Clean, comfortable, and beautiful view. An easy check in even though it was 1am. After an 8 hour drive it was much appreciated.

We stayed tgere 11/7/2020 and was so disappointed. We stayed in room 610 and when we checked in the tiolet was stopped up. We told the front desk and they said they would send someone right up. Three hours later we still could not us the bathroom because noone had come to check it. We told them again and someone came and said it was going to take him a while to fix it. We asked for a different room but they said they were completely booked. Arounf 7pm we were able to flush the tiolet. There was black mold on the celing in the shower. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. There was still sand and hair in the tub. There was only two towels in the bathroom. There was three of us staying in the room. Also the elevator stopped working and we had to walk down six flights of stairs twice. We informed the front desk about all there concerns and they did not seem bothered. We will not be staying there again. I have always enjoyed staying here but clearly they still expect us to pay the same high prices for less than a quality experience. I took pictures of the black mold in the shower that I will be happy to share. Very Disappointed.

The staff are very kind and make you feel right at home. Very easy beach access. The design of the hotel is such that every room has an ocean view! Very luxurious shampoo, conditioner and bath soap! Clean room.

Everything from a great staff, very nice and spacious rooms! Everything was amazing! Safety is their priority!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Had to call the front desk several times because my room would not cool off. Asked for a fan or different room. Nothing. They had no continental breakfast of any kind. Instead they had a ok breakfast for 13.95. Way to expensive for breakfast and not much to choose from. Nothing great to eat from the grill either. Food service needs some real help. The front desk was super nice and helpful though. We were their for a wedding and they were great with whatever was needed. Hotel was recently updated and looked nice.

It was the best, and I mean best experience we have had on vacation. The staff was so friendly and efficient, and very prompt. The best 7 day stay we have ever experienced. I'm so pleased, we would highly recommend it to all our friends and family. A sincere thank you. We cannot wait to return. A huge. Left with a huge smile and great memories. Thank you.

We booked in advance and asked for a room up high so we could have a better view of the ocean but when we got there we were only on the 2nd floor. We asked to be moved several times and it never happened. Also, our refrigerator in the room wouldn't stay closed so nothing stayed cold. We also had to ask for a hair dryer three times before getting one. The lady at the front desk was very rude upon checkout. Also, watch out because they will put charges on your card that they do not tell you about in advance, then when you ask about it, they feel they have the right to be horribly rude but if you get hateful back they "won't tolerate it". Well, neither will we! I think this place was awful and we'll never stay here again. I WOULD NOT recommend it for anyone. Just saying!
