Wonderful staff! exceptionally clean, nice spacious suites. The pool was super warm and breakfast was great! we enjoyed celebrating our son's 9th Birthday here.

Stayed here often, nice hotel, great location.

We had a very late check in (after midnight) and the front desk associate was still very energetic and sweet! Not often the case so late at night! It was a great start to a great stay. Rooms were very well lit, clean and modern. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Absolutely no complaints! Thank you!

Thank you to the SpringHill Suites for a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and well maintained AND the staff went above and beyond by opening breakfast at 5:30am to accommodate our tournament schedule! Would definitely stay with you again!

This hotel is very clean and well maintained and desk clerk was very courteous. The breakfast was a very good hotel breakfast. We were able to walk to our choice of restaurants. We would recommend the hotel and would stay there again. One thing was disappointing, the room we stayed in was beside a Golden Coral Restaurant (we ate dinner there). The problem is during the night and 18 wheeler parked just outside our window and ran a motor during the night which disturbed my sleep — no fault of this very pleasant hotel.

Clean and well managed. Hot coffee all day. Normal Marriott free breakfast. Shower was hot with very low water pressure. Great location.

Hotel is great and relaxing even with the kiddos. Great experience. Wish they would up their game a little on breakfast but it was still good since they always have waffles.

Nice clean hotel close to different restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Helpful and polite stres. Toilet and TV in room weren't working properly. Only real complaint and unprofessional actions were hotel staff was eating the complimentary breakfast during working hours and while guests were trying to eat. The rooms cost 100+ and guests shouldn't have to wait or go without due to staff eating all the food.

Location was good. Room was clean, and service was great as always.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was clean. Stayed on the 1st floor next to the pool. My room did half kind of a Foot Locker smell to it but was a unnoticeable after a few minutes in the room.

Recently remodeled I believe, and rooms are nice and spacious. However, it seems they couldnt fix the paper thin walls. Thankfully I had reasonable neighbors.

This Spring Hill Suite byMarriott is the motel 6 of motels. This is a good convienant location but over the years the place has been economized so much it's just a one and a half star motel. No longer the morning paper, no longer have the evening social, and no dishes no in the rooms. They advertise advertise a complete remodel in 2017, that's a joke. The same chipped tubs are still there. The carpets look new. There are other places that are better, check ratings.

I liked this hotel it was clean yhe people were nice and they cleaned our room before we returned from a trip to bricktown, the only thing is the pool which is indoors needs updated it isn't very deep it was only 4'10 and I'm 5'6 and my brother is 6'0 so it was a little boring for us but for little kids it is okay. They also have an indoor spa. The breakfast was good and clean the tables were clean.

Employees are always courteous. The lobby is spacious with plenty of amenities. Plenty of things to do within a square mile… And they have free Popsicles at the front counter.

WORTH! Clean, neat, and well staffed. Beautiful aesthetics inside/out and brightly lit parking. Wait till you see the continental. All you can eat. This is a jewel!

I spent a few nights here on business. It was one of the poorer stays I've had in my recent memory. Good: Bed was fine, and all staff I interacted with we're polite. Location is near gobs of restaurants. Bad: Shower was worst ever. Very low water output… took a long time just to get wet. Internet was below average. Housekeeping came into my room despite the do not disturb hangar. Back door to the building is broken, but no sign indicating a problem, so I sat there like an idiot for way too long in 15 degree temps trying to slide my room key slower, faster, etc. Room always felt cold, no matter what the thermostat was set to. I always try to stay at Marriott hotels, but won't come back to this one.

Suite was modern and clean. Mini fridge and microwave were included. Large walk in shower was great! Check in/out went smoothly.

Horrible and the staff was rude and inconsiderate. They had me book a room for my daughter's sleepover and upon arriving the heavy chick told me they do not allow that AFTER my friend just had her kid's birthday there && was trying to say slick comments. Maybe it is a good place but the two women who were there today will DEFINITELY run customers away. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Holiday inn turned out to be Wayyy better with better and professional employees.

I stayed here September of 2017. I was very impressed with the room and the rates. My room was a king suite and it was modern and clean. The rates were some of the best I had seen on my 15 day trip. Staff was very friendly. Lots of places to eat and shop very close by. Did not use the pool or hot tub. Was gone by 4:30am so I missed the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Very nice, love the decor. I haven't seen a room yet. I was there for a interview. New management is making many changes and improvements to satisfy guests. Go check them out.

Always has the best staff. The rooms are beautiful and roomy. Will always book here if I need a hotel in the area.

Great stay. Rooms are large and very clean. There is a nice pool area with hot tub. The breakfast area is big with plenty of seating and many hot items to choose from. There are several sit down and fast food options in walking distance along with a WalMart.

It was so nice! Didn't get a chance to use the pool because I was only there for a little while but it was great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The dining area was lovely! Awesome stay!

We stopped here on our way to NM and enjoyed the stay! Very clean, updated, well kept, friendly staff, and good breakfast. I usually get nervous staying in hotels due to bed bugs and other germs but I had no fears in this hotel. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool as well! Great stay for our family!

Awesome staff and hotel. Large, clean rooms. Convenient location. Lots nearby to eat and shop. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights after being involved in a motorcycle accident. The evening staff, Marcia, was so kind, helpful and compassion, doing everything she could to make our stay enjoyable as. Possible until our friend was released from the hospital. Would highly recommend.

The room was very spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing and well lit. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but the 2 yr old occupying it didn't complain. The air conditioning unit did not regulate the room temperature well. The ambient temperature and the water in the pool was uncomfortably warm (on an overcast 50 degree day). My 2 yr old cried that the pool water was "too hot. " The hot tub was slightly hotter than the pool but felt about right for a hot tub. We were unable to stay in the pool for much time as we were all overheating. We requested some additional items at check in which were never brought to us. The next morning at breakfast we inquired about the items. They had already been prepared for us and were sitting behind the desk but were never brought to up to us. Overall, the hotel is contemporary and pleasing to the eye with a convenient location. If they turned the temperature down on the pool and had been more attentive to our request I would have give and additional star.

My husband are are moving from Pennsylvania to Arizona. OKC was one stop on the cross country drive with our dog. The staff here were great to work with — helped get us a room close to an exit so our dog wouldn't disturb too many people. The facility is very nice and well maintained. I'd definitely stay there again.

Marvelous establishment! I intend on staying here every visit to OKC. I was here on work and the staff was absolutely amazing. Maintenance, front desk and housekeeping were great at all times. Durrell, Delon, and Mike are the three who made my stay much more pleasant. These three guys were always prompt and quick to respond to my needs. The evening cook Is also great. She is very nice, one of the reasons I went to the 'free' dinner. Overall great experience these 4 people are the only reason I would ever return to the hotel.

Didn't like hearing other guest having sex in the next room over or down the hall way or hearing them from outside. Plus the price is to high. I paid $ 173 for 1 night. That should be at least 2 nights.

Wonderful staff very helpful and friendly. The front desk help was amazing and very kind.

Nice people and clean. The pool was as hot as the hot tub. The hot tub jets weren't very refreshing. The shower disappointed me, low pressure and not a very good fan. We had 7 staying in the same room and was given 4 towels and one set of toiletries. Loved how close it is to shopping & food. Needed a shuttle to the airport at 5am but they don't provide one until after 6am, you have to get a taxi. The toilet paper is like silk yet the Kleenex are like cardboard. Continental breakfast was OK with plenty of options.
