Very nice rooms and the service was excellent.

Nicely located. Very enjoyable experience. Would most certainly stay again. The breakfast this morning was great, lots to choose from.

Pulled in for an overnight stop on a motorcycle trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, letting me park under the awning outside. The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned, so they upgraded me to a nicer room. Unfortunately the walls are pretty thin and I heard loud people and dogs barking well after midnight. That's my only complaint, though — otherwise everything was solid.

Location was fine, room was clean and bed was comfortable. However the walls are paper thin, we had someone trying to get into our room multiple times (only to discover that it was one of the front desk staff! ), woke up through out the night to multiple phone calls (1 ring only), woke up to someone taking a shower in an adjacent room, people running down the hallway and fighting at all hours of the night. Oh, and our curtains would not close all the way, where we had a beam of light coming into the room, hitting a mirror, and then shining onto our bed all night long. Wi-Fi was terrible. Would connect for a few minutes at decent speeds, and then just drop randomly. (Figured out that they have multiple wireless access points all operating on channel 6, which would be a big culprit of the dropped signals). Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Eggs were runny, coffee was just brown water, cinnamon swirl tasted like it was baked last month, no fresh fruit, and the yogurt was expired. We will never be staying at this hotel again.

The bed was ok. The room was mostly clean. The toilet didn't flush properly. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbors talking. The phone kept ringing randomly throughout the night. Also the curtains wouldn't close properly so the streetlight shone in the room all night. We were only passing through so it was easier to stay than find another place but we will never stay here again.

Good location near Binghamton University. Room was clean, good service. Handy to have a refrigerator and microwave. A bit noisy, as nearly any conversation in the hall came right through the door. Breakfast wasn't so exciting. Wifi was hit and miss, mainly a miss.

Very friendly helpful staff. Budget friendly prices but rooms are comfortable and clean. Comfy beds. No elevators. Free hot breakfast and convenient location. Fancy it's not and could probably use some updating.

Staff was great… room was clean and ok… bathroom was way tiny, no elevators so wasn't much fun with luggage as we were in the 2nd floor…

Decent place for the price. Bed is pretty comfortable. The room lools like there were quute a few water leaks at some point.

We stayed at this hotel during graduation weekend — it was the most expensive of the area hotels and it was a terrible choice on our part even though it was closest to campus. The bed was crippling (my husband actually slept in the chair), the noise from other guest and the doors kept us up until all went to bed and woke us when the earliest guest awoke. The bathroom was very small — the door hit your knees if you were using the toilet. The landscapers set up outside our windows at 7 a. M. Monday morning — they were so loud unloading their equipment I thought I was in a construction zone. I recommend you stay somewhere else. I did change my reservation from another hotel to this Quality Inn based on the reviews on this site — I think they all stayed at a different hotel — I will say that the staff and the air conditioning was excellent but I need to be able to sleep in a comfortable bed.

AC didn't work. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was very polite.

It felt a little run-down, but for the most part it was fine. Beds were comfortable, it was pretty quiet at night, and the TV let us plug in an HDMI cable so we could watch our own shows.

Near lobby room smelled of grease and Ben Gay, as did bedcovers. No one answered phone in housekeeping, even with front desk help. No other room available. Kids and teams ran and screamed in halls until well after midnight. Smokers stood outside our window for their cigarettes. Rude desk clerk no help. Same desk clerk, along with a male trainee, were caught making fun of guests in the lobby the next morning. Breakfast food warmers were empty, as was refrigerator. Only one frazzled cook, despite management knowing the place was full to capacity. The hotel is run down, walls are very thin. Bathroom door opens less than 3/4 of the way as it hits tub. Connecting door to other hotel room opens even while locked, and is held shut by a piece of old metal key stuck in the door jamb. Internet connections overloaded, didn't work. Daughter and grandsons' room down the hall was no better; their heat was stuck on 84 degrees the whole time. An extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable place to stay. Not recommended at all.

Beautiful place and outstanding staff rooms are clean and crispy the night shift lady when we check in she is just outstanding.

Definitely a 4 plus hotel. My room overlooking the outdoor pool is very nice. The cleaning staff is very nice and my room is clean and neat.

A solid value stay. The rooms are clean and well managed. We first visited while pricing the area, our typical choices were unacceptable. This Quality Inn was more than acceptable for both quality and price. We will return, as the need arises. I recommend this motel.

They need to clean the carpets more often due to bad smell. everything else is good about this hotel. Manager is nice. They provide free breakfast and free parking etc.

Great value, friendly staff, restauarant and a pub on site. Room was clean, bed was decent, easy to get in and out from. The only thing that could be better is the amount of parking, too few spots it seemed when I was there.

Best value for money in Binghamton. The hotel staff is friendly and the manager is great. Room is always clean and if there are any issues, they are resolved very quickly. I stay here often.

Love this hotel! My husband and I stay here every year on the way home to CT after visiting in Indiana. Staff is great, the rooms are big and clean. No negatives!

Room is clean and big, staff are all friendly specially the front desk and breakfast lady. Breakfast and parking included in price. As frequent traveler the most important thing of a stay overnight hotel must be cleaniness, quality inn in Binghamton did its job and way beyond service : the room is clean and big! Thanks to house keeping what a wonderful job you have done. Any complain? If you really ask for one than I would say I like to have a harder mattress, it's so soft like sleeping on cloud. Not a complain it's a compliment. I recommend this hotel to anyone who looking to stay in Binghamton. Good job quality inn.

Not a bad hotel. No evaluator, which is odd, but okay as long as you're prepared. Breakfast was decent. I mean, this isn't a luxury hotel. It fills a need. A bed and a bathroom. That's all.

We were flooded out of our apartment and had to leave, not only with short notice but with our cat, as well. Luckily the Quality Inn is pet-friendly and we were able to bring our 14-year old feline with us! The room was large and very clean, but the circuitry isn't the best, as we found out when trying to turn on bedside lamps or plug in the coffee maker. That detail aside, the room is comfortable for myself, my partner, and my pet, and we're thankful to have an inviting space during our time of need!

No elevator. Ice machine outside of our room sounded like an aluminum ladder being dragged and banged down a flight of concrete stairs. Softball teams that were in town were using ice machine late at night and started again at 6:00 AM. The lady at front desk asked how my stay was. There were no other patrons present. I still spoke quietly so no one else cold hear and voiced my concerns. Her response was very snotty and said "hope you have a better day! " She took my room keys and turned her back to me. The lady that was in the breakfast room was excellent. Waited on us like we were in a five star restaurant. She should work the desk and the lady that was working the desk should be behind the scenes and not allowed to deal with the public.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions you have. My family and I only stayed one night and left in the morning but you could easily stay more than one day there. Nice restaurant/bar and good breakfast in the morning. Only complaint would be the "gym", or fitness room. Really not an ideal place to work out, considering there's 4 cardio machines and 3 are not working. And only 4 sets of Dumbbells with a Max of 25 pounds. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Needed a rollaway and they helped out immediately, called us a cab when we needed one and offered extra benefits. Love this place.

Checked in at 1:30 AM without issues, and was able to get toothpaste at the front desk. Grabbed enough breakfast for 3 people (had 3) and was offered a tray when leaving the breakfast area so I could actually carry it all.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, ample parking. Plenty of food around.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now, when we have been in town for dance competitions. The hotel location is easy to find from the highway, and convenient to just about anything you could need. The rooms are clean and the hot breakfast is very good. The best part of any stay here however, is the staff. They are the friendliest and most courteous staff anywhere, and make you feel welcome. No question or problem seems too large for them to handle with a smile. They are what keeps us coming back.

Omg we had an amazing time on may 28 thru may 30 lost for words I was speechless ❤ we will be going back there probably once a month just cause… the staff were fun nd nice everything perfect also the free breakfast was ideal buffet style loved it.

This hotel's facade was agreeable, but the general quality of the rooms themselves was lower than that to which I am accustomed. The space was small and inefficiently arranged, the climate controls seemed to have little effect, not all of the room's amenities were in working order, and on the second day of my stay the showers would not dispense hot water. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the rooms, though inefficient and small, were otherwise comfortable.

It was very spacious and quite. Perfect to get away from the hectic rush of the local university and city.

Went to the hibachi restaurant and after an hour and a half they still did nit come to prepare our meal. When I told them we were leaving because I had a 3 year and 16 year old with me they made no attempts to ammend the situation.

Clean room, courteous staff, good hot breakfast. Temp controls in room sucked. Could not make room cool enough to sleep without opening window and turning off heat.

Me my son and his girlfriend came from Indiana. To visit with family that I have not seen in 17yrs. For the labor Day Weekend. When we were checking in at the front desk. They had a room on the 2nd floor. When the lady saw that I used a cane, she said Im putting you on the 1st floor instead. It was nice to see that people still care. Everything was great and the staff, went out of their way! The only small problem we had. Was the A/C in the 1st room was not putting out enough cool air. My son went to the front desk and told them the problem and they gave us another room right away. And this room was nice and cool! We really had a nice time and if we need a room again. We will be staying here. P. S. The location was great close to everything that we needed. From Resturants to Wal-Mart. Thank youQuality Inn & Suites.

Ignore the older reviews I'm staying here Memorial Day weekend 2013 Wi-Fi is fast breakfast is better than expected room I'm staying in doesn't smell etc.

My only complaint is the horrible Wi-Fi. I've got a faster connection on my smart phone than their pathetic Wi-Fi system with one little signal bar.

Claims to have Wi-Fi, but the connection is so bad that I could barely write this review. The room is bare minimum and in need of updating, and the hallways make you feel like you need to be watching your back. Clearly they're just riding this until the place falls apart and not doing anything to care for it until it does (just look at the pool, which is permanently closed but still has water in it). Trust me, it's not close enough to anything to justify staying here. Stay far, far away. This place just plain sucks.

We stayed at this hotel in the Jacuzzi suite on our Wedding night. From the very warm reception we got when we checked in (the clerk working found out we just got married and I think she was happier than we were! ) we had a great time. The suite we booked was very nice. (Yes, the hotel does have some room for improvement, but most hotels do anyway. ) Our room was on the end, near the Vestal parkway. Even during rush hour, we couldn't hear much — if any traffic noise. Everything in our room worked. (Hair dryer, jacuzzi, tv's, a/c, coffee maker, fridge etc) Couches and bed were very comfortable! We ate an early dinner in the attached Japanese restaurant. Also very nice. Johnnie's Grill had a very friendly bartender. We ordered some hot food later that night in the grill, but the deep fryer wasn't working. The bartender called maintenance and he arrived quickly and had it up and running about 10 minutes later. The jacuzzi is wonderful (almost a "heart" shape), it did have a broken control knob on one end which did not affect its use). The next day we ate breakfast in the common area. That was also very nice. (I think they should take out the tables that are close to the buffet area, some of the "larger" guests couldn't get through. ) The attendant there kept after everyone and their needs and also the room was VERY clean. Attached to the breakfast area is a nice looking meeting room. There is also a cozy exercise room and an outdoor pavilion with a gas grill for guest use.

After opening the door, I was overcome by the smell of mold. Found water dripping from the ac register. Mold ran down the wall and the floor was saturated. Front desk said housekeeping was aware of the problem and had sprayed Ozone to mask the odor. So, moved to a second room in which the toilet had fresh stains and hairs all over the seat. The bedding was stained as well. Showered in flip-flops and slept in my street clothes.
