Surprisingly good breakfast with fresh brewing coffee bacon, eggs, sausage, gravey and biscuits. Everything you've come to expect from a Choice Clarion minus the glass and silverware. Clean rooms with good water pressure from the shower. Beds are comfortable, firm and soft. More than you'd expect from an older hotel with outside corridor and very quiet providing all the furniture updates. The pool… Very inviting providing old school 8' foot deep charm. Large and roomy enough to dive… But Good lord miss those days before the PC crowd took over the two and a half twist and replaced it with "Sorry NO DIVING! "… Great stay, despite the ONLY thing missing was the diving board.

Wonderful place for the price! Front desk staff is beyond nice. If you're looking for a room in a good area for a value price, this is it!

Relatively quiet for a Friday night. Room 165 was a disaster. No working bathroom light, the buttons on the phone didn’t work, the air was inconsistent, clock didn’t work, the comforter had pretty gross stains and the ironing board looked like a murder had taken place or that someone had been cooking on it. We called it the murder room.

Worst experience ever! I asked to switch rooms because mine smelled like an ashtray, they said the hotel was full and I couldn’t change rooms. I started looking for other hotel online and I found that the Quality Inn had rooms available. I went back to front desk and asked to please stop lying and to get me to other room. The employee said that the order from the manager was to not allow any room changes. Not only a dirty hotel but also a bunch of liars!

Fine place to stay. Clean enough, decent breakfast, okay prices. A bit run down, though, and the bathroom especially felt well out of date. The beds were also only okay, far from the most comfortable beds.

Very friendly staff. It has a fantastic deluxe continental breakfast, and a nice sunny patio/pool area. There is a small gym but only cardio machines. The guest computer is slow and needs updating. It appears to have a conference room, if needed. Parking lot is also under video surveillance.

Staff were very helpful. Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Fitness room was in good working order.

Staff was very friendly. Clean areas perfect location for food and other activities.

Was a good stay cant complain go much the TV was fuzzy but you could still watch tv. Breakfast was good was not nothing fancy but pretty good.

We just stayed there last weekend for the dirtbike races. First id like to say its not a quality inn just plain gross. My daughter pulled the covers back to reveal a large pee spot. We called a told management they gave us clean sheets that we had to put on ourselves. The so called clean blanket had some kind of stain or burn on it. The headboards on the beds had a half inch of dust all on it. The bed was sagging bad by the walls, mold at the door on the carpet, TV was so blurry it was hard to see it. This hotel was the same price as the Hampton inn really? The only reason we stayed there was all the others were booked. We are business owners and travel alot id rather sleep in a tent then stay there again. Its the nastiest place we've ever stayed. In closing its hard to give it 1star, we didn't even trust eating the breakfast after we seen all the filth.

The place is cheep and dirty. Beds are small and creeks a lot when you move. The flat screen TV is not a high definition. I could barley read the words on the tv. Wifi is extreamly slow. And the showers are disgusting. I was getting out my ice cold shower and found poop stains on the towels.

It was decent I just didn't like my reason for having to be there.

The room was as clean as you can expect at the price point. The bathroom was immaculate, which is a huge plus. They allow pets for a small fee, but the staff was kind of rude when they saw our (tiny) dog out and about.

Room was just as pictured. Bed was very comfey, water pressure was great in the shower, room was very clean. Came here to visit for my boyfriends birthday (his sister lives in the area) it was a great experience. Breakfast had a lot of options honestly a lot more than I expected it was awesome!

Comfortable bed, that's it though. Prices are too high, the bathroom was dirty and most of the outlets didnt work.

Good hotel clean rooms has a lounge pretty good menu decent prices nice pool outside pool.

Great hotel for the money. Super clean, great hot breakfast each morning. The area isnt great. It seems to be near an industrial area. But it did not bother us at all. We stayed 2 days and never heard any disturbing noises.

Very dirty. The wall behind the bathroom door was filthy, there were brown streaks onthe tile in the bathroom. Behind the table with the alarm clock was filthy and things weren't all plugged in. I do not recommend staying here.

It was pretty nice. Was on a weekend so was a lil crowded but still nice.

Location was great, close to some local shopping, returaunts, and some local parks. The room was clean, though the bed was too firm for my liking. The service was spot on.

The room had been remodelled and was great. Unfortunately I have a service dog and shouldn't have been charged a pet fee and was charged a $35 pet fee. They will be getting a call to the main office.

This old hotel needs a lot of work. Carpets are dirty and shower ceiling has water stains. Extra pet charge of $35 is excessive. The only good thing we found was a good front desk manager. We won't stay here again.

The room is fine. You get what you pay for. I'd spend the night here again. The staff however couldn't find my reservation at first. They were quite rude and were in no means contrite when it was found out it was their error.

Just off the freeway. Very comfortable beds. Free breakfast. Right next to a sleep inn. Has a pool.

Both times I have stayed here the rooms have had an odd smell. Also the towels don't smell like nice clean towels, they seem to be clean but they have a slight residual mildewy smell. Other than that the rooms are fine and the courtyard/pool is nice.

Okay for the price. Although the card readers on the doors don't work very well. My first room wouldn't open with the card or a second set of cards. Got a different room and the card reader barely worked well enough to get me in my room. The only other bad thing was the faucet on the sink barely flowed any water. Other than. Those issues staff was pleasant and attentive to any needs we had.

Room is nice, bed is comfortable, continental breakfast is very good. However, there were a few disappointments. The room has a HDTV but the TV signal was analog and very snowy. Also, the hotel's pool was closed (and the weather was very warm). Other than that, the staff was very friendly and professional and we had a nice stay.

If I could have given this place negative stars I would have. For your own sake go somewhere else, anywhere else. There staff have no idea what they are doing and they are very rude when they screw up. Problems that happened to me or while I was there, 1. Giving the wrong key to a customer 4 time. 2. Giving customers keys to room already occupied. 3. The attendant disappearing for 45min-1hour while there was a line of customers to help. 4. The rags and towels where covered with pubic hairs and bodily fluids. 5. Every time I left the room my key would not work when I came back and it took 45min-1hour to get a new one. I could keep going but there's no point, go somewhere else, anywhere else, You will be Sorry if you Don't, Trust me, I Am.

Omg nasty! No towels in room. Room literally smelled like someone died in it. Sheets were dirty and pillow cases were dingy. Had I not been there for training for work I would have left! Stay away… might get Staphylococcus.

Bed Bugs! If I could give below a 1 star I would. My husband, 14 month old, and I were taking our family vacation to the mountains and were so excited. We checked in a little before 7 pm because we were out sight seeing and doing family things. The lady that checked us in was nice. We get to the room and it seems decent. I normally check everything out in the room, but we had just been in a really bad storm and was trying to get our son situated and get dinner before the storm moved on top of us. Finally, around 9 we finally got everything finished and decided to go to bed. At around 12 am my husband woke up and told me he was itching. I thought he was crazy because I wasn't itching. (I had yoga pants on and a t-shirt and he was just sleeping in his basketball shorts) He decided to go and take a shower just to make sure nothing was on him. Around probably 1 am or a little after he laid back down and tried to get some sleep. At 2:00 am he couldn't take it anymore and jumped out of the bed and told me to get up. Sure as the world in the pillow cases there were bed bugs! He took 2 of them down to the front desk where the lady working the desk and a house keeper both saw them. He has two bite marks on his hands and at least four bite marks on his back. Needless to say we checked out of the hotel at 2:46 am. We were told that the front desk manager Kimberly Wright would be in contact with us and that our credit card would not be charged.

Could hear people in room next door until late. No ice in ice machines. Front desk very courteous and prompt. Clean rooms no complaints there.

Quality Inn was amazing. I was there for work in Morganton, NC and there rooms are immaculate and always clean and the breakfasts is absolutely amazing very good service all around.

Ok this is what happened to me when I rented my niece a room for her Honeymoon! I was never told online and on the phone by the American Lady that I was gonna be charged a 300$ security deposit! When my niece and her husband showed up too enjoy there Honeymoon they were told buy an Indian man that they couldn't stay in the room I had rented for them! The reason being he wanted more money just in case they tore something up! So she calls me her aunt to tell me what he said that they couldn't stay in the room I had already paid for! She was so upset! I got on the phone with the Indian man and he was very rude to me we argued till I was so pissed off I started yelling at him and he said he was going to ask someone else about it! They told me it was because we where locals that's why he was charging more! Well my husband got on the phone with the Indian man and finally we got our point across! They were singled out buy the Indian man! They were decimanated against! I would not have given this hotel a Star but I had to or it wouldn't let me rate the hotel! They turned a very happy day into a nightmare for my niece she was so excited for her night alone with her new husband and they told her she would have to give them 300$ before she could stay in the room that has already paid for it! So when she had to call me it was embarrassing! She and I got very upset cause the Indian man was singling us out cause we were locals!

Very nice hotel with a hot breakfast. Biscuit gravy, eggs, waffles, cereal, sausage, bacon, oj, apple juice. Hot coffee, yogurt, french toast, Danish, fresh fruit. A very nice breakfast. The staff us so very hospitable, the rooms are very clean. Plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi available, The beds are very comfortable, pet friendly, an rooms for smokers. A beautiful pool for the summer months. Just a wonderful experience. I recommend this hotel for every one!

Stayed in Morganton NC for an interview. Wife booked the room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were the most cleanest rooms I have seen at any motel. Recommend to any one.

The staff was friendly and fast. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and they had already turned the heat on to warm it up. The best stay I've ever had in any hotel.

I'm not going to stress on the little things as most do on these reviews. Mine is simple, the staff was friendly, above and beyond. The room was clean… the bed comfortable. The bathroom was huge and I enjoyed a wonderfully hot shower. So all in all. Thank you Quality inn for making my stay great. I will think of you again next time I vacation.

Checked in at 4 a. M to get some rest on a road trip. Extemely nice and helpful staff. Lobby and the room were very clean. The smell of fresh sheets hits you when you walk in. I've stayed at hotels in the $300 a night range near here, this easily competes with those in terms of cleanliness and overall comfort. At $84 a night, there's no way you beat it.
