Excellent Hotel! Recently remodeled, modern decor very clean very nice very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff. Pool is kinda small and traffic is a little loud. But would definitely stay there again.

This facility may be not be perfect, but its close! We had some billing issues, that were resolved efficiently! The manager, front desk staff, housekeeping were all amazing. Our rooms were always immaculate! The staff went above and beyond. I think the management team is 2nd to none!

We always have a wonderful stay at Best Western. We stayed at the one in Cushing and Wewoka in the last 2 months. Your staff has always gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Love the Best Western Plus!

Very nice staff. Clean and good size room. A larger breakfast variety would have been nicer. Running toilet should have been fixed prior to check-in for the price.

We have been coming here for about 4 years. We always love it here! The employees are wonderful and rooms/beds are very comfortable!

When we arrived at the hotel there was two trucks blocking the entryway and to our surprise the lady working the front desk was also in the parking lot sitting in her own vehicle underneath the awning we walked in to get the baggage card and neither truck decided to move nor did the front office lady asked him to move or quit loitering and tailgating in front of the door where customers come in and out the building the people out front was also using vulgar language talking about I'll find you some f****** work when I get it and I asked human resource what's the policy on tailgating at the front door no one can provide me with a proper answer and just told me that management will be getting back with me I can get the same sorry service probably even better at a roach motel. If this is Best Western is customer service it's Shady.

Great staff check in was very simple. Really clean nice rooms. Large rooms with separate setting area. Best hotel in town.

A clean, safe place to stay. The staff were very helpful and respectful.

This is a mixed review… Staff was great and accomidating to our needs for the most part. I did give 3 stars though for a few reasons. I really almost gave this 4 stars but, I really couldn’t for all of the negatives. Negatives: 1) We had a very large group of people and several rooms in town for a funeral. 2 rooms had trouble with the key cards not working and was beyond frustrating. At one point we had been down from the 3rd floor to the 1st, three different times with 3 different sets of keys that would not open the room we needed. 2) One of our rooms smelled like sewage. 3) The lighting in the hotel is horrible, dark and cold. There is nothing warm or inviting about it at all and gives off a morgue type feel. Forget about putting on makeup in the bathroom and looking good out in the real world. And the colors of the decore and paint is just ugly. I can not even understand how and why a hotel chain decided to decorate this way. It’s not inviting or homey or comfortable at all. It’s cold and tacky. 4) I personally witnessed the killing of a baby roach in one room. 5) The outside side door to the hotel that I assume is supposed to lock at some point to keep anyone from just walking up into the hotel, does not, at least during our stay, does not lock. 6) The staff/hotel gave several rooms “sorry for your loss” cards, but skipped us completely. 7) I was told I was given a discounted bereavement rate, but never actually saw the discount on my bill.

Out-of-town company had a good stay. A real asset to Cushing.

The staff is very helpful each year helping us plan and annual event, getting us event dates and helping get Advance reservations.

Great place to stay been staying there for the last 3 OSU football seasons. Good people.

First time I have stayed in the new design Best Western. I enjoyed the size of the room and it really fit the needs of my family. The pool is very small (a high point for family travel) compared to others we have visited. The breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy and waffle mix. Just need some fresh coffee in the lobby for the evenings. Thank you!

My expectations (which are high) were exceeded. Free hot full breakfast each morning holds me over till lunch working in the heat. Bed, sheets, linens, and pillows all first class. Furniture and room decor is presented well with a soothing affect. Bathroom is more than adequate and mini bar with fridge and microwave topped off an excellent stay.

This motel is fantastic. The staff was very accommodating. We had a single king suite which was beautiful and huge! The pool was just what we needed. There is a nice gym and breakfast had a great selection which included lots of proteins. Very reasonably priced.

There was an issue with DIRECTV, but it was not a fault of theres. They were switching over to DIRECTV and the installation was not as planned. We were offered an upgraded room an 30% discount on the room for the problems with the tv. Great staff, breakfast and all around hospitality.

This hotel was spotless and a very nice comfortable place to stay for the two nights that we were there.

Very clean rooms, lobby, grounds, etc. Breakfast consisted of multiple options and was good, as far as breakfast bars go. Staff is cheerful and kind. The beds are firm enough to support someone who's had back surgery but not too hard to be uncomfortable. My group rented 7-10 rooms for a family reunion. We've been coming to Cushing for the last 50 years and have stayed here since this Best Western opened.

Best Place to go for a midnight stay We were moving from Abilene and needed a midnight stay at a hotel. It was a bit of time to go but really matter. Cable was great, breakfast was good, good pool, and otherwise say it's worth $100 for a 2 bedroom.

Very good experience. Hotel was nicely appointed and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly from the the front desk to housekeeping. We arrived during a tornado warning and the front desk personnel was very helpful and informative with the information we needed to be safe and secure. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

My only issue was related to the bed sheets. While I cannot say for sure, the sheets did not appear to be clean and fresh. They were wrinkled and did not smell fresh. I had the impression they had not been changed after the previous guest checked out. Other than that, I was impressed with the room. Not so much with the staff. When I checked in around 9:30 PM, I was treated like an interruption by the clerk rather than being treated like a welcome guest. But hey, I wasn't checking into the Ritz Carlton either.

Didn't expect such a nice place in Cushing. Was pleasantly surprised. Great stay!

We went there for a tupperware event. The banquet room that was rented for it was nice. The hotel looked newly renovated and the public restroom was kept clean.

The staff was beyond friendly with us. The hotel is surprisingly beautiful for Cushing, Oklahoma. The outside doesn't do it justice. The room was huge, nice and clean. Love that there was an indoor pool, fitness room, and that they had computers and a printer for clients to use. They had a really nice spread for breakfast… biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, bacon, pastries, juice, etc. It's really worth paying the extra few dollars to stay here. You definitely get what you pay for. Our family came in for a funeral and they were not only accommodating, but they were also very compassionate. We highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

The hotel staff were very accommodating from price to sleep schedule. Very clean hotel. Pleasant experience. After viewing all the other hotels in Cushing, this one has my top recommendation.

We were only there for the night, but the accommodations were adequate. The only rooms that were available had jaccuzis, which would've been great if my wife were with me. As it were, my father and son were with me. The pull-out bed was horrible. The mattress on it needs to be replaced (and the springs in the center of the bed, as well). The only real complaint I have is they charged me twice. That will be rectified post haste.
