When available we will choose a Drurry Inn over any other hotel. Not just for the amenities but the hospitality is simply amazing. Never had a bad experience. Never had a dirty room, etc. 100% recommend.

Just a really nice hotel all around.

Very clean, dinner/appetizers, beer/wine & breakfast included (Such a Plus), lots of pillows, temperature control is above average!

We’ve had several hotel stays the last month or so but this one was by far the best! Free Hot Breakfast, Free Hot Dinner, and free drinks. The friendliest staff we’ve come across in a long time!

Great place to sleep and easy access to the highway!

I’ve been to many hotels. I’ve been to the Ritz Carlton & Don Cesar and this hotel was probably one of my favorite! The hotel is so clean, the staff is the friendliest bunch I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They feed you breakfast and dinner as part of your stay and they even give you two free adult beverages per day! The front desk lady walked around and passed out chocolate to everyone and the showers have THE BEST pressure! We are from Tampa and next time we stay in Orlando we are going to check the Drury Inn over there and we are praying it’s just as nice as our stay in Charlotte.

Feb. 2021, another awesome stay at the Drury Northlake. The front desk staff was more than welcoming and and helpful. They’ve got precautions in place to try and protect travelers from COVID as best they can, having staff handle the foods and so on — having folks make appointments for using the pool. THIS Drury will always be the one we stay at when visiting Charlotte.

We got tired of staying in a motel room and and paying almost as much, everything here is clean and well taken care of also to have dinner included was a game changer for us. Thank you for restoring our faith in a respectable and safe place to go.

The staff are so friendly. They work so hard to make sure everyone felt welcome! The staff also made sure the buffet was full and hot for us to eat. I really enjoyed staying here. I recommend this place to my friends. I met the awesome and friendly staff, especially Sonja, Grace, Denisse and Alondra.

The staff is courteous and goes above and beyond. The amenities "kickbacks" are fantastic. The decor is beautiful. Very comfortable stay and I highly recommend!

Small pool, dont even bother trying to swim small rooms. Dirty blankets and sheets. Staff making drinks was rude. Nasty food. So dissapointed!

First of all the greetings that I got when I first walked through the door was great very pleasant and professional she explained everything and her personality was awesome the place was very nice and my room was great no complaints from me.

Stay here! I had never stayed in a Drury before and as a frequent traveler, I had my doubts. Everyone from the agent that made my reservation to the attendant upon check in was incredibly friendly. The staff in the morning breakfast were proactive and helpful and it created such a friendly atmosphere. The rooms were very spacious and the bed had lots of pillows. Truly a wonderful experience and if I ever return to the area this is where I'll be staying.

This place is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff, great location right next to a huge mall, and several amenities. Pool, hot tub, and small fitness center were all in excellent conditon. There was FREE dinner and drinks the night we checked in, as well as free breakfast in the morning. Lobby, room and all areas I saw were clean. Oh yeah and there was a popcorn machine in the lobby!

Absolutely amazing! The suite was HUGE. Living room complete with soda bed, sitting chair, desk, and flat screen TV. Separate bedroon with 2 large queen beds. Bedding and linen was extremely comfortable. Hot shower. Even had an impressive kitchenette. Pool was sparkling. Loved the full breakfast and complimentary drinks at happy hour. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Right next to the Northlake Mall and many restaurants. Highly recommend!

From Ivana’s welcoming smiles at the front desk when we arrived to Sandy taking care of everyone at breakfast, we love staying here. Pets can stay and you wouldn’t even know it. Everyone is respectful.

Rooms are big and very clean; friendly and polite staff; bathrooms are also spacious and clean. Free overnight parking. Hotel offers 1-2 free Happy Hour drinks per adult on certain days. Free breakfast daily until 10AM. In fact, when we stayed there on a recent Friday night, the hotel was offering free Mexican dinner for registered guests. Hotel is next to North Lake mall. Be very specific when navigating to this hotel using Maps — — there are TWO Drury hotels on the same street, only a few miles apart. Only three stars because there were only 2 elevators for seven floors. The hotel was packed when we stayed there, so it was always a long wait for the elevators, and they were always very crowded when they finally arrived. Also, we could hear people talking very loudly in the hallways at night. It was such a busy place the entire time we stayed (constant stream of people coming and going) that it was almost difficult to relax.

Convenient location next to Northlake Mall with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Comfy rooms, very clean, and extremely friendly staff. Would stay here again without question.

I wish you could give more than 5 Stars. Best hotel ever very nice staff. Pool was clean great pool design nice hot tub and they have free breakfast and dinner great choices. Rooms are nice and clean beds are comfortable.

This hotel have the benift of good location, good customer service and comfortable rooms. Breakfast and dinner are included and they have somewhat of a variety. Food tasted really good. I have to mention that the pool and the gym are very small. Needs a service elevator. Very family friendly. I must say that I found a roach in the room but other than that the hotel looked very clean. I will definitely consider to give them a second chance.

This hotel is awesome. Would recommend. The hotel is 100% dog-friendly and accommodates accordingly. Sanitation was near perfect. They serve a FREE, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The entire staff showed to be very pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was phenomenal. We stayed for a whole weekend and we did not have a single issue.

Hotel staff is friendly. Room was clean. Very nice to have free food and drinks for guests. However, the bed in the two queen room I stayed in was absolutely awful. I could not get a decent night's rest for the two nights I was there. If you have back trouble, don't risk it, go somewhere else. Also, the shampoo dispenser had bath gel instead of shampoo. It was easy to distinguish since it looked just like the shower gel and it didn't lather properly. Very disappointing. Cable selection leaves a lot to be desired and no movie channels. It is conveniently located near a mall and other shops and restaurants. But, if I am in the area again, I will look for another place to stay for sure.

An excellent place to stay, very good treatment, very neat, the rooms are comfortable, has swimming pool and gym, there is availability of water and colas 24 days and popcorn at discretion at a specific time, also give 2 cocktails daily from 17h30 to 19h00, There is buffet breakfast every day, but it is not very varied, also buffet dinner at the same time of the cocktails. There's a Mall nearby. I recommend it.

Extremely clean! The staff were very friendly and ensured or stay was the best it could possibly be. This was the second time we booked here because of what a great experience we had the first time! We specifically planned our route from Ontario, Canada to Florida, to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here over the weekend and loved it. The room was cozy, clean and well put together. The staff were so polite and professional. Check In was a breeze, Hotel was fabulous, And the indoor/outdoor pool area was amazing. The only problem my family and I had with the hotel was there was a group of teenagers staying there who were loud, obnoxious, kept knocking on our hotel door, Cussing in front of the smaller kids in the pool, etc. Will more than likely stay here again and hope that the hotel won't be over ran by a group of teenagers.

It's really a nice hotel, I'm giving 4 stars because I'm not a fan of how pet friendly they are. Huge dogs, little dogs barking in the rooms was a little annoying. I did speak to the staff about what extra measures they take to keep the rooms sanitized, I was satisfied with their answer. The 2 days in February I stayed here, was a lot of people all over. But it's a great place so I understood why.

This place was fantastic. Very clean and we'll appointed suite… though no couch in the living room… only two recliners. The dinner buffet with alcoholic beverages is not fine dining but nice enough if you don't feel like going across the parking lot to the indoor mall or various restaurants. Comfortable bed and everything was clean. Breakfast was just as good as the dinner with a good number of selections. Front desk was friendly.

Conveniently located right next to Northlake Mall and tons of other shopping and restaurants, this is a great family friendly gem of a place to stay. We've opted to stay here hands down I think 4 times now and still love the service, cleanliness, spacious rooms (love the fact that the suites have the bedroom somewhat down the hall and set aside from the living room area), free buffet dinner & breakfast, free delicious popcorn and soft drinks (unlimited), pool and of course, hot tub. Everyone just seems like their in a good mood here, both staff and guests. Price is reasonable given the accommodations and higher standard of hospitality. This hotel definitely takes care of it's guests!

A great place to stop. They provide dinner, breakfast, cocktails, allow pets, and have a nice indoor pool for the kids! Employees are all friendly and keep the hotel very clean! We stop here and stay at least once a year.

The most important thing to me in my travels was always consistency… knowing that no matter where I was I could expect the same kind of facility with the same level of service and amenities. although not at the top of the class, it was instantly obvious to me that drury places a very high priority on consistency. The look, feel, the layout, the amenities in the room, everything about the place spoke of attention to detail. an example: the nightstand had a 3 Outlet extension on top of it. I can't tell you how many times I've been frustrated at the lack of a place to plug my phone in overnight and still have it next to my bed. the place was immaculately clean, and the staff very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was very extensive and one of the best that I've had. as I said I would not place Drury Inn near the top of their hotel category but I would definitely try them again.

Super comfortable room that even had a tub in the clean, clean bathroom. Our room price included happy hour drinks and snacks. Most excellent! And breakfast in the same space the next morning was well done.

This place is very nice. I went to do photography for a big group is teens and they were loud! The young Lady on staff acting fast and made sure the group have a meeting room with refreshments and made sure the Lobby was relaxed and not too kaotic great Staff and Beautiful l Place.

Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Sheets and bed are comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect because you can walk right across the parking lot and you're at Northlake Mall. Many bars are walkable from this place. Definitely recommend!

Every Drury I have stayed at has the same level of professionalism, class, cleanliness and courtesy. Love Drury Inn and I would not have it any other way. Great price for all the amenities thats comes with it.

Great place to stop on the way from Toronto to Florida. Suite rooms are very well suited for families with 3-4 kids. Free hot breakfast is great and lets you save a good chunk of time in the morning, so you get back on the road ASAP. Recommended!

So many people don't leave reviews unless something is bad, but this hotel and it's staff deserve an exceptional review. We were travelling from Florida during Hurricane Irma, which put an extra stress on all the local places to stay. We arrived well before the listed check-in time due to evacuations, but Neketa was the receptionist when we walked in and was very friendly and helpful to make sure we were able to get a room early to rest after the drive. The hotel itself is immaculate, has a 97/100 sanitary rating, and is in a very nice location. It's rare that I'm floored by the level of service from hotels, but this is absolutely the best service I've ever personally experienced. The room was clean, fresh smelling, everything was just perfect.

The room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Air conditioning worked well and was easy to use. Beds were comfortable but too bouncy, any small movement by one person caused the other to be disturbed. Great breakfast buffet offerings, both hot and cold. Will stay again.

Stayed in room 600 in a suite that had a partial kitchen with a table and seating for two, a living room area and bedroom with two queen beds. In the bathroom H20 soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser was available as well. Breakfast and dinner is provided with a lot of variety of food. Beverages is provided all day in the dining area and popcorn is provided in a popcorn machine near the afternoon towards the night which is a nice little treat. We requested pictures of our kids favorite characters and the management went above and beyond with our request by doing so and making it into a scavenger hunt with treats waiting for them at the end. I would recommend anyone passing through to stay at this location!

The hotel is gorgeous and smell of popcorn, which is complimentary to guests. There's also complimentary fountain drinks. Our room was enormous, we had a room with a jacuzzi which I took full advantage of! The room was clean and stocked with towels. We couldn't hear anyone in any of the neighboring rooms, which was nice as I'm a light sleeper. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well, there was yogurt, muffins, fresh coffee, juices, cereal, and hot cooked eggs, sausage and biscuits. Was definitely a nice place to stay.

Friendly polite staff, everyone of them. Very clean, very very clean! Peaceful and a delight to stay at. The kickback program has also made us really enjoy our stay the past few days. The pool and hot tub are also amazing! The hotel is right off the highway but being in the pool you would never know, great design. We have stayed in many five star hotels that haven't been this clean and inviting.

I selected this hotel primarily because I had a cat travelling with me. The $25 pet fee is very reasonable. The room rate was also very reasonable. For cat owners, the beds have solid bases so the cats can't get under them, but there is a small space behind the bed against the wall they can squeeze into. Room and bathroom were clean. Room decor is a dated. Beds and pillows were a little worn/soft for my liking, but it was fine for a one night stay. Free breakfast had a good hot and cold selection. The location is a super easy in and out from 77. I would stay here again.

My family and I had another wonderful week at the fabulous Drury Inn and Suites Northlake hotel during this Father's Day week. This is about our 6th time lodging at this hotel. The rooms are clean, staff very friendly and we always have a outstanding experience. We always consider this DRURY as our number option when we're in Charlotte.

The room was great. Across the street from a mall, and close to places to eat. Had good Wi-Fi and staff was very nice and helpful.

The Drury was a very welcoming and clean hotel. Our room was decent and the staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks / food in the evening, but the breakfast was sub par. Still, we would return for a future stay.

Worst Drury of the many I have stayed at. Do no stay here. I got there at around 3:30am. Desk clerk said the system was down for an hour and a half. I was already exhausted so I sat outside on a luggage cart. A customer let me in and I waited in the lobby. Almost 2 hours later I use the desk phone and it calls wherever and I ask if the system is up yet. The clerk hangs up on me. After he realizes I'm in the lobby and gives me a $160 price it will be 6am before I see the door. This is for 4 hours and time to shower and leave. When he gives me the price he gets confrontational about a tray of food and a bottle of dressing on the lobby table as if I'm eating for free. They left an entire salad and dressing out all night. There was tables in the lobby so it was from the previous nights event. Driving across the country we only stayed at Drury hotels and they were all nice, but don't stay here. I had walked 8 miles to this hotel because it was the closest Drury and Uber was not available. Since morning was now up I took an Uber from the hotel back to my car to sleep there until the tow truck could arrive in the morning. Avoid this hotel location at all costs.

Rooms are great with mini fridge and microwave ironing board and iron TV and beds very soft but comfortable. … pool area needed a little cleaning but there were lots of kids in there … wish they had better selection. Of food for kickback supper and maybe an ice cream machine … all the staff were superb. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when a drury was close.

This was our family's first time staying at Drury Inn. Our stay was absolutely FANTASTIC! The rooms were very clean, which is top priority for us. It is obvious the staff takes pride in the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel. The manager on duty was Caroline Pickett. She welcomed and interacted with customers throughout the hotel. The next time my family travels to Charlotte, this hotel will be our first choice!

Drury Inn & Suites is a little pricey, but you also get what you pay for! Rooms are clean and spacious. They are also dog friendly. My fiance's parents stay there every time they come to visit with their two dogs. I have eaten their breakfasts and it's a large step above most other hotels that offer complimentary breakfasts. Overall, I highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites. I especially recommend them for those traveling with pets!

We absolutely LOVED it here! We loved it so much, we're returning in April! Our room was upgraded for FREE because it was our anniversary! They left us a signed card and gift bag as a token of "Congratulations! " I gave the staff worker Mia, some candy and rose petals and she decorated our room. And stalled my husband who was clueless for everything. They made sure we were comfortable at all ends. Everyone was very nice and had the most amazing customer service i've ever seen! It's in close proximity of everything we wanted to do. The rooms were cleaned every day and … I just loved it. My only complaint is we had to leave!

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean, and the hotel in general was wonderful. However, the night I stayed there two cars were broken into. Otherwise this would have been a five star rating.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. The hospitality and the rooms are perfect! I took my sons to this hotel just for a weekend getaway and never had to leave the hotel, not once. They provide you with free breakfast, popcorn, and a kickback. They also have an indoor pool along with a fitness room. Thank you Drury staff! We will return soon!

Me & my family stay two nights here. You get free breakfast & dinner here & also the popcorn too. Customer service was really good. The indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for my daughter. The room was really good (slept like a bear). Also they have a hot tub. I would definitely come back.

The staff at this hotel were amazingly accomodating to my boyfriend and I. Our air conditioning unit broke and we stayed with them when it was too hot to stay at home. They were friendly to our pet. They even extended our checkout time to let us stay cool as long as possible. The room was great.

Great service, quiet room (don't know how it was quiet with so many families staying there but it was! ) and clean. Lots of free food for breakfast and dinner. And the staff worked very hard to keep the food stocked for guests. We stayed for 3 nights and I still highly recommend.

Great room very helpful staff. It was $200 however you get a complimentary glass of wine or beer they were also serving penne pasta with meatballs and marinara sauce or a baked potato or salad or hot dogs all complementary and tomorrow morning there will be a full hot breakfast.

I've stayed at different DRURY inns and this one is no different. Best service, free everything. I would recommend this place to anyone that is traveling.

I am the Program Coordinator for The Paulding Senior Center in Dallas GA. We recently stayed at Drury Inn and Suites Northlake. I am never disappointed with Drury Inn's. The staff was kind and made sure that our group had everything we needed. Love the kickback at 5:30 and so do all my folks. The breakfast is always great and there is always someone there making sure that the food is well stocked. I travel a lot with the seniors and if there is any way possible I will stay at Drury Inns because I'm never disappointed. Betty Roach.

We have stayed there several times in conjunction with a bus tour and it has been perfect each time. The location is great to restaurants, bars, and the mall. Plus, the happy hour and breakfast are nearly enough to eat and drink in itself. Rooms and public facilities are clean and welcoming and the staff goes out of its way to welcome us. We are returning to the area this summer and we will definitely choose Drury as our overnight stop.

This is a truly fabulous hotel! For the money it must be the best deal out there. For our $150 we got a beautiful, spacious, and clean room. Also, Free breakfast and cocktail reception. They also give you free popcorn and sodas for your movie night in your room. The place has an indoor/outdoor pool and a hot tub. And their pet fee is only $10 per night. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business based on what it must cost to provide all of these services and amenities for free. Even the Wi-Fi is super fast and free. The staff was very nice and friendly to us and our bulldog. Oh, and the bed is deliciously comfortable. It's like you're staying in Ritz Carlton for a third of the price.

I'm very particular about where I stay when traveling. I had never heard of Drury before I stayed there on a recent trip down south. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Spotlessly clean and smelled fresh the moment we walked in the room. Exceptionally friendly service. And a very reasonable $10 fee for my pet. Well worth the slightly higher per night rate than surrounding hotels. Beds are clean and comfy. Free hot dinner and breakfast. We loved it so much we stayed at the same place on our way back north! Will definitely be looking for Drury Inn and Suites on our next trip.

Stayed at Drury Inn at Northlake Mall in Charlotte while attending a friend's wedding. I was beyond pleased with my experience! They allowed us to check in early and I even forgot to call and ask them in advance! The hotel was nicer than I expected, breakfast was terrific and the hotel was immaculate. They offered evening cocktails that my schedule didn't allow me to enjoy but I suspect I would have been pleased. Their staff were constantly offering their services whenever I encountered them throughout the hotel and they had plenty of luggage carts to make moving in and out a breeze. The only thing that was not perfect were the pillows — were small and too soft for my liking but everything else was so great the pillows didn't matter. I would definitely stay here again.
