Didn't get room that was room the was booked we booked for a king bed and got 2 queen beds. Coffee pot didn't work. They state 24 hour office contact again not true. Yhe carpets were very dirty. Bathroom was very very small. I don't recommend this place for even a one night stay. Not professional in no way.

The staff were very nice and the price was great for the value. I am obsessive about a clean hotel room and I will surely stay here in the future. One of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in. It looks like they're doing some remodeling so I'm sure it will look even better in the future. Please keep up the good work!

We always enjoy our stay. Clean, friendly and always quiet.

It's Okay to stay here. Cons : the room keep is not so good and I found an used towel inside the bathroom. And the room decorations are out of date and smells moldy. Prons: the terrace is excellent and I enjoyed a nice night here. And there was a single singer performance the whole night and The price is good here.

Was an ok place. Not the worst but not the best. Beds not comfortable and pillows awful.

No free breakfast, housekeeping isn't very good and the Wi-Fi isn't good at all.

They used to be VERRRRY NICE, COZY & FRIENDLY, But Now that they are selling the property, EVERRRYTHING HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED!

This place was terrible. Plus had tenants messed up and walking around disturbing other guests. Front desk said that problem with them had been noted, however no action was taken. 10/10 will not stay again. On top of that, the card reader for our room did not work, so we could not leave our room without leaving it unlocked.

This place SUCKS. No breakfast. Infested with ants which got into almost all ours snacks. Rooms not ready upon arrival. No hot water for a shower. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Not going to make this mistake again!

Was a very cozy in. Room was exceptionally clean and smelled nice. Was very close to anywhere we needed to go and it was never loud or disturbing. The only issue was that the ice machine was not working.

Clean, nice price. A little run down but the bed was clean and comfortable. Saw the for sale sign in the front, kinda explained the lack of upkeep.

Its clean, safe, n quite. Breakfeast inst too bad. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Right on the strip by everything.

For this price we aren't expecting chalet luxury. Not really kept up and needed a good cleaning on floors and walls and doors. The air conditioner gave off a sickly sweet smell. Carpet needs cleaned. But there were no bugs and it was a good deal.

Nice room big beds friendly staff great place to rest quite and has pool right next to everything.

We stayed here this past weekend and im sure it will be the last. Thank God the beds were comfy because the room smelled really bad and the carpet was so nasty that I put the kids to bed and we went to bed too just to keep from walking on it much. The mat that goes in the tub that is supposed to be clear was a yucky yellow color. The entire bathroom door frame was sooo dirty. I realize its a old building but All it would take is a good cleaning to get it up to par. So until that happens, I wont be staying here again and I wont reccomend it to anyone else.

Great price. Stayed for 2 nights. Great customer service. Room was cleaned while we were out and fresh towels. Beds were very comfortable and relaxing. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very close to the Old Mill area.

Very nice room for the price! Outside doesn't look like much but inside is very comfortable. Hot tub in main bedroom works great. Front bathroom plumbing was kind of funny. No cold water at sink and no hot water in tub. Not much variety at free breakfast. Choice of toast cold cereal or fresh made waffles. All in all a good deal if you are looking for a decent place to stay for not a lot of money.

Drove right by it. The sign was down. When we got there we had to wait for the room because they were not done cleaning. There was no hair dryer in the room. The water pressure was very bad. Would not stay here again.

Check in it was not clean well had dust on top bed lamps where Dusty the room smell. Looks like they never wash the bathroom door down it was nasty with phone numbers on it the carpet is nasty needs shampoo went get coffee next morning they had a dog had pooped. We told them about it it was not clean up it does have good locations but they need get someone that understands you when you talk to them I want be staying there anymore because their nasty.

This place is a diamond in the rough. It's definitely an older building compared to the big new lodge places on the strip. But it has been recently repainted and the rooms appear to be pretty updated. It's probably a mom and pop shop which I like. Give them a try beware they don't have a sign out front just an led saying Lazy Bear. For $70 a night I'll come here again!

Would suggest bringing extension cords or something if you need more then one or two things plugged up because if something doesn't work it's probably not plugged up. (My experience being with the microwave haha) Over all was a nice experience and the rooms were cleaned before the check in time which was awesome. It's within walking distance of almost everything and super easy to get to stuff with the price it was.

Rooms were decent, bed was okay, not the comfiest. Rooms seemed clean but my daughter had black feet from walking in them. Older hotel. Bathroom was nice, and clean, however. Didn't use the pool or eat their breakfast, not a very good breakfast choice. Went to the pancake house next door instead. Did have mini fridge & microwave which was nice. Also had a nice TV & cable. Also. We had explained to them an emergency situation as to why we couldn't check out at 12, we had to have family come and pick us up from 6 hours away, they wouldn't let us stay past 12, let us pile up our stuff in their office but then complained about it, and kicked us and our 18 month old out on the street until our ride got there. Staff member busted in our room unannounced while we were there as well, did not even knock. Won't go back there again.

Good value for your money. Basic, but comfortable and clean room. Really simple breakfast (donuts, cereal, muffins). Decent simple pool.

The location was great for walking distance from restaurants and stores. Rooms was fairly clean. In the bathroom they was a birds nest so you could here the birds chirping and scratches while in the shower.

Room was great service was spectacular. Food was great overall was great.

Ants in room, heater wouldn't work and staff was horrible people, I wouldn't want my worst enemy to stay here. Staff wouldn't answer the phone, or repair heater. Sat in cold room 1/2 the night on the coldest night of the year thus far. Hotwire, wouldn' t refund our money. Just horrible experience.

Nice, clean rooms. Staff is friendly and housekeeping is great. Strong water pressure, mini fridge, microwave and Vizio flat screen in each room. The pictures provided are before the full renovation.

We always stay here. We always reserve the same room. Our kids love it here and are always comfortable. The kids love getting to make their own waffels in the morning.

Room is small but clean. I would think if they allowed pets they would have an area of grass for them to go. Otherwise for the money its OK. Don't book through internet sites to save money. The walk-in rate or call reservation rate is cheaper.

Beds were hard, room was not cleaned, still had food on the counter by the bathroom. Sheets were dirty, not to mention bed bugs.

I wouldn't recommend this place. For the price we paid, the rooms were too small, smelt bad when you walked in and the pool was shut down for maintenance. Yet we never seen anyone working on it. My son wanted to get down and crawl after being in the car for 7 hours, however he couldn't. His knees and top of his feet were pitch black from how dirty the floors were. Their breakfast includes muffins, toast, and cereal. We will definitely be booking with another hotel our next visit.

For the money, you can't beat this place. Would stay there again. Dog friendly.
