We LOVE this Inn: there is so much history; an over abundance of nature and it’s sounds; nicely decorated; comfortable beds and linens; a separate sleeping room and your very own living space with continental breakfast. The perfect place to rejuvenate!

BE CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING I was not going to post a review but after giving it some thought, I knew I had to. On October 12th, my husband and I found the Bridgewater Hall on the internet and decided to book a few nights (Nov 2-6). After having some technical issues while trying to book online, I reached out directly to the phone number on the website for assistance. I was greeted by the owner Michael. After explaining the problem with booking online, he suggested that I book directly through him. He offered to give a discounted rate for the 3 nights we were wanting to stay. Instead of a rate of $404 for the entirety of the stay, he offered us $375 if we paid him directly through Venmo or Zelle. I agreed and sent the money to him that night. Forward to 2 weeks later and my husband and I have found ourselves in a hurried moving situation that would prevent us from being able to go to Bridgewater Hall. I reached out directly to Michael and asked this, “Are we able to be fully or partially refunded? If not, can we push our reservations back to another time? ” The answers I received were strange to say the least. I was given a story of how the Inn had been sold and was set to close within 5 weeks. Because of this, he was not able to offer a refund or move the reservation because in his words “he would have to pay the new owner for the stay”.
