I've never had an experience like this. I'm currently taking action against fraudulent charges against this hotel after several requests to have it refunded. Paid 73.00 (after taxes on booking) once IA showed up to the hotel they said a $35 deposit which I was fine with. Went to my room to do mandatory work and there was no Wi-Fi. I immediately checked out of the hotel. On my debit card is charges from the hotel for 100.00, 73.00 and 81.00. I understand the 73.00 through booking. I Have requested for these charges to be reversed and they have not. I'm taking legal action because a property should not do these kind of things to customers especially if they didn't even stay.

Clean room, courteous and professional customer service and a great price. I would recommend this place.

Terrible service! I booked this room/hotel for my boss. Set everything up and filled out information to have the room paid in advance, plus they have the credit card info on file. Followed all their procedures to make sure everything would be completely ready for check in. Of course he shows up and everything falls apart. Needless to say, he left and got a room at a different location. Extremely unhappy with the service!

The rooms are super nice and clean. The breakfast was small. 4 or 5 things to eat. They have an option to toast your own frozen waffles or warm up a sausage biscuit. But they were just left out unthawing on the cabinet. No ice. No ice pack. So I skipped that item. These are way better then the Super 8s in Wichita KS.

Room's are nice just remolded staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

This place needs help. Sketchy people walking around all hours of the night. Two times during the night someone tried to come into my room. To take a shower I had to turn on the hot water and let it run for about 12 minutes before it would ever get warm. Only one locking mechanism on the door. No ice machine on property. And they required a $100.00 deposit.

Reasonable, large room but dirty, and tub was rusty with filty walls, heating unit so loud, hear traffic on highway. Horrible night. I accidently booked room during a visit to okc, although I let them know it was a computer error they said they'd still charge me a night. Wish I would have planned better. Got charged extra few days later called back to get them to correct these charges, manager gave me run around told me to fax him my bank statement or take it up with my bank. Said he couldn't look on his end. That's Really upsetting to check out get a receipt then get another hit on your bank.

There was no soap and shampoo in the room, and when I went to ask for some the guy was rude. The room was decently nice otherwise.

This Super 8 does not look like the pictures that are online. It is small, dirty on the outside, the breakfast bar was horrible and it was noisy all night. The inside of the room was clean however the door didn't seal properly and we had to use all the towels across the bottom just to be able to heat the room sufficiently. We will not be staying there again.

Too close to the interstate, highway noise was unbelievably loud. Door was in need of repair and could not secure with deadbolt. Staff was minimally helpful. Continental breakfast was in need of better prepared coffee.

The wait staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Checkout was easy. Overall enjoyed the stay, and would come again. The only complaint is the strong smell of cooking in the lobby.

I'm giving this Motel a 4 because the staff go out of their way to be helpful and kind. They are family oriented and that makes a difference! They do not allow problems to occur while your staying here. This Motel needs to be renovated. I have read the reviews and disagree with some of them. If your traveling and need to stop for the night I recommend this Motel. It's located by I-35 and easily seen from the interstate.

We will never go to this place again! They cared $300 more then our invoice price and we tried to cancel our reservation and they wanted to charge us $68 even tho we met within thee deadlines the rooms don't even cost that per night. They also had 8 teenage in one one room not including there drug dealer coming and going all night.

It was the worst experience in my life the people were so rude! I had my husband check about getting our deposit back and one of the older males that worked there tried to follow me in the bathroom and I had to file a police report. Never again! Motel 6 Is 5x better.

You know, it's not the four seasons but it's not bad (at least the room I stayed in). It's an older motel that probably bought into the Super 8 franchise. It could use some updating and love but it seems clean enough. Beds were pretty firm but that's just how I like it. The only complaint from me is the $35 "Deposit" that's not disclosed when you book it and it's sprung on you at check in. I'm supposed to get it back so we will see how long that takes and I'll update my review.

Terriable place, bathrooms need repair, beds had tears in them, light plug ins didnt work and they were aware of it. Floors turned your feet black. Rivits in floor trim cut our grandaughters foot.

Very nice room! Updated and clean. Definitely would go back.

Run down, no safety bar on door, paint spill not cleaned up, old hazy tv, remote did not work. Staff were nice though and replaced the coffee maker which did not work.

Walking in the reception area there is a pungent odor that clings to your clothes. Not a very professionally run place. Decided not to stay there after the odor and unkempt look of the place.

Air conditioner barely kept the room cool. TV was broke. Never seen a hotel count the towels every time you need an extra. Overall I would stay there again but not the top of my list. The staff was great.

Rude customer service oh yeah their website says one price and they say another.

Wouldn't allow my service dog to stay. That's breaking a federal law. Sad that they discriminate against the disabled.

Super 8 in Moore OK was very clean and nice.

Do not go here! Terrible terrible! They will charge your card twice and be rude about it, make sure you have your bank account pulled up because they will try to steal your money. Slow to fix problems, inconsiderate! Pay elsewhere like at la Quinta. Right across the bridge.

Owner was very nice. Just not Super8 quality.

Very good room service they were nice and clean really nice rooms. Room cleaner left a card with her name on it Kayla I recommend her every time I stay there. It wasn't very pleasant stay 5 stars.

The people working here were very nice and helpful. My friends and I traveled 12 hours from Chicago to volunteer after the tornado. After arriving, the front desk associate helped us find a room with two beds, even though the hotel was pretty booked up. As we were from out of town, the front desk was very helpful in telling us how to get around and find all the places we needed to find nearby. The room was very clean and helped us relax. Definitely would stay there again considering the low price and the hassle free stay.
