Lady was extremely rude at the front desk. She argued with me that our stay did not qualify for rewards. The lobby had a weird odor. The rooms are outdated with very slow Wi-Fi. I have Verizon and barely any service. I stayed in a non smoking room that was located right next door to a smoking room so smelt smoke through my whole stay. I also had cigarette holes in my linen. Shower was extremely old with very little pressure. Not worth it when other option near by.

Not a bad place to stay on the fly, but certainly not great. The attendant was friendly and promptly set us up with a ground floor room. Beds were comfortable but blankets had cigarette burns. The complex was fairly quiet. We had a large camper trailer attached to our truck that we were able to park with no issues. Decent food was within walking distance. The room was not cleaned very well, but was satisfactory for a short, one night stay. The tub and sink would not drain, and the bathroom fan did not work at all. The above complaints would have been a non issue (as I am not very picky), but the complex was fairly empty and we were charged $93 for about 12 hours of usage. While not extremely expensive, I stayed in a wonderful Super 8 in St Claire, MO the previous night for $57 that had none of these issues. They should not be renting this particular room out until properly maintained. There were plenty of open rooms that were probably more fit for visitors.

We were a large group and every guest was checked in quickly and politely by Sandie. Beds were comfortable and some updates have been done to rooms. Would stay again when traveling.

It was a very nice stay and they are pet friendly, that is very important to me, a big storm was hitting the area and it was already dark, trucks and all were pulling to the side of the road with the tornado warning, I had already traveled about 1500 miles and needed to get a room and off the road for sure, they were there and helped me.

Beds are hard and very uncomfortable but rooms were clean people great to deal with.

Good place to park your simi on side or across the street. Close to walmart and food.

Very clean, big room, very helpful on check in beds were good seems that it was very quiet for a motel would stay again.

Little disappointed, I called to let them know I will be checking in very late, they acknowledge it,. When I arrived the clerk was very friendly but did not find my reservation, Right away, but did later, I did not get My special needs I requested. Plus had to tell her I had two pets, that's when she found the reservation. The room smells of smoke, it was stale air had to keep air on all night. But place and Clerk was good.

The air conditioner was broken or just junk and kicked off every few minutes, it wouldn't get cold and the room just felt humid and hard to breathe. The bathroom. Door was broken and wouldn't stay shut and it's so close to the toilet you had to hold it shut while you went to the restroom. The beds were hard and the pillows fall flat as soon as you head hits them. There was vomit all over the sidewalk outside my room. You can hear every little thing outside and the house keeper woke me up at 8:30 walking into my room. Didn't even give me time to get to the door after she knocked before walking in on us. Not happy. Don't recommend at all.

The staff was prompt and friendly, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were fairly comfortable.

Days Inn in El Reno was a great visit. Awesome staff. Everyone was very generous and polite. 4 out of 5 for me.

The Days Inn El Reno is a charming hotel; from the staff to the nicely folded towels hanging in the clean bathrooms. I stayed for a few hours to visit my husband because he stays there for a week at a time while he works in the area. The room was very clean, and comfortable and nicely furnished. I'll be going again next week!

It's ok. Dennys across the street had bad reveiw. Not really short walking distance from anywhere else to eat.

Room appeared average but for $97 a night, one bed I'm NOT sleeping with OBVIOUS roaches, dead AND ALIVE!

Clean, very comfortable and excellent customer service.

No couch, bad AARP discount. Small bathrooms.

Big room, comfortable bed, flat screen TV, and reasonable price.

My boyfriend and I stayed the night a few nights ago, we do not know the area at all. Melissa helped us find a place to eat and do a little shopping for our trip. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and the beds were very comfortable! We will definitely stay again when we pass through.

Showed up late at night a few weeks ago and the front desk attendant, Melissa was awesome and very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean.

The best & most helpful employees! After an incredibly long drive, Tim was very friendly & helpful in getting us information from around the area, way above what his job description might call for. Highly recommended!

Clean and quiet. Great find after a long drive.

Definitely love the beds. Very comfy. The room was pretty clean and smelled nice. The TV was knocked off the mount but other than that it was a nice, clean comfortable, cheap place to stay the night.
