Perfect stay for a road trip. Incredibly clean, friendly and helpful desk and breakfast staff, and a large trash can in the hallway to deal with takeout containers.
8 hours from Orlando
We paid for a queen queen suite that provided a large sectional couch, full kitchen, additional TV and a small eating table.
Walked in to a room that was already cooled to 65 for me. I was actually cold at 65 so didn’t try to bump it lower. Fabulous surprise after a long drive. Excellent beds and a summer weight blanket. I actually slept better here than the Ritz we were in the night before. Ritz had a winter weight duvet and I was hot with that.
Breakfast host was making cheese omelettes and there were 2 waffle stations.
Would absolutely stay here again. — at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fayetteville North.

The property was clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and modern. Property had a bar if I needed 🥃.

And a hot breakfast with the nicest man working that area!

As a Marriott Bonvoy member and Marriott vacation club owner, I would not recommend this hotel. 1. Dated Finishes throughout
2, bathroom was awful. Tub was worn, chipped, moldings along floor broken. Dated.
3. TV wasn’t working properly
4. HVAC system very loud in room. Difficult to fall asleep.
5. Elevator and hall was dirty. Food on floor, dirt, etc. Only positive. Front desk manager polite. I will not return.

Looked like a newer property. Everything you'd expect from a Fairfield Brand. Everything seemed clean and fresh except I found a pair of glasses on the floor upon checking in. Clearly from a previous guest. I just figured the room wasn't inspected after it was cleaned. It happens but not ok. As a General Manager myself, when I travel I try not to use my "eyes" as I see things a normal traveler would not but this was just in plain view. At the end of the day Fairfields are STILL GREAT! You guys held the culture, in my experience staying with you. My family and I were satisfied with our stay.

I was coming for a wedding. The room was very clean and fresh. I slept very comfortably that night. Your front Desk Receptionist Daphne was So sweet and kind. She checked me in early before check in time so I will not be late for the wedding. I’m so grateful for her for that. Thank you for a Awesome experience at your hotel❤️❤️❤️

Great stay. Staff were very friendly, helpful and very professional. The chec in/out were less then a min. Each. The rooms were very nice and super clean. The breakfast was outstanding and the personel there were also very friendly and kept the area super clean, as was the bar and it's food and staff was great. The pool and gym were very nice. We have already made reservations for our trip back to Fayetteville, later this year. Should be 6 Stars.

This seem to be a fairly new hotel. It was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast bar was good. Overall my stay was excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the pool, very small.

It was a very nice hotel. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was nice they had hot food as well as other cold items. They also had waffles. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff were very nice. All rooms were no smoking. Overall a very good stay. I would stay here again.

One week stay. Linens were stained. We requested new ones and some of those were stained as well. Not sure why anyone would put stained sheets on the beds at a hotel. It doesn't matter if they are washed. (That's Nasty) THROW THEM AWAY! The guest laundry room has one washer and one dryer. $1.50 each. Besides that I dont have any other complaints. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and the gym was clean and spacious. Breakfast area was always fully stocked. Would like to give 5 stars but I can't. Disappointed.

Staff is friendly and the hotel and room was clean. The beds were comfortable and I did like that the sofa bed are had it's own TV so kids can watch something else if they want. Refrigerator in the room was an appartment size fridge so if you have groceries, you have plenty of space. The breakfast was no big deal though, but hey, it's something! Near the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Comfortable and clean hotel in a highly convenient location near Fort Bragg. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. I have really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and quite large. We were located on the 3rd floor. We are staying ad a family of 2 adults and 3 small children. The indoor pool os on the small side but perfect for our needs. It was heated to a lovely temperate temperature that made swimming comfortable. The hotel offered fruit infused water at check in which was lovely ad refreshing in the hot summer weather. There is the best free breakfast available with kind and helpful staff!

We checked in last night around 10p. M. At 12:30a. M. I heard someone trying to get into our room. I went to the door and looked through the peep hole and the man said the front desk had assigned him to our room that we were already in. Then, the guest above us paced the floors until 1:35a. M. Which kept me up. Then, I got a call this morning that we needed to stop by the front desk bc they erased our credit card information. I’ve never had this many issues at any Marriott hotel before.
On a positive note, the breakfast bar was amazing this morning!

Me and my kids stay at Fairfield inn suites at Ramsey st. Fayetteville. The hotel it self are very nice and clean. The staff are amazing specially Maria, She is very nice and make sure that were staying comfortable in our room. The breakfast is nice also which a plus. I definitely going to stay at this hotel again.

This is the best Marriott that I have visited in a while. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel and room were very clean and parking was convenient. The breakfast served was hot and fresh, we enjoyed every bite. I would definitely stay here again.

I just finished up a 5 week srat here and the staff were fantastic. I are breakfast most mornings and it was delicious. Thanks for the memories … Junior.

The staff here is very attentive. The front desk is friendly and helpful, the bar staff is great, and I even received a note under my door when I had the do not disturb sign on for a few days saying they didn't forget about me. It is clean and comfortable. I recommend!

Excellent Southern hospitality! Highly recommend! The staff goes out of the way to make your stay extremely comfortable. The staff makes sure your stay is their number priority. Rooms are very clean and comfortable as expected from Marriot.

Attended a Training Course in one of the Conference Rooms at the hotel. Initially had a good impression of the hotel, looked very clean and we'll kept. However during our time there some of the staff was fairly rude to those attending the training when it came to things like the water made available at the front desk and use of a microwave for those of us who would bring lunch with us. This was resolved after I believe the manager got us one for the conference room. We were moved into a different, much smaller conference room for one day so another larger group could use the space… Not sure if it was a scheduling conflict but it seemed odd since we had rented the space for the week. Towards the end of the week the manager approaches one of the guys in the class and confronted him regarding a review that was written by someone else. He was sarcastic about the student writing a bad review which I felt was unprofessional. All in all the actual space used was fine but the staff made the experience a hassle. I would likely not attend another training course hosted here.

My parents visited from California and stayed here. Beautiful and had a great continental breakfast! They were very satisfied with their stay and will be staying there next visit.

This is a great hotel. It's new, very clean, friendly staff, and very bis spacious rooms. Bathrooms are large and nicely payed out. I will definitely stay here again. It's not far from Ft Bragg but very close to plenty of places to eat and just down the street from a Walmart.

The hotel is nice and the suite is big enough for our family of 5 to hang out and not kill each other! Breakfast is great and the area is fairly large as well. The only issues are getting into the parking lot from the street and our room had a very slow draining shower.

Super clean great for families. Spacious rooms with lots of sleeping options. Full size fridge and pullout couch. Very clean pool area and nice gym. Breakfast was also very good. Friendly and smiling staff.

Hotel is only three years old — very nice suite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not have a chance to use the heated pool. Bed very comfortable and good pillows. Standard free breakfast for this price range.

Staff was friendly and helpful, our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival which was very much appreciated as our kids had more room to roam. Room was clean and roomy, breakfast was great, pool was perfect size for a family of four but would feel crowded with more people.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Fayetteville, NC. Staff is A Plus The Facilities are Outstanding from Top to Bottom. The morning breakfast bar is way too much, don't want to miss the mini-waffles, eggs, sausage, and even a Fresh Hot cup off Joe, even the juice is on point. Breakfast is from 6am till 10am so don't miss out…! Now not to mention the outdoor patio area is the BOMB…, from the Gas BBQ grill and also a Propane Firepit. Cooler Temps at nite makes for a unique evening sitting around the pit…! I know that I would recommend this hotel to anyone… P. S. Clean n Fresh towels done on site.

This was my second stay with this Fairfield. My first stay was just as good. The young lady who worked the front desk during my first stay always spoke and always called me by name the week I was there. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.

This property is a new property nicely located near a lot of restaurants and shops. The property has a bar and bartender on staff. The staff was professional and nice. Overall, it's a very nice property. I will stay there again when return to Fayetteville.

A pretty new hotel. The rooms are still clean and the breakfast area was nice. The staff was nice. The washer and dryer were broken the whole stay and we had to go to the laundry mate. Nice location with eateries near by. Would stay again.

There isn't enough good things we could say about this place. The staff hands down are the friendliest people… The hotel is beautiful… And the breakfast was really good! Great variety and was really clean and well stocked. Thomas was working the breakfast shift when we were there. So nice and was making every one smile. Very worth the cost and just all around amazing stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. I arrived in town at 5:00am, but my reservation was schedule to check-in at 3:00pm. We were allowed to do a early check-in. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Front desk staff has amazing customer service. I will definitely book Fairfield Inn in the near future.

The hotel was nice & clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very large & has a great shower. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The pool was alot smaller than expected. The only issue I had was at check in. We got there early around 1pm & we weren't able to do early check in — understandable. We went out & came back around 4pm & our room still wasn't ready. We didn't get into the room until 4:30. Check in was suppose to be at 3.

My Favorite place to stay when I visit family in Fayetteville. Excellent service, staff and food. Plus I love the amenities. Indoor pool, outdoor patio and grill, laundry services, and bar. It's deff home away from home!

Very clean and contemporary. Comfortable beds and many pillows. Super friendly staff. Basic hotel breakfast, but tasty and hot. The other Fairfield in Fayetteville feels very old and just refinished. This one feels new.

King size bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was better than I could have ever expected. Nice HD TV in the room. And though I didn't get a chance to use it, I heard the pool was really nice too.

Awesome stay. Relaxing and quiet. Comfortable beds with all the room amenities needed that actually work. Marla is excellent! She (front desk receptionist) was very polite, informative and patient. Noon checkout is great. It doesn't come with the typical house cleaning early wake up knock. The breakfast has a wide assortment of choices for all breakfast farers. Will be my choice of stay again.
