Stayed one night at this location and will defintely recommend others to stay here. Front desk was friendly and the rooms were cleaned. I always checkout my rooms to see if the baseboards, tub/shower and sheets are cleaned and to mu surprise all 3 were. Most hotel remotes and lamps feel sticky but not at the Comfort Inn in Fuquay. Thank you Comfort Inn for such a wonderful clean stay!
Had a musty smelling room with a leaky AC unit which was bad enough. When we brought it to their attention they showed us another, equally musty room and asked if that would be good. When we said that is smelled just as bad they fed us some BS that all the rooms smelled like that because of the weather. We then found a cockroach just napping on our table. And that’s when they moved us to another room, which didn’t smell like mildew. So, in short, lied to us about their nasty rooms, had cockroaches, and wouldn’t apply any kind of discount or any reconciliation for the inconvenience or gross conditions. This place can suck it. And the pool closes at 830…
