Love staying here when possible! immaculate rooms, quiet and on the river. Staff are wonderful people. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Prices very reasonable.

25th wedding anniversary weekend getaway from 4 kids. The Lodge was in an excellent location. Rooms are clean and I loved the decorations/bedding/curtains. Easy checkin! Easy checkout! Very reasonable rate! The front entrance has chairs and a bench for sitting and watching the go-kart tracks which we found to be very entertaining. The rooms have great sound proofing — could hardly hear noise at all. The back balcony is very serene by the river and you can barely hear the noise of the hustle and bustle on the other side of the building. So thankful to the cleaning lady, she was very attentive and is doing a wonderful job! I am very pleased and satisfied with my stay! Thank you for doing a great job keeping your lodge up-to-date!

Great place to stay while you visit the area! The room was very cheap priced, clean, quiet, and homey. The River view was beautiful and the location was convenient. Definitely recommend if your staying in Pigeon Forge.

We just spent the weekend the room and the veiw was wonderful. It was our aniversery we could not have been in a better place. Thanks for letting us stay we will be back.

The pros: It was very quiet, I don't think I saw anyone else there the entire time. And the private balcony was GREAT! Sitting outside by the river is wonderful. They also give a breakfast coupon for a nearby restaurant which was a very nice touch. The problem I had was that our room was infested with ants! They were swarming all over the jacuzzi tub and there was never anyone at the front desk to speak to all 3 days we were there. My boyfriend and I definitely killed over 100 ants before we decided to just give up. There was an ant trap on the tub when we arrived so they obviously knew about the problem before we checked in… the whole reason we stayed here was for the jacuzzi tub but it's not very romantic when it's covered in ants!

I have been coming to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for over 35 years and wish I would have found this Beautiful hotel way before now. The pictures of the rooms does no justice to the elegance of the room. Our room was the cleanest well kept room we have ever stayed at. The check in and service was smooth and very accommodating. It is right along a beautiful creek and so peaceful to hear the creek rushing. The go cart tracks are right out front yet you hear nothing in this room. Very close to everything. Ole Mill restaurant is in walking distance along with many other shops etc. We can't wait to come back to enjoy this little jewel of a place found right in the middle of everything yet peaceful when you want to be.

Parking is a joke, and you can see the go kart track from your hallway. Loud and ridiculous.

We came to see family for the weekend. The decor was beautiful and the room was very clean. The bed was amazingly cmfortable. We had a great view of the river from the balcony. We were text out room number and codes so we didnt have to waste time at registration. When we had a question, the staff responded immediately. Our only suggestions: leave a note in the room explaining that the coffee pot/coffee supplies are under the sink and exactly where the switch for the spa tub is located (On the wall by the bathroom door). We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the room, my husband said it felt like home. The decor was beautiful, beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean… a big plus! There are race tracks in front of the hotel, some people might be bothered by them but I enjoyed watching them. The back balcony has a small river in the back, very relaxing. Had breakfast vouchers for the 2 days we were there at a pancake place, nice touch. We will stay again.

My husband and I came down for a week away from the hustle of Kokomo, Indiana. While we did enjoy our stay for the first few nights, we won't be back. We had a Jacuzzi suite and looked forward to soaking in a nice hot Jacuzzi after a day fun, we could not do that because after about 5 mins, the water level would go down and continue to decrease until you placed more water in, only to have drain out again.
The tub in the bathroom would also not hold water and would take continuous filling to take a comfortable bath.
The toilet would not flush properly and would run at odd times. There were times that it even woke me up at night from making a gurgling noise.
There was lightbulb that blew out above the sink in the bathroom, that we told them about as soon as it blew out and it never was replaced.
When Joyce from management was called after we checked out to tell her about our issues that we reported multiple times throughout our stay, I was treated very rudely. I was told that the maid had filled the hot tub up and it held water, and "If she had to get naked and get in that hot tub she would, to prove it wasn't loosing water. " I was also told that new guts were placed in the toilet, and "You can live without a lightbulb. " Finally during that conversation I was told, "If you hated this hotel this much and had this many complaints you should have just left and found another hotel to stay at. " I was then hung up on.
Please don't waste your money.

This place is awesome. It was super clean, inside the room and out. The maid service was great. The bed was very comfortable. I liked having a private balcony overlooking the river, that was really nice. My wife and I both loved this place, and we will definitely be coming back.

Located in front of a creek, in front of lodge is a go cart track, rooms are pretty much isolated from the sounds, Rooms are clean, have a balcony view of the creek/river. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this lodge to my friends or family.

I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Very clean room, unbelievable staff and the cleaning service was amazing! The view off the balcony over the creek was beautiful and so relaxing. It's right in between 2 go cart tracks but I tell you, the sound proud walls are on point. Didn't hear any late night noise. It was a great honeymoon weekend and would absolutely stay again! Recommended for sure.

From the start the staff worked with our late arrival time, emails and phone calls were answered promptly, found the hotel as advertised, clean, and super friendly efficient staff. We thought our refrigerator did not work (it did), staff responded within 20 minutes toting another refrigerator in case they had to replace. Beds and room were very comfortable. Staff knowledgeable about the area, coupon was left in room for our favorite pancake house. We have already booked our second stay at rivergate hotel and it will be my first choice every time I return. Rates are just right! Thank YOU Rivergate Hotel Staff and Management!

Room and view is great! The customer service is excellent and so is the maid service!

Clean and a decent view of the river from the back balcony. Small room, not so great location, never saw anyone in the office, but there was a number to call to get a key code for the room. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing as soon as we checked in but it was taken care of in a timely manner and left a coupon for breakfast at a local restaurant. Overall an ok experience.

Beds were very comfy! We were worried about the location being so near the go-kart track but the rooms are soundproofed and we slept like babies. Backing up to the river is a nice setting, too. Great to start the morning off with a cup of coffee overlooking the river. It's a nice little oasis in the middle of all the hustle & bustle of Pigeon Forge!

Awesome Place to Stay. Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Owner was onsite when we arrived and was very informative and friendly. Private Balcony overlooking the river was great. We have found a new place to stay when visiting Pigeon Forge, Sevierville area!
