These rooms are absolutely disgusting! There were roaches crawling throughout my room! Mold in the bathroom in shower and around shower, dirty microwave and refrigerator dirty sheets on bed and the carpet skanky as h#& (! Also laundry room was broken into and looked as though washers and dryers had been broken into to and dirty as f#:&! Do yourself a favor keep it moving past this hotel! I couldn't even sleep after driving 10 hours! And could not change rooms since they were all booked on bottom floor and my husband is disabled all rooms in area booked due to a power outage! I'm still itching! Yuuuck!
And did not looked to be cleaning up to Covid-19 guidelines!

THEY HAVE BEDBUGS! put my kids to sleep took a shower, then tried to crawl in bed with my kids but felt and seen multiple bugs in the bed with us. I was so mad to have to wake my children up in the middle of the night to a different hotel. Do not stay here!

I was check in a smoking room I didn't sleep well … the rest door needs to be fix … all door. Clean all window too

But the motel management has a policy in place that goes against integrity of its guests.
I have been a member of the Choice Hotels System for years, and have used the Reward Points System numerous times for a room.
This was only the second time I was treated as a potential criminal and had to leave a hold on my credit card in case I stole or broke something.
I was informed it's the policy of the General Manager Arely Ramirez.
As a Retired US Navy Chief and a Retired Police Sergeant, I felt very insulted.

Some agent not very cordial. Not walking distance to anything but cracker barrel. Uber was best friend.

Very comfortable room. Nice big bed. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Coffee was also good.

Very clean rooms. The grounds were nice. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Nice & peaceful.

Good rates and nice sized handicap room. The room was dark to get rest and quiet. I didn't use the free breakfast so don't know how to respond. The ramp is way, way too steep in the parking spots. I wheeled to nearby Cracker Barrel for dinner… nothing else in wheelchair distance. Needs sidewalks to get there.

Big room was clean & quiet. A/C works great & breakfast was better than most continentals. Elevator & ice machine were on the glitch, but others were close and working. Very convenient location.

I was really impressed with this place it sure is nice and use to be my favorite motel 6. Very nice price with a bedroom and living room with pull out bed. Less than 70 probably less on hot wire.

The hotel was less than adequate. It was alright for a night stay but since not all hotels have bathtubs for bathing I asked over the phone and was told yes. There was no plug available for the tub. We asked for a plug over the phone and was told by the front desk staff that they would look. A half hour later there was still no response. I went to the front desk and asked and he looked in a closet for a minute and came back to tell me there was none available. I asked him to check the vacant rooms and was told they were fully booked. I then told him a discount should be given since all the amenities in the room were not available. Then a phone call was placed to the manager and she stated to check the vacant rooms. 10 minutes later I finally had the plug but didn't appreciate the laziness of the staff and the hotel was only half booked so I had been lied to. Then the tub leaked when it drained from underneath on the bottom. I can't take showers due to a disability but then I would never have known how much the staff lacked in effort for their guests. I would highly suggest another hotel.

Staffs were nice. Breakfast was good. Building is in good shape. However my room was smelly. It smelled like damped clothes all of the time which was disgusting. Bed sheets were stained with blood and other liquid. Please inspect your laundry process. It's not working.

Decent breakfast. Does have outdoor entrance into rooms. Ok place to rest.

Nice comfortable Hotel, staff is quiet not overly friendly', the beds are amazing, the pillows suck and housekeeping surface cleans… we were there for 3 nights didn't leave us enough towels didn't leave any towels the second time, but for as booked up as they were it was a good day will stay there again.

The room was clean and the bathroom looked well cleaned as well. I enjoyed the bed it was definitely soft and comfortable for the price. Definitely one of the best options around for a very fair price. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had good options with waffles, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cold cereal, breads and yougurt. Great one night stay.

Budget friendly. Luis helped me with a smooth check-in and check out. He was still there in the morning. Very nice and respecful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The building looks a little scary but we didn't run into any problems. They offered hot breakfast and it was plenty. Good for families with kids.

Dirty, loud, out of date, and not worth the effort. I could go into the litany of what was wrong with this hotel and my stay (non-smoking room with a strong cigarette odor, dirty room, noisy guests and highway), but just save yourself the same hassle and stay elsewhere. There are many, better options within a couple of blocks. Many are newly built and only moderately more expensive.

After staying in Salina Kansas and dealing with Sadie and Tammy. I stayed here Antonio I was really impressed with your customer service I was checked in about 5min one of your other locations can definitely take notes with way you handle your clients. My room was nice, but about as far away from the lobby as possible. The single luggage card was kept by the lobby, more are needed, perhaps one by each elevator. My room was clean, however the two elevators I used were filthy. There was a lot of noise from I-40 so request a room on the side away from the highway.

It was a pretty reasonable motel. Nothing super fancy about it, but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was okay. A reasonable expectation for a reasonable price.

There are some other reviews that are negative, but obviously everyone has different experiences. I stayed in this hotel for an OU/TCU football game this previous weekend and the experience was very nice. Our room had a very clean king-sized bed, TV, microwave, and mini fridge for a low, affordable price. The entire room was very spacious and tidy. Very comfortable bed plus a lot of TV channels which some hotels do not offer. In my opinion, it was a safe area and I would definitely go back!

Staff at desk was smazing, she really was helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. You should give her a raise!

Good neat and silent place. Pretty closer to the highways so easy to travel. Check in and check out process was very smooth.

We met some guests in the lobby to sit and chat with them over the continental breakfast. The staff were polite as we ate and after breakfast as they cleaned up and let us spend the time with our out of town family.

It was a nice one night stay. The shower water pressure was impressive plus the heater for the water was really good. The room was really cold so sleeping was comfortable. The need was soft but the elevators looked sketchy overall great place.

The staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is not new, but rooms were clean and had had some updates like newer tile on the bathroom floor and granite countertop. Breakfast was basically just cereal or toast, despite the advertisement for "hot breakfast". Overall, no complaints!

Clean comfortable room, if a little worn out. Quiet. Staff was friendly. The check-in guy was great, his attitude was perfect, helpful and friendly. Perfect for the one night I needed, close enough to the airport.

Not the best budget hotel I've stayed in, but far from the worst. The room was nicely kept but was permanently damp. I think this may have been a ventilation problem. The staff were very friendly and the facilities and breakfasts were awesome.

I thought it stunk we went and bought air freshener it was 9-10 clinlyness it was a 7 staff was very friendly.

Is this a five star hotel? No. Is it a five star budget motel? Pretty close. Nice staff. Relatively quiet. Right off freeway. Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice TV, Wi-Fi, good shower and even decent continental breakfast! I'd stay here again!

Room was very clean, bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable, staff was very nice, water pressure was great, breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying at Quality Inn at future locations.

The staff was absolutely friendly and amazing. They even allowed my daughters to swim until 11, pool closed at 10. Highly recommend. Oh and the room was very clean and wonderful.

The rooms seem to be updated well, though there seems to be a few points they missed. We still have an old TV here and no bathroom fan. But those are just minimal things. The noise from the highway is present, doesn't bother me much but in the morning it did get louder. I think it's a good stay and the service was good.

Nice hotel. Very convenient to I 40. Big clean rooms with a friendly staff. My room did not have a flat screen tv, very disappointed. Breakfast was very good.

The ac unit didn't work so it was extremely hot in the room and hard to sleep. Breakfast was disappointing as well.

Great location by the interstate but can be a bit noisy depending on which direction your door faces. Room was very spacious, and staff was very helpful. Worth the price.

The phone didn't work, the fridge didn't work, they were unwilling to get a new fridge and gave me attitude when I requested this. Don't stay here, it's cheap for a reason. Stay next door for a few bucks more.

Very nice accommodations, well lit lot, Wi-Fi was fast, and the continental breakfast was good, lasts until 10 too. Plus, waffles!

Husband and I stayed here and the to we got was 2 beds. We booked for 2 nights. When we walked into the room it's was very cold and everything in the room was very damp sheets pillows everything and smelled like mildew. We thought it was due to the ac being on and being set so low. We shut it off and went to dinner and came back about 2 hours later and everything was still very damp and smelly. We had to wait about 20 min in the lobby for someone to help us. We asked to switch rooms and all they had was a smoking room left so we reluctantly took the room and it had the same problem so we got stuck in a room that not only was very damp but also smelled like smoke. Needless to say we checked out early and went to the holiday Inn down the street. We won't be staying there again.
