Bedding had stains. A few bugs. Over all it was fine beds were awesome to sleep in.

Nice for a nights sleep but no breakfast after 8am.

Hugo, Oklahoma — Just slept there overnight, very friendly staff, room quiet & clean, good cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee.

Cheap and good accommodations. Nice people that work there.

For the price, we really can't complain. My family and I booked 3 rooms total. I assume the motel is in the process of remodeling because 1 of our 3 rooms was nicer than the others, and also they had a crew there working on a couple more as we were leaving. Beds were relatively comfortable and everything was clean. My only true complaint is the shower head was super low. I'm only 5'7 and I had to bend way back to wash my hair.

We stayed at Holiday Motle. This is not a good place to get a room for the night. The sheets was never changed The sheets look like blood was on them and I talk to the manager he was very disrespectful to me. I will not be staying at this Motel again. Please Do better.

Great place for smoking room. Not stinky at all. Clean tile floors and good heater. Direct TV. Nice people. For the price, you can't beat it!

Was in there last week and forgot my iPad front desk said they had it and would send it it's been a week and I can't get anyone to answer the phone now! Very shady if you ask me.

Stayed here while working out of town. Room was clean and comfortable. Management and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

This is a very nice Motel and you have Walmart behind it so you can get all your needs and it's fairly decent priced big parking lot room service.

Cinderblock walls, toilet doesn't flush right, and bugs are dead on floor. Ice machine was broke and I just don't like this place. Idk why everyone thinks it's so nice and clean and wonderful. Don't know about other places to stay in Hugo but I'd rather drive down to Paris TX and stay.

Owner was very friendly… room, beds, and pillows were nice.

It is inexpensive, that's about the only good thing I can say about it. The non-smoking room not only smelled like an ashtray, but had cigarette burns on the bedding.

It's got great beds, nice room, and nice clerk. Just recommend getting breakfast from somewhere else if you want a big breakfast.

The air conditioning was cold… the TV worked good… not much else to say. The floors were dirty, the ceiling fan didn't have anyway to turn it on… kinda creepy!

Here for out of town work Kevin (owner) was very accommodating for our leaving and coming back throughout the weeks. Will stay here whenever in town.

Very nice older single story motel. Very clean rooms, fresh towels (and plenty of them), free Wifi, large televisions, complimentary breakfast, large parking lot, and very spacious rooms. Owners, staff and maids are extremely nice and very helpful. This motel is on the edge of town, so it's quiet, even with construction workers staying here for a shutdown. The owners are constantly "out and about" on the premises and this is honestly the safest I've felt of all the motels I've stayed at in my life. I can't think of anything I would improve on other than maybe a few more electrical outlets for chargers, computer, etc. Near the bedside or dining table.

We, financially conservative graduate students, have performed field work in the Hugo WMA twice this summer, and stayed at the Holiday Motel both times. The staff members were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. My room was insect free, as verified by a thorough search before bedding down; which, as I'm a certified entomologist, I had to mention. Clean, warm towels were provided every morning and at request. The housekeeping service was as good or better than that of more expensive hotel rooms. We recommend this place to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the Hugo OK area. The staff are very hardworking and are constantly making improvements on the rooms. The person managing the motel is very friendly and we are glad to support his business. This hotel feels safe and I would absolutely recommend staying here if you have business in Hugo, Oklahoma.

First of all, the room wasn't terrible. It was out dated, but not bad. There was a drug deal that went down next door at 2am, the front desk people tried to get my pin number to my card and the hotel house keeping carried their supplies in a Walmart cart they stole from the Walmart across the street…

I do not know why someone would say this about this hotel. This hotel was sweet kind and everything but rude. Me and my husband and two kids stayed here almost a year and never had one bit of a problem. They were sweet and they waited till at least 9 o'clock before they wanted to knock on my door to see if I would like service for the day. The front desk is really clean nice and they will take care of anything you need all you need to do is dial 0 from your room. The housekeepers are sweet time and good workers and does an excellent job on cleaning. So whoever was saying what they were saying negative about this hotel is wrong I've nothing to say about this hotel Negative everything I have to say is a positive outcome. Nothing was ever stolen or taken out of place in my room either. So I highly suggest this place is excellent fantastic an amazing welcome stay and very quiet at night.

I am never going back there again it was the worst week of my life boo. First of all the house keepers came knocking on my door at 8:00 am and my god come on really wait tell ten. And then the house keepers where very nasty and ugly. One was on the phone all the time. And the other went back and froward to I guess it was her room. Then I got stuff stolen from my room and I am pressing charges I got proof and it was over 100 dollars ok my gf makeup my gf daughters food on camera by the way. Then that night it was not busy and one of the house keepers went to a room with a man and was in there for an hour and her kids left out playing. The one with kids kick her kids out of room so she can get high come on and then the front desk lady was ok the older one was really sweet. But if you have kids don't go and they dont clean good they steal and talk bad about the owners and other people.

Friendly staff and clean. Stayed in rm 110 with no sign of bed bugs. The owners are very nice and keep a clean motel. Recommended to anyone who visit Hugo to stay at this low budget motel.

Rooms 109 an 110 had bedbugs. When notified the lady at front desk she offered to give us another room which we refused all I can say about it she was friendly an gave us our refund back. I wasnt going to take the risk of taking bedbugs home to my residence where it could cost me money because of someones place of business I will never be going back to this motel ever again. An the husband claimed he didnt find anything in the rooms but I'm sure he would say this because this is going out to the public. But we offered to show the proof of the bedbugs that was in the bed but it was refused.

I spend a lot of time on the road working shutdowns… This to me was a great place to stay, and I stayed for right at 5 months… All the "high dollar" places won't let you grill in the parking lot, and I do a lot of grilling… their Wi-Fi was great, and the Hugo damage right down the road was great fishing.

My parents and I were traveling thru on our way home from traveling. If you need a place to stay in Hugo, I'd definitely recommend this hotel. GREAT price, clean room, comfortable beds. Quiet, clean parking area, well kept grounds, staff was very friendly and helpful. Also very easy to get to from Hwy 271.

Came into town visiting family and wasn't expecting to stay as long as I did. Stopped at the first motel I found and it was actually very nice. I enjoyed my stay here a lot.

I was very impressed by the very friendly staff. Even more so, by how neat and clean the room was! Especially considering how low the rates are! I had a wonderful stay, and the amount of southern hospitality they show to their guests is very rare this day and age. And very much appreciated.

I have stayed there 3 times and all the staff and owner's are nice. I work out of town and have to stay at the best price and place for the money. I would recommend this stop to anyone. There are no big name hotels or motel chains in Hugo so I was a bit worried at first. They keep the place neat clean and safe. This is your best best for price room and money.

This place was great and fun I loved the quite and clam placement the lobby was clean and my room was nice and clean smells good and it was cold like I like it. The parking lot was clean and it was a quite place for someone like me to go and rest after a long hard days drive thank u guys.

This hotel is the best motel they took me and my family in and they are great people they have clean rooms they are always smiling I love this please this is a peaceful lovely please. They are welcoming joyful and sweet carrying people. They try there best to make you fill like family and that is what I look for. So I would like to take this time to thank them and there generosities. Thank you.

I booked my room online and when I arrived the staf was friendly and helpful. I got my key and went into my room. It was really nice. The air conditioner kept it cool, and there enough room for all of my luggage. The housekeepers would come by everyday to check and see if I needed anything. I had a really great time and I will stay here again.

A wonderful stay We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The front desk personnel were always friendly and helpful, the hotel was bright and welcoming, and the room was great! It had a good seating area, Spacious bathroom with wonderful hot water with great water pressure and plenty of towels, and very comfy beds. We never heard a bit of noise from the hall or other rooms. The room was clean and temperature easily controlled. The breakfast was typical fare, but was kept clean and refilled often. Good job.

Clean and friendly. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. Parking was great. Wide selection of candy, drinks and snack in the lobby. I've been to some really nice hotels before that only had a small and expensive selection of goods. This lobby store blew me away. I didn't have to get in my car and drive to a convenient store for a reasonably priced drink. I was just surprised. The service here can't be beaten.

I stayed at the Holiday Motel June 20-22nd and they were awesome! I came down for a Family Reunion and needed a place to stay on a budget. I called around to other motels before coming and they truly had the lowest rates in town. The front desk lady was so nice and cheerful. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. The room came with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ice bucket, cups, they even had the shampoo! There was plenty of towels and each day the house keeper came in and did an amazing job and she was really friendly. I was extremely amazed on the deal I got there. I was not expecting this kind of customer service from a small town motel. I left a very satisfied customer and am planning to take my family back next year! I can't wait.

The outside sign is promising. "voted best in Hugo 7 years in a row. " As you move into the office, the 3 dead cockroaches insided the front door should have been a warning, however, the desk clerk is friendly. First thing that catches your eye as you move into Room 117 is the exposed wire dangling from the ceiling. Next thing noticed was the 1/4" gap from the ground up to the handle height on the door. Next is the gum stuck to headboard. Then you realize the a/c isn't reducing the temperature any. It could be that the curtains are way too long for the window so all the a/c air is being directed to the window. Have to open the curtains to feel the still warm air that the unit is putting out. Try to take a shower to cool off only to discover "bloody" looking rust water pouring out of the faucet for 5 minutes before you can step in. You come out of the shower and as you are drying your hair you notice that the smoke/fire alarm is missing from it's ceiling mount. Overwhelmed, you sit on the throne to think about things and the seat comes undone from the pot. Now you discover, that this hotel provides ONE-ply toilet paper. Jeez! You get on the phone to see if the newer larger HiWay Inn might have an opening as two groups that were to be in town have cancelled. You call and book a room there, and as you check out, you are horrified to learn that the HiWay Inn is owned and operated by the same person that owns/operates the Holiday Motel.
