I booked a cabin for April in February through AirBNB only to show up for my check in and find a different group in the unit who booked on VRBO, meaning the owners double booked the cabin. The owners have not answered dozens of calls and messages and I had to get airBNB involved to get something resolved along with last minute scrambling for a place to stay out of state at 5pm on a Saturday. The fact that the owners never even answered or owned up to this at all is unprofessional and unacceptable and I would never support these two in any way. Steer clear.
So nice and relaxing! Cutest cabin and has everything you need. We will be coming back!
