After driving 13 hours I arrive at the hotel (3:45pm). And they tell me reservation had been cancel. They couldn't restate my reservation. I called the hotel the night before and requested some extra amenities. They should have told me something the was wrong then. The "girl" at the front was dude and very unprofessional. I work for Marriott and I know this is not POLICY.

Room was spacious and modern, had 1 light out in the room but it was not any inconvenience. Larger walk-in closet and sliding barn door on the bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet style with the usual fixings.

Iron in the room had a burnt texture that made a hole in my shirt. Also my room was being cleaned at 230 pm so I went downstairs to watch the soccer game lady at the front desk said she could not turn the volume on even though I was the only person in sight. As a Platinum rewards member I will not be staying here in the future.

Check-in was very smooth. Our room was very nice, although the A/C blows directly on the bed. Great location; restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here not long after it was open, so everything still had a new feel, but I was impressed. AC was nice and cold, generous shower space, modern amenities, impressive workstation. Some of the furniture was even West Elm. Will definitely stay here again! For once a hotel actually matched it's photos online!

Great rooms and the best breakfast. I love staying here, but the air freshener in the lobby is turned to max power. You can smell fragrance from the parking lot. If you have a chemical or fragrance sensitivity, DO NOT stay here. I thought it was addressed the last time I stayed here, but they turned it up vs down. They say it’s standard policy to have air freshener blasting, but I’ve never experienced this in another Mariott. This will be my last stay here : — (

The rooms are really nice. The decor is very modern as well. They have a semi-decent gym, which is open 24 hours a day, with a few cardio machines and some free weights. They do have a swimming pool, which closes at 11pm. Breakfast is complimentary from 6am to 9am. The Wi-Fi is incredibly slow (1-5mbps), which is where I knocked a star off. Overall, service has been good as well as the room itself. Nothing extraordinary, but it is definitely comfortable.

This place was excellent. The room was nice. And the staff was nice to. I recommend this hotel. They have a room that can fit up to at least 5 or 6 people in it which is nice. The rooms have nice desks. On the desk there is a lamp and a cat 5 plug say if you need to plug your laptop directly in to an Ethernet port which is nice.

Great hotel, brand new property and very clean. Service was disappointing as we had to wait 20 mins even after checking in online. The blackout curtains need to be 6 inches longer to cover the entire window, especially those facing the parking lot with bright security lights. The manager provided points as compensation and replied quickly to my complaint, but the points wouldn't cover even 1/4 of a night at this property.

As expected, staff are very friendly just as anywhere else we feel about Oklahoma City. We were told the place is 9-month old (Christmas, 2017) so everything looks and feels very new. The work area feels very cozy and comfortable and also is well separated from the bed. The TV position is kinda weird since it's on one side of the bed, but it's OK for us since we don't watch much TV. Two things we feel might need a little tweaking. The AC is very loud, but that's something that becomes standard nowadays. And the bathroom does not have ventilation.

This location is tucked out of the way but it is right next to many different restaurants and amenities. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is ready to help you out with anything you need.

Great new hotel. This is a millennial based layout with great atmosphere. There is a small bar in the lobby and a good fitness room. The rooms are a good size and have large closets. The hotel has a very clean design.

My Aunt and Uncle stayed here with their children when they visited from Dallas. This hotel was nice on the inside but we spent the time outside in the beautiful salt water pool and on the grills provided outside by the pool in the gazebo. Items for grills and hotel room kitchen for check out/rent.

The room was amazing! Brand new location and everything is top notch. I'm assuming the location dictates the pricing because anywhere else I'd have paid 2-3x as much for this room!

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay here. The service was great from the front desk check — in to check — out. The facility was very clean, and the noise control was awesome, very quite and relaxing.

Always enjoy my stay. Staff gives excellent service not only do they offer breakfast but also have a great bar.

In town for a day and stayed here. Very nice new Springhill edition. Staff friendly, spacious and clean rooms. Utilized the pool, not too big, just right for our lounging. Decent Buffett breakfast. Overall great stay. I would recommend this hotel if your in Dell city/ Midwest city area.

Very clean and spacious new rooms. Quiet location away from traffics. I am impressed with Marriott's new layout for springhill suites.

After getting in late, we got a knock on the door at 9 am asking if we were checking out by cleaning. Grrrr Nice beautiful and clean but not happy about that. Manager offered to give us extra points for the inconvenience but really? Traveling from Phoenix to Alabama on a motorcycle to wacht our son graduate flight school, then he's riding back with us. Chose Marriott for the rest and service expected. Disappointed and tired.

This hotel is just a few weeks old, so it is extremely clean. There is a lot of modern and comfortable furniture in each room, and an open concept feel. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There is also free breakfast in the morning. It's located about 15 minutes from the midtown area.
