Very clean, updated, bed was good, very cold air conditioning, friendly staff, and price was great!

So I've waited a little bit to do my review. To give the hotel the opportunity to make it write. Or atleast acknowledge there mistake. But that has not happened. So here my review. I stayed at the Sure Stay by Best Western in Poteau Oklahoma about a week ago and had a very bad experience. When I checked in the room appeared to be clean. Later that evening when my daughter pulled the sheets back to go to bed we realized the sheets hadn't been changed from the last people. There was blood and hair on the sheets. I went to the office to let the receptionist know and get them to remake the beds with clean linens. I was handed sheets and told there was no one there that could help. Realizing it's not the front desks fault. I asked him to have a manager contact me. That didn't happen. Next day was told by the front desk. The owner is there everyday and he'd call. That again didn't happen and shows there concern for there guests!
