Awful, stay away. I entered the building about 4p. M. With my reservation for 3 rooms. As I entered the lobby the phone rang. The customer on the phone must have been calling for a reservation from what I overhead. Instead of placing the caller on hold to greet me like many places do I wandered around the lobby for at least 5 minutes before she placed the caller on hold to look on a different computer for a better rate for them. She asked if I had a reservation and went back to the phone for at least 5 more minutes. Finally got checked in about 20 minutes after my arrival. The pool was green / cloudy but it worked. The pool ladder also had some sharp edges on it. The vending machines apparently were out of order without signs. They did refund one drink but when another guest asked which machines worked we were told to get drinks elsewhere. My room had 2 sets of towels for a room that had 2 double beds. When someone asked about 2 more sets of towels the clerk said your room has 2 sets and there are only 2 adults and 1 child (3 is greater than 2 but guess we were supposed to share). We had to sign for more towels. I brought my own pillow which I forgot (red / maroon pillow case on it). We called multiple times throughout the week and were told they had not seen it. When we called a week later and said we would be stopping by the clerk said that it may have been thrown away, placed us on hold for a moment, returned and stated that the pillow was (somehow) wet and was thrown away. Very convenient. Never staying there or a Days Inn and likely not staying at a Wyndham hotel branch again. I see why Choices gave Days Inn the boot from their program. Good room prices though.
