Clean rooms, comfortable bed.

You get what you get for the value. The rooms are nice, beds are firm and big, has TV and free Wi-Fi. But, it doesn't have it's kinks. Because it's a smaller hotel, in order to get hot water, you have to run it for a while. You also have to pull down on the spiggot to get the shower head to work (nice pressure, though. ) The owners were helpful and nice. This ain't the Ritz, but it worked out for only 49$ a room for 2 — 3 people!

I stay here roughly one a month. Clean rooms. Good place to stay.

Room was hot upon arrival and room wasn't as clean as I would have preferred.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and have reserved a room for all home games and staying this weekend as well. Very clean, the manager is an awesome guy. Only thing that would be better would be any kind of breakfast. Alva doesn't exactly have a lot of choices for breakfast.

My boyfriend and I stay here all the time nice and clean great prices.

This is an older hotel but has undergone an extensive renovation recently. Everything was spotless and clean. A great improvement from last year. Fortunately the rates are still the same giving you more bang for the buck.

Room has roaches in it but nice looking rooms besides a couple spots. But I think it was a total rip off for $80. But if you can stay away from here please do because I don't know a lot of people that like sleeping with bugs.

Ranger Inn is extremely clean and very nice. Front staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Beds are excellent, High Speed internet works great, surprising to see microwave, fridge, Iron & Ironboard, hair drier in the room. Rooms are no less than a nice FRANCHISE hotel. I definitely recommend the hotel in every regard. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the price $ 59.00 I paid was reasonable. I will highly recommend this place. Older hotel. No night lock on door. Debris from parking lot blew in under door because weather strip was missing. Didn't service room, had to call for towels. AC in room is noisy, and on the backside, so not very efficient. Walked in room to find dead bugs on night stand. Does have internet, HBO, cable. Would be my last choice in Alva.
