Christian was wonderful. Very helpful with any questions we had. Always a big welcome in the mornings. Rooms are very clean. Nice breakfast.

Have open 24/7 kitchen and/or market as advertised. Frequently stay at Hyatt Place… Never again at this one. NOT a true Hyatt Place.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. The staff was superb — helpful, accommodating, friendly and supportive. We returned for a second night after our flight was canceled a second time. The staff made certain we were taken care of. We must have interacted with 10 staff members and they were all wonderful. Thank you!

Great hotel if your spending a night in Raleigh and you have a early flight this is the place to stay.

Exceptional room service option listing, enjoyable complementary breakfast and nice size rooms with thick walls for privacy. If someone wishes Hollywood-style treatment when staying here then unfortunately that's not an option, though, I didn't asked for it. On the other hand, it's close to the freeway, the airport and impressive shopping centers within comfortable driving distance. Give them a chance, you might find something amazing there that I overlooked.

Hotel is very comfortable. Comparable to A Courtyard and maybe even a little better! Beds are great, and service is outstanding. Breakfast is better than most. Very convenient to airport.

Excellent choice in the backyard of RDU airport. Pleasant staff, clean, sizable rooms with every comfort, nice pool and delicious comp breakfast. On my staple list when visiting Raleigh again.

Stayed in a really bad hotel last night. During last nights stay I reserved a room here and asked for early check in. Got here at 8:30 am and was immediately greeted by a wonderful front desk woman who was extremely helpful and accommodating. This place is extremely clean. They let me have breakfast and it was actually really good. They have a person cleaning up after everyone as soon as they are done eating. The room is amazing for the price. Feels a lot like a room in Vegas. Nice seating area set back from the bed… fridge, big screen t. V. Comfy clean bed. Very roomy… no bad smells… I am very very happy with this hotel. Everyone is very nice and this will be a very comfortable place to stay. If it's available book it you won't be disappointed.

Was here for a meeting. Excellent staff. Very helpful. Clean facilities. Looking forward to staying here next month. Very accommodating place. There is even a shuttle to and from the airport.

Great location, very clean. The staff is very courteous and professional. This hotel has a park and fly package; very convenient. The airport shuttle leaves as early as 5 a. M. If necessary.

My stay was excellent. The staff was great and the woman in charge of making my bed in rm 308 was the absolute best. I didn't want to get up.

Too terrible to review at moment based on one person named Austin — never had worst engagement at hotel. Basically was told had no rooms available after I had confirmed registration. After long delayed flight Austin rudely pushed me away and told me he for certain wouldn't have any rooms available until after 3pm (after he found my registration). Meanwhile I have a critical business meeting at 1p and have not slept due to flight complication. I waited in the lobby for 5 hours for him to leave and approached another agent whom quickly got me into my room with just barely enough time to rush a shower/shave for my meeting. Worst experience from hotel in my entire life-Not the Hyatt way whatsoever. I believe it was racially motivated from this individual as every one else on staff was extremely helpful.

Employees are always very friendly at this location small bar in the lobby, which is great for unwinding. Free, hot breakfast and coffee every morning. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Parking is decent. Food menu is okay for "bar food"

Very nice stay before catching a flight. The check-in was friendly and efficient, and the room was large and comfortable. Probably the most important was that it was quiet, which I was a bit worried being so close to the airport. After a good rest I was welcomed to some great staff in the morning, and the breakfast was one of the better breakfast you get in my opinion, especially some hot options. Will certainly come back again.

We were only staying for one night… but what a great night spent… bed was comfy and warm… room was clean and cozy… coffee and breakfast was delicious and free. Belgian waffles, sausage links, cage free scrambled eggs, yogurt with different toppings and juice and milk and almond milk. Everything was awesome, we will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again… oh and the cheesecake in the gallery was the best I have ever had!

Great airport hotel with comfortable rooms and kind staff. Not much around the hotel, but great if you are traveling.

Great Property By The Airport and Central to Raleigh — Durham Triangle Area. This Hyatt Place was a great stay. We didn't fly in, but this RDU Airport location was central to all the Triangle Area we were visiting. Just off I-40 and I-540, minutes to either downtown Raleigh or Durham and Duke University and Medical Center. Also close to PNC Arena if you are coming to town for a Canes hockey game. Room and all areas were clean and well maintained, morning breakfast was good, and everything else was typical Hyatt Place. If jets flying close overhead coming in for a landing bothers you, then you may want to look elsewhere, but I was not bothered, and my daughter and I actually enjoyed watching them come in from out room.

Rooms are huge and spacious. They give you a king bed with Lucio's pillows. Their day staff is on top of their game. Their night staff… Not so much. Huge fan of their shuttle: starts service at 5:00am and departs every 30 mins. They'll add more routes if the bus gets booked. But be ready for the bus 10-15 minutes prior because it will leave early (very in southernly I know)

My family and I have stayed here before and they went above and beyond to accomodate us at 2am when our other hotel fell through. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is fabulous! We were so thrilled with everyone when we stayed the first time we brought 16 of our family members to stay new years eve, before we flew out new years day. When we returned they came quickly to the airport picked all of us up and were oh so pleasant. Both times we had the exact same experience, polite, accomodating, and over and beyond helpful! We have already decided we will always stay at the Hyatt place when we go to Raleigh to visit, or fly out, it has become our tradition!

Usually the first place I look for whenever staying overnight out of town. Rooms are always clean and well laid out. Friendly service, great breakfast, good amenities. Definitely recommend.

This is a very clean and beautiful hotel, love the rooms, they have so much space and decorated with a great hint of that homey feeling and the beds are so very comfortable. The breakfast is so much more than other hotels in what they call a free breakfast! Love the quite and peaceful hotel, where you can really get some good rest and be productive the next day. I love the hotel lobby, the pool table and gym are just extra perks that make this hotel so nice. The staff are super kind and very professional.

This is a very clean place with newly renovated rooms. Very classy. The staff here is outstanding and they really go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you need a place near the airport.

It was a very nice stay. They supplied ear plugs in case the planes were too loud since it is near an airport. Everything was very clean. Everyone was very nice.

The staff at this hotel is great. This was my second stay but will not be my last. Very comfortable and the burger and drinks at the small bar are great. Stayed here again and still doing a great job. I will be back again. This is not the quietest hotel, but it is 1/2 mile from RDU. So what do you expect? They will give you ear plugs at the front desk.

Our visit to the Hyatt Place RDA was a great experience. I Love the large rooms that comfortably accommodate our family. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend Hyatt Place to our family and friends and will continue to do so. Solid spot to stay. Usually very price competitive. It is clean, and the staff is attentive and kind. Nice, quiet, most business crowd. I usually stay around this area if I have business in RTP, Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill. Lots of food options within just a couple miles, next door to the airport, and right on I-40.

We booked a room a King size Suite for Saturday (10/14/17) and arrived that evening. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere but is very close to the airport so I can see the popularity. When we checked in we were greeted by a pleasant gentleman that was shocked to see us but very helpful. We requested a top floor room which was the fourth in this hotel because we wanted it to be quiet. We received that and head towards our room (note: unless you are right off the elevator it's a little journey to get to your room. ) Once we got the room and can say it was nice! I was basically set up like a studio apartment with king size bed, trendy artwork, full refrigerator, tub, and two burner stove top, pretty much extended stay style. Being that in the past I've worked for a full service hotel as well as an extended stay this should have been my warning sign. So about 30 minutes into our stay and I notice a bug crawling on the wall. I tried to kill it before my fiancé notice but she did and proceeded to get in an up roar. The bug looked like a German cockroach but I can't say for sure. All I do know is that it was a bug that made us both uncomfortable the room. So I went down to speak with the front desk and proceeded to explain and show him the bug issue. He stated that "we just had them come out and spray the hotel Thursday. " He was very apologetic and proceeded to discount the room $20.00 for the inconvenience.

Love this hotel! Walked in and Eric at the front desk was by himself, had 45 more minutes before he had help so he couldn't make food, but he did make me a drink and told me he would make the food as soon as help came in. He was super awesome and accommodating to everyone needing assistance. He made my pizza about 30 min later (so good) and even brought it to the pool area for me! He went the extra mile to help in every way possible! Good job Big E!

Day two and it's been very nice quiet cool and clean. A great place for business meetings and visiting.

This place was extremely clean! Only needed to stay for the night. Our family of six stayed in a single room with two double beds and a sofa bed. Room was spacious and met our needs.

Great location; right outside RDU Airport, convenient to I-40, & close to some good restaurants. Bar in Hyatt actually has decent food & drinks. Good customer service.

Great hotel. Breakfast is good, rooms are suite size, very clean, and the rooms are updated. Kitchenette is present as well. Big screen TV. The sound proofing is good and the Jets usually stop around 11pm.

Great hotel! This hotel saved my trip from disaster — they were able to accommodate me for two days at great rates at The last minute. The room was stunning — renovated, clean, comfortable. Food was better than I expected. Parking was not a problem. Staff on duty were wonderful — I won't forget the night crew soon. Everyone made it so easy for me — they got it right the first time! I would stay here again anytime.

Best staff hands down! I am a Platinum Marriott gal but cross over to this hotel every time I come to this area. Best service, best remodeled hotel, best food and cost effective. I always look forward to my stays here. The crew here is my home away from home family! I am pretty particular about my hotels as I travel 80% of the time and this place is a 10

Always about expectations.

It's a very nice place to stay and from my experience, being that close to the airport, I would recommend it. However, I would suggest you don't rely on them for a wake-up call. I asked to be waken up and that never happened. Not good when you have a plane to catch.

When I entered my room I was hit with a very strong musty odor that I had to put up with the duration of my stay. I regretted having to return to my hotel room because of this odor. In addition, the air conditioner/heater was very loud when in use. There are a couple of employees at this hotel that are in the wrong line of business as they don't have the personality/aptitude for the customer service necessary in the hospitality business. There was a lack of fluidness with communication amongst some of the staff. Simple requests were not completed on more than one occasion during my stay. In addition, I know that this is relative but I found the beds to be very uncomfortable. Having stayed a various hotels in the Raleigh area I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

The manager and his husband were so so inviting and friendly and went way out of their ways to get us a military discount when they found out we are serving in the armed forces. I have NEVER experienced such wonderful customer service before EVER at any Hyatt I have ever stayed. I highly recommend.

Probably the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The staff were very caring and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Most definitely will be staying here again in the future.

We had no complaints the whole weekend. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The included breakfast bar was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Thanks to all of them for taking care of us so well.

Having stayed at quite a number of Hyatts, I've noticed that the airport locations do tend to be more "gently used. " This location seemed a bit below average in that respect. I opened the door to my first-floor room and was instantly met with a musty odor. The room was comfortable except for the king bed, which was worn to the point of having permanent indentations in the common pressure points. To save my back, I ended up sleeping on the pullout bed, which was actually very nice. This first floor room shares a wall with an ice machine, so that noise was present frequently in the evening, as was the chatter at the bar down the hall. Nearby staff service doors also opened and closed frequently in the evening hours. Breakfast was very good. The Hyatt Place breakfast sandwiches here were really tasty, and the rest of the standards were fine as well. The free coffee was serviceable, and "upgraded" Starbucks is available for a fee. Housekeeping did not follow the "green" laundry policy posted in the room. I even hung the "green" tag on my bath towels so they wouldn't be washed after one use, but this was ignored and towels refreshed anyway. All in all, if I'm in the area again, I'll likely try a different Hyatt.

What makes this hotel exceptional is Maris! From bartending to driving us to shop and picking us up on the shuttle (in the pouring rain), he was awesome! Very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the area! Keep up the good work Maris!

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Room even smelled clean. The best part was the desk clerk. I believe his name was Mauris. Me and my fiance sat at the bar for I know 3 hours, and he took care of us with no problems. He was courteous and great with all the customers. There was others to come in and set down at the bar, and they even said that they would be back their just to see him. My fiance and I said the same thing.

On business staying here, it's really good. New renovated hotel, something very new, nice, sitting on a small sofa in the evenings reading, very comfortable. Bad was used to eating the food. But this trip is right here, room has a refrigerator, microwave, range hood, dishwasher. Then go to the supermarket to buy materials to Cook, even without make up the diet. If you come next time, also like to live here!
