It's okay in a pinch if you are on a tight budget. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it. Izzie.

The a. C. Only works on one setting. The bathroom is falling apart.

The room I stayed at was really clean and it even had a Jacuzzi in it. The staff was really nice.

Rented a room for a friend that needed help, wanted a one bedroom but we're all booked up for the night but the let me have a double bed room for the price of the single room with a small deposit that was returned if the second bed hadn't been messed up.

The room was clean. Unfortunately the service was unprofessional. After I asked for a non-smoking room I had to pay a $20.00 cash deposit even though I paid with my credit card for the room. Then I was told to keep the room clean and when I check out they will check the room before I get my deposit back. I was told at least three times to keep the room clean. I do not recommend staying here. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Cheap hotel! Non smoking rooms are clean but the smoking rooms are trashed! They dont force you out the door at 11am with the cops like other hotels of this caliber and that surprized me! Very easy to get my deposit back! Nice people that run this hotel! I left the hotel headed to the Casino about 10pm on Friday night and was instantly pulled over by the cops and me and my car searched extensively for narcotics! The police told me that there was a drug problem at the establishment so I was randomly pulled over! Other than that I suppose if its 10 below zero outside and you have to get a room as soon as possible then it's not that bad!

Nice location in the city. Nicer location on the streets, being on the corner of 39th and Portland, easy to turn into. And the rooms were really good looking compared to what you spent.

Did not stay, only visited the premises.

After staying here a extended amount of time this was the best experience I've had staying in hotels the entire staff made y family and I feel like we were at home the rates beat any place around here and would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

Awesome stay, clean, professional and very courteous staff. The family always go out of their way to be accommodating!

Me and my family was in town this weekend for a tournament in okc. We searched and searched for hotels that meet our usual standards to no prevail. We settled for hospitality. They seemed nice but the next day after check out we found out otherwise. First off… im pretty sure it is drug infested and prostitute filled. The doors are beat down and scratched up. I saw at least 2 spiders within our room within one night. Cigarette burns on the toilet and the tub! Outdated comforter and tv. Pillows so flat we might as well had used a throw cover instead. And the sheets had stains, lastly the room reeked of old cigarette smoke! … ON TOP OF ALL THIS… we stayed at the motel and used our own covers. The next day around 11:30 after we had checked out and made it back to the tournament we get a call from the front desk. Claiming we stole pillows, pillow protectors, and sheets and they were planning to call the police. I am truly outraged at this. They are a cheap hotel willing to do anything they can to extort as much money as possible from their patrons. On top of that DISGUSTING! Don't stay here!

The rooms were ok. Bathrooms were so bad. Burn marks all over the tubs. Door wouldnt lock and toilets were stained.

Couldn't ask for nicer management! All we needed was a replacement light bulb when the bathroom bulb blew out. Management was here in under 5 minutes with a light bulb. Housekeeping works HARD all day to keep the rooms clean. Garbage outside is constantly being picked up. Microwaves and mini fridges work great! Lots of hot water for showers.

It was clean and comfortable.

Room smelled bad and the beds were not great. There were brun marks on the bathtub.

I enjoyed the weekend and will use them again when I come to Oklahoma City.

The owners have the absolute worst human-values and respect for others. As a very large storm was coming into town my family warned me there was a tornado touchdown, 70mph winds, and grapefruit size hail in peidmont that would hit me in 5 minutes. So I pulled into the first place I saw with a awning as I had purchased my $17, 000 truck just 3 days earlier. I went inside and the woman owner didnt know about the storm. I asked if she had a storm shelter and she said no, when I asked if they had a safe room the power went out. She asked what was going on and I told her that within the next couple minutes the large hail and damaging winds would be on us… Thats when she told me I had to move my truck. I told her there was no time to find another covered area to protect it. She said "Why would I care about your truck when your not even renting a room? " and she went on to say "move your truck so my husband can park my car where you are parked! " I told her to call the police, that I wasnt moving, then her husband forced me out into the storm which was already ripping the signs off two neighboring resteraunts. 30 seconds later I was parked at the Carls Jr. Next door and suffered two shattered rear view mirrors and 20-30 dents all over my truck. So much for WARNING THEM that the storm was coming. My brand new truck is ruined because the owners of this hotel had absolutely no decency. Stay Away.
