Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villas Apartment

Arrived May 7 2022. Pleasant ck-in. Unit large, fresh & furniture good shape/style. Good location so far for my Adventures. I have 5more dys. I thank my friend for use.

You have golf, Putt-Putt golf, you have all the pools, you got pickleball court you got bags. You're close to the beach. This place is awesome. And every week they have things for the kids to do and the adults to due. It's amazing place.

Gorgeous golf course, beautiful well kept fairways, very affordable price, played twice this week. Highly recommend.

This place does not clean. My daughters got very ill. Underneath the sink was an inch of sand. Floors were black when you took a wipe to them. Food stuck to dishes. Blinds had so much dust on them. My daughters were vomiting constantly. They were toddlers and threw up over the blankets. We took them to get clean and while they were cleaning I asked if we could have extra because my kids were sick and cold and had the chills. They straight up told me “No” that they don’t have any extra. The reason my kids were sick is because they can’t clean a room. Lesson learned Lysol everything when you stay places. Paid thousands of dollars and I was crazy to think that we could have a clean place. Stay away from this place!

Very clean, neat, and great location! All the recreational facilities are TOP CHAIR and the staff is helpful, curtious, and extremly cheerful! It has been a delightful stay for us!

Loving our stay here at Sea Scape. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and even with covid restrictions in place there's still plenty of fun activities planned. We had a lot of fun etching glasses and at the ice cream social. Pools are clean, and kept at a comfortable temperature, and you're just a block from public beach access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Wonderful place to go for the week or anytime during the year. Saddened that they have restricted travel because of the coronavirus. : (Hoping they will allow those that have paid for their time to come at another time.

The dues are $600 as of now we just left Seascape the plugs in the bathroom did not work Shades in the living area did not close there is no spatula in our unit for cooking there is only three large spoons and for large Forks. You pay this money and they don't keep it up. I see they got a nice new office with our money.

Such a clean, family friendly place to stay! The staff are THE FRIENDLIEST BUNCH OF FOLKS! Great activities for families with kids of all ages. Our 2nd year here and we love it!

We've been coming here for 40+ yrs and love it every time. Super clean property and units. Great daily activities and fun friendly staff. Golf course is well manicured and professionally run. Highly recommend to all ages!

Great staff, pool at the back door, close to great restaurants & beach.

We have been coming to this resort for 33 years. Our unit sleeps 6 comfortably, (there are units that sleep up to 10) all units have a balcony. There are 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool with a hot tub. The resort also has an arcade, craft room, library and provides movie rentals. There is outdoor mini golf, shuffle board, corn hole, volleyball, a basketball court and tennis court. It's always a nice vacation. The resort provides daily activities like movie nights, bingo, ice cream socials and crafts. The beach is only 5 minutes away. The area boasts many fabulous restaurants and of course the local seafood is a must!

Always a great week crafts are fun staff is wonderful.

My family has been owners of a timeshare here since around the mid 80s. So I feel like I have a good idea of what you can expect here. Honestly, every year we wonder where the heck the money goes for the fee we pay yearly. There has been very little improvement or changes is a very long time. The property is decent but I feel like it should be a lot nicer than it is. The furniture is in pretty bad shape, some of it had been the same since we first bought out unit. That's 30 years! It's way overdue for an upgrade. The bedding is terrible. The televisions are ancient. The kitchens and appliances are okay but definitely low end. The decor is very dated. The location is close to the beach and it's in a great location relative to what's fun to do, good shopping and dining options. It's an inexpensive option for a vacation if you rent a unit for a week, but I would consider carefully before buying. Overall it really is in dire need of some updating.

Excellent resort located a few blocks from the ocean. Includes three swimming pools, of which one is indoors. Golfing is available, along with activities for the kids. Also includes pool tables, pinball machines, and arcade machines. Rooms are nice and are being updated. Excellent place to stay.

Overall a nice location, decent group of patrons, and family-friendly atmosphere. Since the red flags were up, we spent quite a bit of time at one of the two pools, and enjoyed ourselves quite a lot. Ultimately the only downside was some quality control within the actual condos, although they were clean which is a huge plus. The beds weren't very comfortable, and the rooms were a bit dated and lacking, but you don't come to OBX to stay in your room do you?

The Villa's staff held a meeting giving suggestions on Monday of weekly events on locale and in the area. The problem was our room. We booked a studio/1 bedroom and that's what we were given. The Villa had two connected sides (A & B) rooms. I'm thinking the B room we were given was for overflow guests. Our "Villa" had two small twin beds in the bedroom. The living space was windowless and small. The decor was out dated with one older loveseat and a broken lamp. It was the equal to my college dorm room. However the worst thing was you could hear the adjoining room as if they were your guests. There was absolutely no soundproofing. I will admit some guests we spoke with said the had a really nice Villa. Ours was building "P". The earlier alphabetical villas (A, B, C) may be nicer or more up to date. Several other guests spoke about their place complimentarily. However this was not a good experience. **pictures actually look better than the real thing.

Always look forward to being there every year, if I could I'd go every month, ir live there. Except the summer months. The winter months that's my favorite time to go, it's so quiet and relaxing, we come 3 times in the winter months. The staff are just wonderful they make you feel like your old friends. Always are there if you need anything or help. Always friendly an have a smile. Can hardly wait to return.

I've been coming to our timeshare here at seascape. I used to love coming here as a child and now I get to bring my kids here. We plan on making many more amazing memories here.

The only way this place could have been any better would be if it was on the beach itself. Still only a couple of blocks from the beach!
It was beyond great. The cleanest place I have ever stayed in!
We didn’t have to call for or about anything.
We will be back and we have already spread the word about this place.

Pleased with everything but the bed. My personal opinion… it was too firm. I realize that you can't please everyone, but for me, I struggled each night with sleep, due to my hips hurting. The last night I slept on the couch and slept wonderfully. Outside that, we we're thoroughly please with everything else!

Staff helpful, courteous Room clean and spotless upon our arrival. Kitchen fully stocked with basic needs to prepare meals. Indoor swimming pool clean and warm Many activities on site for days you would like to stay near your room.

Quaint & quiet… great getaway… good amenities… spacious rooms, yet dated at the same time… was told renovations are being made to rooms… close to the beach & tons of things around to do…

We have had tbis timeshare since 1986. Quiet time there due to it not being the tourist season. Staff was very accomodating.

Had a real relaxing time here with my daughter and her family. The activities were so fun. Wow. Not a dull moment. And the pool and hot tub was great. I will be back again. The staff were so friendly.

Easy to find, Security guard and gate to get in, rooms are nice and quaint. Ours has one bath, one toilet and 2 sinks but the bath is a nice large size. Lots to do in the area.

We have been coming to Seascape during the Thanksgiving Holiday for years. We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is great, and the resort is working hard to modernize the facilities.

Great location. There is plenty to do for all ages with all of the weekly activities, but it's also a nice and peaceful place to stay.

Awesome spot! Quaint, friendly fun! As owners, my family has been regular seasonal guests at this resort for 30 plus years. Units are fairly spacious and up to date, 3 pools, golf course, scheduled daily activities, close to the beach.

Stayed here through a time share swap service and the unit we stayed in was marvelous. Great space, clean pools, and a short walk to the ocean. We hope to come back sometime soon!

I just arrived here and I am so glad I came. I felt a need for a different beach view. even though l live at VaB. The drive here is for some rest and relaxation. The down time is worthwhile. Not a soul in the world knows that I'm here, but God. Oh yeah!

I've been going here since I was a baby. My parents own a week in February and I've stayed here that same week every year since I was born. It's still an exciting getaway for me, even after all this time. The rec center has undergone many improvements, as have the units.

We own three weeks at SeaScape and use our membership in RCI to trade back into the resort two more times. The resort is a little long in the tooth, but the new management company is doing a fantastic job at upgrading the place and at a lower cost to owners. We have been coming to SeaScape for approx. 15 years and love it here. The staff are very, very friendly, attentive and will try their best to solve any problems you might have. The local restaurants serve some of the best food you will eat. Overall this is a great place for a couple or a family to visit with plenty of activities for all to take advantage of.

We have owned timeshare at seascape since the 80's. Some of the decor and things might be a little outdated but we love it. The beach is beautiful and is just a couple of blocks away. There are three pools available on the property as well as putt putt, tennis, shuffle board, table shuffle board, ping pong, laundry facilities golf and various crafts, movies and other activities. There is a nice table in our unit that we gather around and play cards, board games and complete puzzles together. There is a brew thru and several restaurants within a very close walking distance of sea scape. It is a fun, relaxing day going vacation that my family and I look forward to every year.

Very convenient location; gated timeshare community in nags head. Beautiful clean condos, two outdoor pools and an indoor pool and hot tub. Daily activities. Golf course. Wonderful place to spend a week in the outer banks.

Good location right off 158 just over the bridge to Kitty Hawk. Went there for a round of 18 in mid-May. It was a pretty nice course; drained really well after the heavy rain we had earlier that morning and over-night. Pretty land-locked for being on an island, so there wasn't much of an ocean breeze for most of the holes, but plenty of water hazards. The layout is very elongated too. Price was very reasonable, except the $20 for a six pack to take with you. And there is no driving range (just an area for one person to swing in to a net)

French dip was pretty good.

We have been owners and yearly visitors to Sea Scape for over 15 years. We love the OuterBanks, and are especially pleased with the improvements and updates that are being made to the Villas. Keep up the good work.

Nice place to visit. Area is getting a bit too commercial. And the staff doesn't always seem to know what they are doing or what's going on. However, it's still a great escape.
