Checked in late and checked out early the next morning so didn't have a long stay. But from what I experienced this is a great choice of hotels when staying in the area. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Decent free breakfast and very polite people. I will stay again sometime.

Stayed overnight on the way back from FL. Did the reservation online in the car a couple hours before and there were no issues. Breakfast was more than ample, rooms clean, and the place well decorated. Not enough interaction with staff to comment.

Nice hotel, breakfast in the morning and all day coffee. I am suspicious of the two free available Wi-Fis. Which one is legit or the fake man — in — the — middle interceptor? Time to get a VPN! Friendly staff and I love the mints.

A normal HIE experience. The property and rooms were all clean and in good shape. Not the latest HIE decor, but still in very good shape. Staff was friendly enough. I'll stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was very clean and appeared to be recently built. The staff was friendly. The only real downside is it's proximity to the interstate. In my room I could hear traffic all night long which was a little rough. Breakfast needs much improvement like all holiday inn Expresses.

Great staff, great location. Very close to restaurants and other attractions. This is a great place to stay while traveling and is nicely between Greensboro, Burlington, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Be close to those locations without paying the bigger city prices!

Appearance was nice. Spacious room! Great location for Tanger. Floors were squeaky in a few places. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the stairwell. I would recommend and suggest a few things being tended to and addressed.

While a completely non-smoking facility, my room had a LOT of smoke smell. Great breakfast, nice people. Good parking.

Clean room, friendly staff. The hallways are dark and little creepy with several lights out. All of the vending machines were our of order so guests were forced to purchase $2 waters from the front desk. My room didnt have a hair dryer, however the front desk delivered one quickly once notified.

First time I have ever visited this location. Usually, my mother stays at the Hampton Inn location that is near it when she visits, but my in-law grandparents stayed at Holiday Inn. Quite modern, very clean, big room and quite a bit of commodities. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit.

I asked for a lovely block for my wedding early, when the price was $115-119 many weeks ago. I just heard back on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 for my wedding on October 21, 2017. We are canceling and moving up the road to the next string of hotels that are reasonably priced… I hope the hotel is empty that weekend after what they did to us. It would serve them some right instead of wrong! The girl told me the price went up to $154-174.00 because of the high demand. I told her yes, because I was told from the desk that the block would be put as close together as possible and the price would remain the same when the customer service rep would get back to me. Not!

Nice room, location is tucked away in a shopping plaza. Breakfast is good, staff is very nice.

Stayed here multiple times while traveling to Mebane on business. I have had smelly rooms and bug problems. Went to front desk, called and even emailed pictures of the bugs in my room to management. Never even got a response to my issues.

Great clean room. Some sections of the hotel at large are slightly aged and what not. Decent breakfast. Close to the highway. Great for a business trip.

Nice property and good location within Mebane right off I-40. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast options. Hallway noise can be heard in rooms. Staff is polite and professional.

Excellent location near to the big Tanger outlet. Bedroom was very smart and comfortable, except for the air conditioning system which was very noisy. Breakfast generous.

Checked in and my eight month old crawled around the room. Within ten minutes the top of her feet and knees were black. Then we needed more towels, only three in the room. I have three kids. Called for more and they said they would be at the front desk. Went down to get them and they were a little bigger than a hand towel. Really? I have two nights here.

I was supposed to have a room with two full beds but the room only had a king and sleeper sofa. Otherwise good service, love the breakfast.

Location is fine, although the rooms could have used a little bit more cleaning and a few other touches, such as having a full roll of toilet paper. Service was good, as the concierge remembered that we needed extra room cards, after she couldn't find the cord for the machine. However she didn't ask us what our room number was, she simply handed us the extra cards after, which could be a security issue. Other than that, everything was good.

The staff was polite and amazing room was very clean. Only issue was the toilet handle was loose and in need of repair, same with stopper in shower and shower head. The door to the bathroom also had spots that needed a new coat of finish, tile had a crack near tub.
