The gym sux! Rooms were not bad. Very disappointed that cardio machines were all broke. Also their were no weights.

Very dated. Infestation of ants in coffee maker and on wall. Remote not working properly. Floor not vacuumed. Smells. Faucet leaking. Compared to the Fairfield for a couple of bucks more it's a dump! The staff was very good but the company is not supporting the staff with a quality product. Sorry Country inn but no more of my dollars. I gave a 2 star for staff otherwise no star.

I love this hotel mae at the front desk is super sweet and all of the staff was amazing the breakfast lady was sooooo sweet and the rooms are comfortable. We were treated like royalty!

The water pressure is strong and the shower is hot in a hurry, every time. Beds are firm but comfortable. The breakfast is standard however the cereal and milk is available all day. And despite the traffic I like the location of this hotel.

We have stayed here on two different occasions. Being in management at one point I know things can happen but it is how they are handled that make an impression. The staff at this hotel is extremely accommodating and eager to resolve any issue albeit small. All staff were very pleasant. They always had a smile to share. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and was offered at no extra charge. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks to all here that made our stay memorable!

Great staff and clean rooms.

Planned to stay for four days, but I'm leaving after one night because I got grossed out and frustrated. My room has gnats. The towel hanging in the bathroom was dirty when I arrived and there were short curly hairs (not mine) on the comforter cover. The remote looks very old and doesn't work and the office/desk chair is broken. The air conditioning unit buttons are also malfunctioning. I keep getting kicked off of the Wi-Fi every hour or so and losing internet. I'm traveling on business, so I need consistent Wi-Fi to work. Not as big of a deal, but still disappointing — the gym equipment is super old and wonky and the gym television didn't work. All this adds up to a hotel that isn't being managed very well or kept up to date. The front staff was very friendly, however.

This hotel at all costs, for $129 a night we got a room with a lampshade that as soon as you turn on the lamp the shade fell right off onto the floor plus the bathroom door is falling off the hinges and to make things worse you go to brush her teeth the sink fills up with water and it takes two hours for it to drain oh and I almost forgot the toilet likes to run nonstop so if you don’t want to hear the toilet running all night long you’re going to have to get up take the lid off and fix it yourself. I’ll sleep in my Hummer before I stay at this place again.

Wonderful caring staff. The first impression is one of a clean hotel with friendly staff. It is close to the mall and many amenities. Absolutely worth the price. Firm mattress, good water temperature and pressure. Breakfast has a decent variety.

Hotel staff stole my ray ban sunglasses. Terrible place to stay.

Everything is clean and peaceful. Not too difficult to find. The front desk person was super friendly.

I wrote "booty" on a note and left it. Otherwise it was amazing. Not that me writing "booty" was a minus to staying. It was easy to enjoy myself and relax on a long trip from home!

Clean but dated. The amount of deodorizer used in the room is overwhelming. Wi-Fi is extremely weak. Great options for free breakfast. Staff is great. Not a terrible place unless you need great Wi-Fi. Pool area is small but nice and clean.

Can't get shower 2 work right. Room is very comfy an clear, very clean. Will stay again.

Been staying here for years when we come to visit family. Prices are much higher than they use to be but the staff is always great.

My husband and I stayed there for Memorial Day week. It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast was good, everyone was friendly, and respectful. Though we were slow moving, they were very patient with us and just made the stay very enjoyable overall.

Well I liked the view definitely the mall, but not the softest beds. The people are so nice, yet I still feel like Hampton Inn and Suites next door is better.

I enjoyed the hotel just fine, I even asked them to extend my stay. The desk manager screwed this up so now tjativecommittrwd to staying over the weekend I no long have a place to stay.

Decent hotel. Wi-Fi was slow, shower/bathtub handle was broke, and fridge didn't do too much. But ok hotel.
