If you have any other choice take it! This place is horrid. Originally I booked this place for the price and because it had a kitchen and a pool (big plus since we were staying a week with 3 kids) and the location to my husbands work but I wish I booked some place any place else. First they didn't even have us on their schedule so they gave us a nicer room which I thought was great but when I got to the room it was filthy. Crumbs all over the floor sheets from the last people staying there were on the pull out sofa they didn't bother to clean under the sofa so there were candy wrappers and paper plates etc. So I politely called the front desk and asked if they could send someone to clean it up a bit. I waited over an hour when my husband got there and still no one had showed up. He went and demanded a different room which was granted but was a little less dirty but nothing worked! The 2 Tv's in the room were busted and missing buttons and the mattress on the pull out looked like someone died on it he went and talked to the front desk again and they were wanting to change our room again BUT the door wouldn't even open! so we compromised and took the second room we asked them to change the mattress and they did it in their own sweet time but come to find out 1/2 of the springs were missing! He took the Tv's out as well and my husband had to get the Tv's out of the other room by himself and we had to wait 2 days to get the maintenance guy to come back and hook up the cable.

Be careful at these hotels… Strange folk stay around the hotels in the area and this one is known for drug problems. Lock your car and dont go out too late.

They need to fix their rooms. They need to make this more of a family friendly hotel. They don't even have a swimming pool. They have nothing for the guest to do once they get off work for the day. The men the work the office are rude and the maintenance man is rude and perverted.

Great Manager and owners good people they take care of problems immediately after it is brought to there attention are if they see one.

My wife and I stayed in the room for less than a minute and getting a refund. As soon as we got into the room, we saw a bug run across the bed. We than saw a bug in the bathroom and then in the kitchen. Black mold was seen under the sink, lots of food was spotted under the stove top. The room was infested and dirty. It is obvious these guys do not care.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. They are very rude here and don't bring anything to your room, not even toilet paper! If you want entertainment though, just wait til dark and everyone is out on the balcony screaming and fighting, its truly hilarious.

They were dirty Wi-Fi. Sucked the elavetor didnt work half time the pool was never use nor working.

This place complete dump. First ilI' start with the rooms… They have a bad odor, the carpet was filthy and stinks. Paint missing on the walls, random holes in the doors from people hitting them. The old couch had stains the fold out mattress had stains. The stove was covered in nasty greese and didn't work. Underneath the stove and refrigerator was nothing but old rotting food and trash. Roaches EVERYWHERE and I mean everywhere, in the kitchen, bedroom bathroom and closet… The hot water randomly stops working. Old and outdated televisions. And the "free Wi-Fi" is garbage, complete garbage. Throughout the day is doesnt work and when it does its extreamly slow. Now for the location… The management will rent to anyone, hookers, drug dealers, crackheads. And you can tell who the drug dealers are because people always coming to their room all hours of the night. I witnessed people fighting in the parking lot. Ive even witnessed someone shooting at another person of drugs. Room 118 is where the main drug dealers stay. People coming and going, people banging on the door, screaming, fighting all at room 218. But management refuses to do anything about them. Cops are always there chasing people, or looking for someone. The amount of homeless people and hookers is ridiculous My advice STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THE DUMP AS YOU CAN.

I love this place. Its quiet peaceful cheap monthly rates rooms are always clean. The suites have a separate bedroom that's pretty big. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is a good place if you are just trying to relocate or job searching.

Ready or not, here we come! We should be arriving around the 1$T to rent a suite, monthly, until we are able to get into something affordable near the city. Can't wait! There's a sex shop right across the street!

It is south of I-40. South of I40 is always better. If you know the area you will agree.

Only stayed one night but had 2 rooms. The first room had cigarette buds every where, pubic hair in the sheets, writing on the bathroom door, and roaches throughout. Second room was an improvement but my girlfriend and I still bolted the door because of the crack head and working girls right outside our room. Terrible place to stay! not worth the money!

They have roaches and fat back tv's and they dirty and nasty asf swear to good I walked in my looked around a lil bit then u seen a few baby roaches on the counter than I turned my ass around and downstairs and got my money backI recommend that no ever stays there ever.

Love this place! Its nice and quiet! The service is very nice, price is reasonable! Its like a little apt! I would recomand to anyone! Its a great place to stay!

I love this place so much they have the best will they forever they have one washer and dryers and their snack machines pop machines and their coffee and now they're about to serve bagels for breakfast so you guys just come here it's really fine nice only thing I really disliked about it that they never opened the pool in the summer.

This place has roaches bad. The rooms are dirty. Had some ones panties left in the room.

Thought I was renting a decent room for a nights stay. Checked in and was given a room key to a room that was blocked off. Asked front desk how I was to even get to said room. Told me to take the stairs (blocked off) or walk clear around to the opposite side of the building. They changed their mind and gave me another key. Walked to the room and was horrified! Cockroaches swarming the bathroom walls and floor. The floors hadn't been vacuumed, the bed spread was full of holes and dead bugs too. Got out of there and said that I was not going to stay in a cockroach infested room. Didn't want to give me my refund but luckily had done it online, so I was able to have help on that matter. How can this place stay afloat with the nasty features? Yuck! Drove another two hours away feeling totally grossed out! Found a much better place for the price. (No bugs either! )

They have bed bugs and still charging me the same price for these damn bedbugs and roaches. Yuck… And nasty. They don't care as long as they are getting paid…

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! It sounds great when u call and ask questions! We paid for 1 week and walked in the "2 bedroom studio" the space was nice at 1st glance but it was the dirtiest room I have ever rented! Food splattered all over the walls it smelled so bad and there were holes everywhere the floors were so dirty that your feet stick to it, both toilets had pee all over them tubs were filthy yet I wanted to be humble and take what I can get so I grabbed a bucket filled it w hot water bleach and dish soap and cleaned the room thoroughly! Tried to make the best of it and my kids were COVERED IN BED BUG BITES the next morning! They did not refund our money but instead switched our room after I bust my ass cleaning the last room! Again the 2nd room was filthy but a bit cleaner. Still cleaned again and tried to make the best of it! NOW WE SEE ROACHES! Suddenly I get a knock on the door an it's an exterminator! They knew they had pests and even though we asked they lied! The hotel doesn't do refunds after ONLY 15 MINUTES! I should have known… Posting bed bug bite pictures too so u can see! Worst experience ever just DON'T DO IT!

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Dirty. Rust on the stairs and the room smelled. Also, found condom wrapper in toilet.

Horrible! The only reason I stayed here was because all of my other options were booked. There was blood on two different walls in my room, which was completely disgusting. The closet was nice and big, but there's was blood on the wall in there too, not to mention a cigarette (in a non smoking room). The batthroom was okay, but the handle looked like someone shot it off (with a gun) and it could fall of at any moment, so you couldn't shut the door completely. An awful odor filled the room, like that of old food. The bed spread seemed dirty, the sheets seemed clean, so that was good, but the rest of the hotel room was filth. The heater did not work either, it was very cold and I would defiantly never stay here again, if you have children I wouldn't recommend staying here either. All in all DONT STAY HERE, even if it's only $67. They should really shut this place down!

If their rates were a bit more cheap they would be perfect for low-income family.

I've stayed at the Oaktree a lot and am currently staying here. I like it always have. I like the two seperate rooms. I can honestly say I've never had any issues with this hotel. The maids are friendly just as. Most of the staff here. The only thing I don't like about it is all the police that hang around.

The rooms are nasty, the remotes have no batteries or their dead. The rooms are hot and stuffy when you first walk in. The front desk people think its funny to piss their guest/customers off. They are not concerned about the guests comfort. Their hospitality is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.

Horrible experience my children were eaten up with bed bugs, other tenants also found bedbugs and we're kicked out for complaining. I pulled the head board off and was abl to show them the large bed bugs we had been sleeping with this place with this place should be closed down for the the first filthy conditions, they even after seeing and accepting reality denied refundining the money of all affected and my son recieved and my son medical attention. I will never go back they have roaches and the house keeper will steal your shit! I left my charger plugged up in the wall when I checked out I went right back to get it and the front desk told me there was no charger! and would not let me talk to house keeping I had to spend fifteen bucks on a new one! if these people steal chargers they'll definitely steal your wallets and purses not mention there is police in the parking lot at all times because of all the illegal activity don't let your friends sit in the car and wait for u to come down Bcuhz the police will harass them! horrible.

I am staying here now and the new owners are great they have met every request we have made with smiles and the upmost service. We have a great kitchenette and ac is outstanding. Our room is great. Housekeeping is very friendly and always smiling. This will be our home away from home.

Worst experience that I have ever had. It started as soon as we checked in. I had printed my reservation which quoted one price and then the lady at the front charged me about $11 more and told me that I would have to take care of it with Magnuson Hotels. She did not even try to help me out. The rooms are nasty. The cable for the TV is held on the wall with clear tape. The air conditioner didn't even cool. The TV didn't work properly. I would suggest that people not stay there!
