Will never stay here! My friend is currently there and her room was broken into and trashed! Apple Watch was stolen among other things and the hotel will not get involved. That is NOT the kind of customer service that I am willing to pay for. That’s why you have cameras! Shame on you Bermuda Run!

So far nice people. Spacious rooms. Clean.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is perfect for after a long day of travel. The water slides were so much fun and open from 5 am to 11pm. Room was clean and a comfy bed.

I booked two rooms for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party. We have done this twice before. The last time was for her 12th birthday. She remembered it fondly and wanted to do it again. We picked this particular Hampton Inn because of the water slide. We had 11 girls with us. We were informed that we could only have 10 wrist bands for the pool. One of the girls didn't want to swim, but she didn't want to be left in the room by herself. We asked if it was possible for the one girl to just sit in the pool area with the others who were swimming. The front desk called the manager to inquire, because even though there were 6 weddings and 2 birthday parties there was not a member of management on site. The message was too bad for my daughter's one friend, but there was nothing that could be done. I was therefore manipulated into buying another room so my daughter's party wouldn't be ruined. Below are pictures of the completely unused room that I was forced to book. The two rooms that we originally booked were side by side on the 4th floor. The room that I did not want but had to pay for was on the 1st floor. We usually love the Hampton Inn. It's one of our "go to" hotels when we travel. This experience has greatly soured my opinion of the chain.

There are great amenities there such as a pool, hot tub, two waterslides, and a fitness room. They provide a good continental breakfast. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are very clean. They also provide free cookies.

It is a very clean hotel and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. The beds sleep perfectly and the rooms seem soundproof as I heard no one our entire week. My family lives in the neighborhood behind it but it's so nice and the pool has waterslides that the kids love so we go for a break sometimes from the ordinary. I would recccomend it to anyone. They also have a great free breakfast and many other amenities like a hot tub and indoor pool. Overall we love it.

Everybody was extremely helpful. The linen Source swapped out with no problem. Nobody entered our room when we have the Privacy key up. Breakfast was complete and delicious. We had a perfect room on the end of the second floor. It was a king-size non-smoking room and it did not stink like smoke. There was amazing amount of storage, counter space, and lots of places to plug in and work with Technologies. Everybody was extremely friendly.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn on the recommendation of the staff of Davie Medical Center across the street. Even though I was scheduled for Day Surgery and did not spend much time there, it was wonderful to not have my husband travel back and forth 1.5 hours… Only issue was the duvets on the beds were too heavy and even the extra blanket was too heavy… The room was nicely decorated and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hospitality. Beds very comfortable and room and facility is very clean. Indoor pool is fun for the kids but there's a lot of chlorine in the water.

It was the best hotel I've ever been! It has a water slide that goes all the way out of the building then back in, It has a heated swimming pool, a hot tut, It has a workout room, a spa even a outdoor dining set with a fire place! It's just so great there. The rooms are nice, and the location is just lovely! I had an amazing time! If you ever want a hotel or even just visiting for the night this is the place to go!

The rooms were clean. Workout facility was decent size and there was a pool next to the workout room. Breakfast looked hearty, although I did not partake. Easy check-in and check-out. A few good places around the area which is nice for dinner.

We stayed here due to proximity to WinMock where we conducted my daughter’s wedding. Great staff and rooms were beautiful. My only recommendation is to put real scrambled eggs on the breakfast bar. Sprinkling scrambled eggs on muffins is NOT the same. I do not eat wheat products, so I had to scrape the eggs off about ten biscuits to get a small serving of eggs. Bring on the real scramble eggs and earn five stars!

We recently booked this hotel to celebrate our daughter's 10th birthday. We chose the hotel because of the water slide and the pool. We requested, and were given adjoining rooms that were large enough to accommodate our party. We learned at check in, that the slide was being worked on and there was no guarantee it would be fixed. As it turns out, it was fixed within the hour. Nevertheless, we were given a small credit toward our room for the inconvenience. The girls had a ball going up and down the water slide! Breakfast had plenty of options to keep everyone happy. And Debi, who worked the front desk during our stay, called the room to make sure it was acceptable and asked us often if we were enjoying our stay. I rarely write long reviews, but businesses that give good service should be acknowledged as much as the bad ones. We would definitely stay there again!

The rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly. In a good location and not too expensive. However some of the towels were dirty.

As a travel nurse I have stayed in numerous hotels across the country, that being said I will start with the positive, rooms were clean, so hats off to the housekeeping staff, all the amenities you need are here, Hot and fresh breakfast. However, If you have a career that requires SLEEP well this is not the place for you! I could only stay in this hotel for 5 days. I felt like I had been on an episode of LOCKED UP. The room doors DO NOT have self closers that function properly, so therefore all the doors SLAM when shut. Nobody on the 3rd floor, with the exception of my colleagues, shut the door easy. I have NEVER stayed in such a LOUD hotel. I brought the noise level to the attention of the Manager and she was very apologetic and said "I will have maintenance look at it". Well I came back to my room on Thursday night and low and behold the noise was just as loud as when I left for work. I have no idea how this hotel has stayed in business with this type of noise level. Yes, I switched hotels, I just want all travel nurses and any other healthcare provider using this facility to know what to expect with the incomprehensible noise level!

The Hampton Inn in Bermuda Run is a fairly new hotel that's in a easy to find location, right off the exit of I40. The rooms are very classy and modern with the most comfortable beds and down comforters. The showers are nice and spacious, with a large marble sink giving you plenty of room for your bath room essentials, hair dryer, flat iron, perfumes, ect… You get internet access, refrigerator, menus to the local restaurants, many of which are in walking distance in the same shopping plaza. My FAVORITE part about this hotel is the hot tub and heated swimming pool that has a huge tunnel water slide that twirls out of the building and back in! Its a great place for even the locals to have a birthday party-even swimming in the winter! They also have a large conference room that can accommodate a large group of people for an event, or party, cake celebration. Anytime my family visits from out of state, this is the only place I refer them to stay. It's absolutely a 5 star!

Their reservations desk is not well run. They had great difficulties booking us a room that was part of a wedding party block. They consistently failed to find a record of the block reservation, even though it had been made and confirmed beforehand. Eventually the problem was straightened out, but it required several phone calls and a request to talk to the manager to get things straight.

The pool with the tubes is probably the best pool I have been to for a hotel. My kids and I had hours of fun on the tubes. The pool room has some paint falling off the ceiling most likely due to the high humidity. But that won't matter. You'll have a great time. The room we stayed in was very clean. Very impressed.

I love going to subway because it's made right in front of you and I've never had a problem with getting my order wrong.

It was awesome. The pool was open til 11p and opened at 5a which is great for us who are up early. The breakfast was great, western omelets for the first time was a treat. The beds were comfy shower and rooms were clean. Dinner was right across street didn't have to move car just walked. Great place for our family will be returning soon.

Well, the hotel has a slide that goes outside the building and back into the indoor pool. It looked like a lot of fun. We just stopped there to let our puppy use the bathroom. Didn't know I was going to get prompted for a review.

Do not stay on first floor if you would like to sleep. Can hear people coming in and out as well as kids yelling from pool. I should of known better to allow them to give me room on first floor.

This hotel has a water slide that the children loved. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were very nice.

Always very friendly service and the rooms are great. There's four restaurants within walking distance, a Walgreens and a very extensive grocery store with a deli and bakery. Great location!

I was a guest at this facility the weekend of 9-16-2017. Overall was not a bad stay. Would I stay again, probably not. For just a few dollars more, I could get a more comfortable bed, a king size bed, hot water on demand, and electric outlets that actually work. I travel quite a bit. This in my 4th hotel in the last month. This facility was not up to the standards I normally receive for the rate I was charged. The picture on the front page is actually from another newer facility, not this site. I'm a hilton Honors member and currently I am reconsidering that option for future stays.

Service was great. Leah Ann at the front desk help us with everything we needed for us to have a really good check-in process. Got all the usual stuff — extra pillows blankets Etc. Kids loved the water slide — they had so much fun! Could have had a little bit more choice at breakfast. Rooms were clean, with adequate toiletries. Had a great time!

The halls and rooms had a funny smell, resembling a faint cigarette odor. The rooms were fine. Breakfast was decent but the fresh fruit had a rotten taste. I think the grapefruit was bad but someone else had the batch before and it was fine. The breakfast ended at 10 and the lady in charged made sure to ask everyone if they were done before closing the doors.

I was playing in a golf tournament nearby and I loved everything about this hotel! The decor is nice and it just is a basic hotel that is nicer than the rest. Loved it!

The staff was great. Breakfast was good and the water slides kept the kids entertained for hours. However, the AC in the lobby was broken, and in our room it was either freezing or stuffy. We never could get comfortable. We also thought the beds and pillows where not comfortable. There was also water damage on the ceiling of the pool.

I didn't stay at the hotel, bit our son and his family did and they enjoyed it, especially the pool. The lady on during the evening was great. She was covering everything, with getting extra towels and pillows. No other employe showed up to work. This was Wed evening.

This is near our home and we stay about once a year so the children can swim and play on the water slides. We always have a good time. Staff is courteous and the rooms are nice. Breakfast is good as well. The kids love all of the toppings available for their waffles and the free cookies in the lobby.

No Hot Water… we were here for a wedding with a large group of blocked rooms. Unfortunately there was little to no hot water in the mornings. I see others have complained about this months ago also. They've had 7 months to fix it but I see they just don't care. Other services were good. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff very friendly.

Clean rooms, responsive staff, good amenities. Pool area smelled too much like bleach, couldn't stay in the room more than a few minutes. Would have liked to swim a bit, used the gym instead.

Very nice hotel just outside of Winston. Love the staff, clean rooms, okay prices, great indoor pool with waterslide too! Good value.

We used the pool area for a friends birthday party! The rooms were very clean. Our only complaint was the one staff member who came to get the trash. She seemed to be irritated.

The best part of the stay was leaving! The police were at this property two days of our stay, the pool was ALWAYS over crowded with very loud children, the breakfast area was a disaster! The breakfast attendant was very rude and not helpful in any way. The beds in our room were supper firm, the thermostat didn't work in the room so it was stuffy the entire time. To top off the stay the house keeper (Erika) knocked softly, never announced that was housekeeping, and just came in the room while I'm half dressed. I told her I was undressed she proceeded to put a silver disc to hold door open. She asked if I need towels? I had to ask her to PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR SO I COULD GRAB DIRTY TOWELS. She was very rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She continued to hold door open half way as I got the things to give her. Also said next time I should put the do not disturb sign up if I don't want to be bothered! Never again will I stay at a Hampton.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Bermuda Run. The rooms were spacious and very nice. The included breakfast had something for everyone in our group. And best of all were the water slides in the pool area. Great for the kids and adults alike.

The pool and hot tub were good, but that would be all. I've stayed at a number of Hampton Inns through the years and this was by far, the worst. The room we had wadls old and had a musty smell and they were full so we couldn't change rooms. The breakfast was absolutely pitiful. Not anything like Hampton Inn breakfast usually is. I would stay somewhere else if I had to do it again.

I have stayed here several times and we got the handicapp room and the adjoining room together and this was an awesome stay. People were very friendly and the pool and waterslide was very clean along with the hot tub. We had a great time and the breakfast is awesome. So was the staff. The best hotel stay I have ever stayed in. Thank you all… we will be back in November.

I booked a room at Hampton Inn Bermuda Run simply to take my granddaughters there to play in the pool and on the waterslides as an end-of-summer not so far get away. We had a blast! The room and beds were comfortable, the breakfast was awesome and the room was quiet. My granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I would recommend this hotel simply to have a great time in the water no matter what the weather is outside. I plan on taking them again soon just to let them play.

I stayed here recently. My stay here was great and the hotel was spotless. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in terms of giving local suggestions. I even left a shirt behind in the room and they went to the trouble of locating it and mailing it to me. They definitely went above and beyond the call.

I have never stayed at a hotel with such a great indoor water slides and pool! The rooms were spotless and beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating to our needs and also breakfast was top knotch! Plus a wonderful mexican restaurant across the street. A great place to stay for business or pleasure.

We set up a block of rooms for my wedding here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was excellent! They went above and beyond on EVERYTHING! They are professional, on top of things, prompt in returning emails, kept me in the loop, helped us carry things to and from vehicles, handed out welcome bags, helpful with directions and offered suggestions for eating/entertainment/shopping, and made sure our guests were as comfortable as possible. The rooms don't have the typical "hotel look. " They are spacious, EXTREMELY clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. 6 months later, our family and friends still rave about how helpful and kind everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers were at this hotel.

We had a very nice overnight stay for my daughters 13th birthday. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in/out. The room was excellant, the beds comfortable, the bathroom was clean. We chose this location because of the water slides and indoor pool, my daughter and her friend enjoyed this very much. I have to say that I was very disappointed in the hot tub, as it was not hot at all. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. Overall I would choose this location again if the hot tub was fixed.

One of the only Hamptons I would rate 5 stars. Excellent workout facilities, pool has two water slides, rooms neat, clean (is new).

I would stay here again. The pool and slides were fun and the hotel is absolutely spotless. Breakfast was nothing special but everything else was great.
