I love Comfort Inn… but if this does not have that good breakfast… Comfort… we have a problem.

Best hotel coffee ever in the lobby. Room smelled musty and smokey even though it was non smoking. Dated. Breakfast wasn't the best but not terrible either. Priced high for what you get but still nicest in town. Room was clean and tidy.

We are choice members so they upgraded us to this huge room. Had its own bedroom. Very clean and staff was great. Talked with one of the house keepers and she said they use pillow protectors. Never knew that. We stay in a lot of hotels every year but I will be inquiring about pillow protection from now on. I usually bring my own pillow. Breakfast was typical. Highly recommend this place.

Good and clean. Staff was nice and professional. Bonus free breakfast and good coffee. Only reason it's 4 out of 5 is the bed wasn't that comfortable. It wasn't the worst night's sleep I had, but far from the best.

We rented the Cardinal Room at the Comfort Inn for a surprise 70th birthday party for my grandmother. The staff was easy to work with and were very flexible. They didn't bother us at all during our event, even though we had spilled out of the room and into the lobby seating. For the accommodations and time allotted, I would recommend booking the Comfort Inn for an event. We had a great experience.

I have stayed at this Comfort Inn for three days for each of the past two weeks. Thomas, at the front desk, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He told me about the nearby Greenway. My walks there each evening made my stays especially enjoyable. After a while, I looked forward to coming back to my room at the Comfort Inn each evening after work as I would if I were coming back home because the environment at the Comfort Inn is so pleasant and inviting. Maybe this is a family-run business, but it sure is obvious that the operation takes pride in their work. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I found out that I had been booked at a Comfort Inn because most units in the chain are not up to this same high standard, so I tend to avoid them, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. I certainly look forward to returning.

Room was nice enough but felt so damp and moldy. I ended up leaving feeling a bit sick and I am allergic to mold. Unfortunately this was the only place to stay close enough to a wedding and it was our only choice.

Staff have been nice and very accommodating, rooms and beds are clean and comfortable, washer/dryer is complementary, I feel safe staying here. Lots of breakfast options.

My family and I stayed from Feb 6-9 2018. We drove down from Erie, PA for a funeral. There were 7 ladies and 1 man. 4 ladies were in one room and the housekeeping staff understood our need for towels and kept us stalked. Also the breakfast was tasty every morning. Lastly but not least. The front desk guy was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. He shared his condolences to my family and I for our loss. The hotel was a lovely place to stay, and very clean. If need be we will stay again. Thank you.

My stay here was very comfortable. The room I stayed in was very clean. The staff there is welcoming, very kind, and well mannered. Hope is such a sweetheart lovely lady. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there whenever I return to Lenior North Carolina.

My Mother and I come to Lenoir from Greensboro, NC for her cardiology appointments at Robbins Cardiology, and hospital procedures at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. We have had the most incredible service from a delightful young lady by the name of Jerri. This young lady has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay at Comfort Inn most accommodating and special. Jerri has helped us with unusual needs due to my Mother's upcoming hospital visits for stents — 2 times. We needed extra assistance, and was it ever more cheerfully provided. Jerri always greets us like we're family, and she makes our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Jerri for excellent, above board professional customer service service. We repeat our reservations at Comfort Inn because of Jerri and one other. We'll see you soon.

Courteous staff, full breakfast every morning, coffee available all day. They offer bereavement rates if in town for a funeral, which is why we were here. Exceeded all expectations. Best hotel in Lenoir. Close to everything.

Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, free washer and dryer, right across the street from Walmart which was very convenient.

Friendly helpful staff, good service. Clean well maintained rooms. Close to many resteraunts. Rooms are a bit dated but nice, rooms being updated with nice large new Televisions. Inexpensive and one of the best hotels in area. Has Wi-Fi. Free breakfast. Has outdoir pool, pool is understandibly closed in winter. Comfortable pillows and beds. Staying here for work for several months this year. I like it.

The room was okay. Service was good. Asked for extras pillows and blankets and wasn't an issue. Staid on 3rd for. Mattress was a little low quality and hard. No thermostat for heat and air, just the turn dials on wall unit. Room $99 a night from Expedia.

This is the best hotel in Lenoir and among the best on the East Coast. When my mother passed away we spent a week here. From the very beginning the staff was genuinely helpful and supportive to me and my family. When we needed a convenient place to have the repass they provided a meeting space and some of the ancillary things we did not have. Every one of the staff, from manager to maintenance, were so warm and comforting to us. The room was emaculately appointed. The breakfast was perfectly prepared every day. Any request we had was responded to immediately. But most of all, every guest received the same attention to details and needs. I love this place and the people who work there. And I will only be staying at this Comfort Inn when I am in this part of North Carolina. GOD bless them one and all.

Decent hotel. Could use a little upkeep. For instance, the shower was very narrow. To make it a little roomier, they used one of those curved shower curtain rods. However it was poorly mounted such that the curve drooped down and the curtain pooled in the middle without any way to keep it from doing that.

Nice place I fwlt rifht at home while I was there. The employees arw nice and well mannered.

Nice place, very clean and got to sleep in without maid service vacuuming at 8am in front of my door. Will definitely stay again.

Comfort Inn is by far the best place to stay when I travel. The staff is friendly and the rooms quiet and clean.

We stayed 2 nights for a destination wedding with a 9 month old baby and the room was spacious enough to comfortably hold everything we brought.

Location was very close to visiting our camping friends at Green Mountain Park. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Between the smoked joints on the ground, they police showing up and escorting someone into the hotel in cuffs and the constantly humid air in the room, I'll drive to Boone next time the Irish Rose B&B is closed for the week.

Pretty decent place. Pool is small but adequate for kids to play. Room (101) was clean but the HVAC made a rather musty odor when it ran. Good location for visiting area attractions.

Excellent staff, breakfast was hot and the rooms were very clean and not smelling of humidity, as most hotel rooms do. Air conditioning was also ice cold. 5 stars.

The Comfort Inn in Lenoir NC was a very nice place to stay. I was there only for a couple of nights visiting family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you for making my stay stress free.

The room was very clean and the bathroom actually had enough towels for all four of us, the shower was hot, and the shower head was tall enough for all 6 feet of me! The front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly too. The breakfast was great. The variety at breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage, various cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, several different types of juices, and whole and 2% milk. Oh, and my favorite… a waffle maker with a choice of regular maple syrup and sugar free. We only stayed overnight, but overall we had a great experience.

I have stayed in every hotel in Lenoir. This is by far the best available in Lenoir. The staff is normally friendly and courteous. I have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here because there is not many other options. The morning breakfast staff is always very friendly and will assist you with anything they have available. The morning continental style breakfast isn't restaraunt quality but the norm for this level of hotel. I would normally rate this hotel at a two to three star but since it is the best option for Lenoir it gets 5 stars because there is no significant competition…

Well this used to be a good place but if I was yall I wouldnt stay there trust me I worked there I know what gose on u pay for a room that anit wroth it they dont wash bed croves or blankets just sheets and pillow case and they fried me cause someone told a lie. But ya I give this place a 5 no a 3…
