Well I got there and checked in to this great friendly little blonde girl. The room was comfy and nice. Very noisy at the time but it was the week kids where moving into their college dorms and the hotel was full. This is where it turns bad. The older lady that is on at night was a complete witch. I know people have bad days but don't bring it to work. She even made a comment when I came to make a cup of coffee at like midnight. Who drinks coffee this late and rolled her eyes. I also asked her for a hairbrush and she didn't even look up she pointed over to the store area where you can purchase items. That's my only bad experience was her.

Decent Hampton that has been renovated. Breakfast area is kind of small and the room wasn't the cleanest but everything else was typical Hampton quality. The rates were a little high the night I stayed but I believe there was some event in town. Overall good hotel.

Rooms were very clean. The location was ideal, right off the highway and within minutes of downtown Highpoint. Breakfast is included and that's very convenient. There is a Biscuitville as well as a McDonald's right across the street if you want something else. Staff was very friendly, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. We were greeted upon check-in by Ty at the front desk. He was friendly and welcoming, and his personality was simply amazing. He actually went to check our room before giving us our keys. He gave us water and wished us a great visit. The room was clean, and absolutely perfect. Breakfast is amazing, and the staff makes sure it is well stocked and clean. Everyone is amazing here. Looking forward to our next visit. The manager should be proud of the amazing staff… kudos Hampton Inn!

My family was pleased with how the staff treated us. Each one had a smile on their face and was eager to answer our questions as well as ensure we had all that we needed during our stay. Breakfast was the best around!

Great hotel in the Archdale / High Point NC area. Newly renovated rooms look great! The employees are all nice, friendly and helpful. They also have a great full hot breakfast where there is something for everyone. My husband likes a bigger breakfast than I do, I'm a fruit and yogurt gal, so it was great for us both, plus it's free! I Definitely recommend this Hampton location.

Top notch breakfast and service! Here for the weekend due to gas leak that is being fixed and service has been top notch. Cleaning ladies did great first night and fitness center is nice. Not the Vista's during business trips but great for you kids and business mixed! Love it!

The room 214 was clean and the bed was nice but the power outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Five night stay with this I wasn’t happy. Report it the first morning. Was away from my room everyday for work from 7am to 6 or 7pm so the only way I could get moved is if they moved my stuff which wasn’t going to happen and they wanted to rent my room out knowing they didn’t work. To me bad customer service just for that reason. Said it was going to take two weeks to fix problem but still going to rent the room out to the next sucker I’m sure with not telling them that there wasn’t any power to the outlets in the bath. Thanks Hampton Inn for making my mornings not good.

I met a co-worker there for business so I don't know much about the place but it looked very clean and nice!

This hotel is one of the best managed hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they take pride in the atmosphere they create. The decor is very practical and calming. Definitely worth the drive to surrounding Triad cities to stay in such a serene, welcoming place. Only 15 minutes drive to Greensboro, 5 to High Point, 35 to Winston.

We were evacuees from Irma. The staff was nothing but accommodating. Due to having to leave Florida last minute we did not make plans for our dogs to go to a shelter. They were extremely understanding and did not give me a hard time with bringing my two pitbulls and my dachshund. Everyone that works there always worked with a smile and helped us out in any way possible. I want to give a special thanks to Angela. She played Uno with my bored teenage son, also Chasity, Adrienne, Debbie, Holly, and all of the housekeeping staff. I will be coming home to a house that is damaged but the team at Hampton Inn made this stressful time easier to cope with. Thanks again for an awesome experience for myself, my family, and my furbabies.

4 stars only because it's an older building with only 1 elevator. VERY nice employees, clean rooms, and it's being remodeled and updated right now. Looking great.

I had stay after a day trip ran a little long, so I had nothing a person would need for the next day. The woman who checked me in was super nice and personable. She put me on the first floor bc a soccer team was there that night on the 3rd floor and I really appreciated that. She was also kind enough to get me a toothbrush and tooth paste. The room was clean as usual, the breakfast was ok, the coffee was hot and people were super nice.

Hotel is close to a handful of restaurants and stores, but otherwise you'll need to drive for everything. It's a clean hotel, and the grounds were well kept, however the rooms are very small. For instance, the walking space was so tight that it was nearly impossible for a normal sized person to walk past the desk. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall it's an ok hotel for the cost.

Stayed at the Hampton several times during High Point Market and some off market time. The Hampton always lives up to expectations. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is great!. This has become my to go place to stay when I'm in Hi Point.

This was the smoothest check-in I've ever had. I got to the location about 10:30 at night tired and because I'd already done the online check-in the staff members greeted me & handed me the key. It was really great after a long day of traveling. The breakfast the next morning was excellent! I would most definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Have stayed at this Hampton several times. Always good and clean rooms. Service is friendly.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Pet friendly. Worked with us on early check-in and late check-out.

Nice comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, quick easy access to highways.

Very modern looking lobby with plenty of places to sit and enjoy breakfast in the morning. Night stands all had USB plugins, which is amazing this day in age. Breakfast was just alright, but I was a little sick also which didn't help.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff but pretty noisy. I don't know if they just put everyone on the same floor for convenience or what but it didn't seem to be very booked. There was one point in the middle of the night where my co-worker and I were pretty convinced someone had gotten into our room and it scared the heck out of us! Someone was banging on our door and then we heard a sound similar to the lock being opened.

Exit 111 off of 85 in North Carolina. Everything was as expected. No complaints about service or room cleanliness.

Extremely slow complimentary Wi-Fi well under 1Mbps rendering almost unusable. VPN services would not work under these limitations. Upgrade to remove this artificial limit costs an additional $4.95 per day. Third world country class of internet service. Room smelled heavily of noxious perfume. Air conditioner ran several hours on high before the room temperature dropped any appreciable amount. Complimentary breakfast was good and facility looked generally clean for the most part.

Excellent customers service, very nice rooms, good high speed internet and quality breakfast. Was one of the places recommended by the Archdale-Trinity Chamber of Commerce and I will be back. I teach and consult around the state and need a good desk with quality internet at night and I was very pleased.

I would definitely stay here again.

Handicapped rooms were very accessible. Roll-in shower in large bathroom and sufficient room size even with a king bed. Recommend to handicapped travelers.
