Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent. Down side NO shuttle to or from airport. The only beverages available sodas, water.

Clean hotel. Currently under renovations. Stayed at hotel after attending Hurricanes game. Proximity to arena is great and saves you the cost of parking at the arena of you are already planning to stay overnight.

The rooms were great very spacious. Beds we comfortable. Couch and TV. Ac worked great. Did not smell in all it was a great hotel.

Initial impression was not good. The place was under going some upgrades that presented minor annoyances. However the staff was great eger to please and the room was all I had wished for. Even though the outside appearance and plastic covered area were an initial put off.

Very pleased with my stay at Arena Suites in Raleigh. Clean, spacious room, conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping centers. Friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's too bad that they jack up their rates on the days when there are events at PNC Arena, but this is a very nice hotel, we had no complaints whatsoever other than the price.

This was a fantastic room! The bed could have been a little better. The free hot breakfast was good.

Super nice room especially for the price. Breakfast just ok. Can't go wrong for the price. Make sure if coming with two cars can park them both at the hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was great and so was the friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were immaculate.

Went to the State Fair, it was the perfect location. Staff was great, rooms were clean. It was a great stay. Will be back next year.

Had a good stay. Slept on a pullout couch. The room was fresh and the AC worked well. Parking was ROUGH the first night. Overall, would stay again. Edit: Oct 2017 Ugh. Room smelled of mildew. Vending machine practically empty. Bottles of water were $2.50 at the lobby. Sheets were dirty on pull-out couch. No fan in bathroom. Lights in vanity area were very dim. It was quiet and the AC worked. Not dirty, other than mildew smell and sheets.

It was really close to the PNC arena. The breakfast was pretty good. The beds were awful. Every time my husband moved it felt like I was on a waterbed.

Great hotel, great staff Breakfast wasn't as good as when I was here a year ago. Hotel is going through a transition to another hotel chain and there is a different food service person. Exercise room has less equipment then other hotels I stay in. Girlfriend has to take turns on equipment. They have only one treadmill, one exercise bike and one other piece of equipment.

Love the pool. Spacious suites. Definitely a great price and next to a restaurant.

For the money it was very good! Comfortable and spacious double beds… Breakfast was not bad at all… Quite good!

Rooms were of great quality. Very spacious, with room to spare. Not far from downtown, 15 min ride maybe more during the standard high traffic hours. I've stayed in much worse and had to spend more money. Best value for your money.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to a hurricanes game. Easy to walk to. Fast food and convenience store nearby. Good breakfast.

The room was excellent! It had two beds, a couch, a large TV, a table, fridge, and microwave, and coffee/tea maker. SUPER comfy beds and pillows. Great service and all of our family were able to get rooms near each other since we booked early! We co-opted the breakfastarea for a party one evening (we gave the front desk some cobbler too! ) And it was REALLY great Reaallly awesome experience and inexpensive.

Location was ideal for getting to multiple areas of interest. Hotel was very clean and also quiet. Would recommend to my friends and family. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms. Breakfast was good, included sausage, cheese-filled eggs, potatoes, cereal, pancakes, fruit, and more. Pool open until dusk, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Rooms clean except there was a pill under one of our beds.

I was at the Beyoncé concert and I needed a place to chill off afterwards. Comfort Suites was a nice place to do that no questions asked.

We stay here every time we come to a hockey game. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Big rooms and beds. Always clean. Walking distance to the arena and to a great restaurant, Backyard Bistro.

Easy check in. Clean, comfortable room. We stay here every time we're in Raleigh and haven't had a complaint yet.

Great Service, Large rooms, good stay!

Our front desk representative was very rude and unapologetic. We came in very late around 10pm after a long day of horse showing. He wouldn't accept my friend's credit card because it had her husband's name on it, instead of her name. It was her business credit card. I ended up having to cover her room with my card. It was a very busy weekend with the horse-show and an event going on across the street at the Hockey arena. The front desk guy said we had to come back in the morning at 7:30am to get parking passes. We said we have to leave it 6am for a horse show and if we could get the pass early, and he said no, it won't be ready until 7:30am since the passes change colors every day. Also, we had to cancel one of our extra hotel rooms, which we did well in advance before the 48 hour deadline and he said he did not have any authority to cancel the room. We had never felt so disrespected, and will probably stay elsewhere next time we come to the horse show. VERY rude and unapologetic front desk.

Exceptionally clean, well-appointed large room with fridge and microwave in mini-kitchen. Great, friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast is one of the best hot breakfasts at this class of hotel… waffles, pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries. We stayed here for a hockey game at PNC Arena, and it's a quick walk across the street to get there. Will definitely stay here again.

The room I stayed in was one of the best ever. It's very clean and didn't smell like a normal hotel room usually does! So far im very satisfied.

Always had a good experience here. Close to the PNC and The Backyard Bistro.

Upon check-in I asked specifically if the washer and dryer worked. Again, the next day I was assured that the washing machine worked. When I went to use it that night, the washing machine was "broken". The person at the front desk offered no alternatives (locations of laundry mats, ect). The items that needed to be washed were for important for business, and the fact that I had no way to launder them directly affected my business. I asked the front desk for help and to speak with the manager. I was told he wasn't answering his phone. I was never offered any help or compensation and told that the hotel was privately owned, so complaining to the company, Comfort Suites, was useless. Stay at the Ramada down the road! It's cheaper and with better service. Also they offered no hot breakfast.

Great place! Clean, huge rooms and within walking distance to the hockey arena. Nice restaurant next to the hotel. Recommend to anyone staying with regards to seeing the Hurricanes or NC State sports.

Great place to stay especially if you are going to an event at the arena.
