it's clear to me that this hotel is extremely well managed and this is reflected in the performance of all the staff who have been absolutely outstanding This is a great example of customer service at its best.

I would love to give this place a 5 star. I had a worker named Jamie who went far and beyond to meet my expectation, incredible experience. Very polite and professional, kind and honest.

This hotel has everything we were looking for — an indoor pool, breakfast, and snacks on some week nights. We had a great stat, and recommend this hotel. A big thank you to the woman that worked at the front desk on June 19th. She helped us find a taxi, which was more difficult than normal because a fire shut down the roads near Greystone station. She called a few taxi companies to ensure that we got back to the hotel safetly.

Really beautifully appointed suites with a full kitchen, great gym. & swimming pool.

I loved the stay as I have stayed multiple times. But this last stay I left behind a necklace, that honestly had not much value in cash sense. But much sentimental value as it was my dead fathers finger print. I know I left it in my room, I know right where it was left, but yet noone found it. I'm sorry but I find this unacceptable and troubling.! I dont like to accuse anyone, but it was out in the open and now noone has found it!.

It's an amazing place if you don't mind the ride to the city. The rooms are incredible, you can live there and if you don't have to, you'll never leave the room. They'll do your grocery shopping, laundry, everything for you. We had a family meeting in the room, and there's space for at least 5 people more.

A super location but I thought it was excessive to need a four hundred dollar credit card deposit that no other location in the world requires. Just thinking about it makes me angry and away with one star we go! Full American breakfast here. Two stars now. Charge the industry standard please, thank you! PS — You only charge that much if the customer is using a debit card not a credit card. Even the Waldorf Astoria, which you could not touch with one of your fake silver spoons does not even require that upon checkin. No other Residence Inn does either so get with it people. I’ve stayed there for my last time thanks to this outdated policy management. Your suites are too small for a Residence Inn anyhow.

1st time at a Residence Inn and we were pleased with our stay. Comfortable studio suite, good and hot breakfasts included. Make it yourself waffles were great! Large pool for a hotel, spa pool could have been warmer.

Excellent location and perfect rooms for our Extended Stay. An unfortunate situation brought eight of our family members together. Luckily, we were able to all stay in the same Hotel and plan our week together. Lovely accommodations which make you feel as if you are home. Easy on and off of the highways. Lovely Hotel staff which were more than accommodating.

We only stayed 1 night for the last of our vacation around NY and NE but I cannot say enough about this hotel. Michelle at the front desk was wonderful upon our very late check in after a long day of travel and site seeing. The room was very clean, stocked and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we come through. Highly recommended!

We checked in at 1pm for a two-month stay. At 6:50pm the manager slipped a note under our door stating we needed to vacate the next morning so they could make repairs to the room. For those that don’t know, moving in a 2-year old, 1 month old, two dogs and all the accompaniments is a day long ordeal. Marriott made us live that experience twice. Tried to speak with the manager on duty who told me “The letter is self explanatory and he doesn’t know what else there is to discuss”. Marriott ended up comping one night of our 64 night stay after much complaining. I was promised the staff would help us move, but who could have predicted no one was available. Experienced the most unprofessional interaction with the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Very clean & organized. It made me feel at home, very cozy. Great breakfast as well. I only have positive things to say about the Residence Inn. I will definitely refer my family & friends to your establishment.

The towels are one thread count up from plastic. Trash stayed in the hallway by someone's door for almost two days. If you forget something don't bother calling the front desk. You have to reach someone in the housekeeping department because lost or left must be claimed at the housekeeping department. The housekeepers do not bring left items to the main office. Just hope you remember before housekeeping leaves for the day. Which is just so stupid.

Staff were friendly and courteous, even though we had to request our room several times because we arrived early. Cleanliness and quality of the room was worth the wait (which had been spent pleasantly in chairs in the lobby), and the layout of the room, while very compact, answered all of our needs, with a king size bed and a sofa bed, as well as the requisite kitchenette. We checked out at about 8:00 a. M. With no wait.

The place looks new or newly renovated. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I stayed in a studio. I guess no one was thinking when someone said, "let's put the HVAC in this wall facing the bed. " Everytime it came on I was awakened. I had to shut it off in order to sleep. I was using heat. I don't know if it will make as much noise when using the air conditioning but it's at the foot of the bed.

Very nice hotel. Service was great. Could be a bit cleaner (elevator rugs were quite dirty). But overall a nice place to stay.

Breakfast in the Americana Restaurant is great. I didn't stay at the hotel, but at the restaurant and the oatmeal was wonderful. We had a bridal shower there and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was so good at the shower, I ate there every day that I was in SF for breakfast. They also had a nice selection of teas.

The room itself was great. Clean and I like the fact that it had a full kitchen and couch. It was very comfortable. The hotel was under renovation so the fitness center and the pool were inaccessible. The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits. They also had yogurt, a waffle station, and a compliment of toppings. Only thing that bothered me was the sticky syrup on the elevator floor. I couldn't believe it was there for two days in a row and no employee noticed it.

The staff as a whole is awesome. They are just genuinely good humans. However, no pool. No laundry. No fitness center. No fire pit. Breakfast is ok. If it were not for the staff, I would be gone. They just make you feel at home. I know it sounds wierd but I have spent about 6 months here. I travel for work. So any place I feel comfortable I stay.

Hotel is being renovated but we like staying here since it is pet friendly, has suites with a kitchen as other Residence Inns do. A bit away from center of town but quiet and staff is friendly. Breakfast is standard fare. Room amenities are good.

Tiffany at the front desk is AMAZING! I'm here a lot for work and it's always a pleasure to see her behind the front desk. I've never written a review, but she's the kind of person that, well, makes you want to write up a nice review! Thank you, Tiffany!

Nice room and enjoyable stay except for the very noisy heater that blew all night despite turning it off making the room very dry and the hotel being under construction.

The one bedroom suite we stayed at was not very clean. The Appliances were dated and dented. Paying with 20, 000 points per night and $40.00 per day was not worth it. The free Breakfast was not worth it. Food was horrible. Marriott upped the points for this location. Not worth it.

I wish they offered food/snacks throughout the week instead of only certain days. Bed was super comfortable, unfortunately can't say the same for the couch. In it's defense, it was a couch/sleeper which aren't comfortable anyway. Added plus, they offer a free shuttle to the Greystone Metro North Station!

Nice facility, new and clean. The staff was welcoming as well. My only complaints were that the AC didn’t seem very consistent. Without changing the thermostat the room would feel cold, then hot — worse so than most hotels. Also, the shower doesn’t have a door, just a walk in. It made things drafty and I couldn’t get warm, which is very rare for me.

This is my favorite place to stay in Yonkers, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are always comfortable. Location is ideal to NYC by car or train.

The room was nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The fitness center and pool we're under renovation while I was staying there, but they had a partnership with the hotel across the parking lot to allow guest access. It was nice and the location was convenient.

Very nice and cozy. First time there. Makes you feel at home. My room was just like a 1 bedroom studio. Fridge, microwave, pots, pans, silverware. Would definitely go back… close to supermarket and restaurants.

Big rooms and the good storage. Convienent breakfast and activities. It's nice this hotel allows cats and has two room suites, so that's been very nice traveling with kids and pets.

I really enjoyed my weekend stay at this hotel. The breakfast they offered was prepared correctly. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. The workers always greeted me with a smile and a Hola. I recommend this hotel.

This is a well kept hotel. The staff is always friendly and kind. They all say hello when you pass them. The breakfast was always cooked correct. The rooms are always clean.

I love it! I went there with my kids and they enjoy a lot, they ask me all the time when do we going again.

Very clean room, friendly staff who greeted me at every encounter. Only down side was that the pool was not working, but they were working to fix that.

Here part of a business trip with another person. Company paying and they paid for the other person but was an issue with the credit card they gave for me. I explained I would get a hold of the companies management but it was taking longer than the Manger here at The Residence-Merriot liked! So was told even though I was here on behalf of a major international corporation that either I paid or the company paid today — TWO DAYS BEFORE CHECK OUT or I would have to check out today. She became "pleasantly "aggressive! Do yourselves a favor and don't deal with this Manger! Stay Someplace Else!

I rented a hotel room here last night for my brothers bachelor party I explained to manager on duty what my intentions were and it could be a little noisy. I told them this before I booked room and when I was checking in they inform me that it was ok a paid almost 350+ dollars for room he put me on first floor and assured me that this would be ok. At 12:45 the manager informs me that she will call the cops because of loud noise and only 4 people are allowed in room (this is a 2 bedroom with living room) I was told I was able to have up to 12 people. We turn music down but at 1:35 the police was called and asked us to vacate the space. The whole reason for booking was the bachelor party I didn't sneak or hide my intentions and yet everything was ok until they got my money. I will never stay here again, any company that can switch up rules at a weem is no place for me.

Fabulous staff friendly service. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and the area closes down by 9PM so go downtown Yonkers if you prefer to eat late.

Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel on 11/13/15 to 11/15/15 and I must say this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the breakfast buffet was awesome. I will be returning again. Thanks for everything.

This hotel was okay. Honestly they are so cheap with towels/and blankets room was freezing cold even when we put the heater on. Poor service only there was one nice lady at the front desk.

It has a pool, outstanding kitchen, nicest staff, free breakfast, staff goes grocery shopping for you, and a basketball court. I would give this hotel 5 stars no questions asked.
