picture of it. Although I didn't see any more bugs on the bed we checked our anyway. Will never recommend any one stay there.

. Let me give you the real rating. This is the worst hotel yet. I travel for work. I stay in hotels more then I do my own home. It is appealing from the road. It does have upgraded tv. Beyond that. It has this horrible smell. Wet carpet. It is 10 pm and 90 deg outside and 120 in the room. The a/c is left off (I'm sure, per the owner). Til the room is rented. The room cost 80 dollars. And is worth 20.

Room stinks, bed was at door as soon as you opened the door, a/c wasn't cold.
