The place was very bad we talked to them over the phone we wanted a three-person bedroom and we asked if we could have a cot so we could all have a bed they said yes they have cots we got there and we gave them the money and they said just because you have three people doesn't mean you should have a cot so my child had to sleep on the floor and there is no room service just a guy walking up and down by the rooms on his tippy-toes taking towels they never made the beds they never gave us more soap you have to ask for everything and they never brought it to you in the manager is very rude there's not much in the rooms just ancient TVs but one thing the heat works great but the showers are freezing never shower in the morning I wish our in the afternoon it was nice and warm bathrooms are decent overall not the best place to stay.

Outdated is the only negative. Easy walk to restaurants, Main St and Mirror Lake. Clean and perfectly fine for what hotels are for in outdoor playgrounds: sleeping.

It was a fine place. The rooms were simple, clean, and had the basic amenities. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The only disappointing aspect is that the Wifi is TERRIBLE. Forget streaming content; this Wi-Fi struggles to load news articles and basic web pages. My guess is that they have a slow, 2G band being shared by the whole complex. Also, about half the time the Wifi just would not work.

A little old but well maintained.

An old-fashioned motel, but has been well-maintained. Don't expect super-modern amenities, but everything that is there works correctly. Do note the that check-in time ends at 11PM, so if you are coming in later, call ahead so they can plan for that.

Mom and Pop hotel in Lake Placid. Clean and comfortable. Close walk into town. Very friendly owners and the Greek restaurant beside it has great food!

Very friendly staff! We were there for a motorcycle trip and they accommodated us and our bikes.

The ac didn't work. There were just shear curtains on the windows so prepare for 530am sun in your face. Parking is an issue especially if you don't have a tiny car. It was clean and is a decent location in proximity to downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and the service was unmatched. The location is right near the city center, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants and shops in the town. We look forward to staying here again!
