Friendly Staff, clean facilities.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfest buffet was great. Overall, we would go there again.

Nice to stay at a hotel with long pool hours, 7-11, and free breakfast 6-10am. We enjoyed our short overnight stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly/helpful.

Customer service was great from the phone call to book to check out. Hotel was clean and I would stay again.

I'm a HHonors Silver member, and one of the things I like is that when I walk into a Hilton property, they give me two complimentary bottles of water. Except that if you check the HHonors web site and click through to the Disclaimers link, that doesn't apply to Hampton Inn. I know it's just water, but Hilton established a basic expectation and to deny that at certain Hilton brands seems like a good way to alienate customers. In the room, I was surprised to find the desktop outlets being used to power the coffee machine and microwave, which might even be a fire hazard. The caulk in the shower was moldy, and when I went out for breakfast on my last day, they cleaned the room before I came back to check out. This just seems sloppy. They can do better.

The hotel had a very luxurious look and a very inviting lobby and breakfast area. The room was immaculate and the bedding was so comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Typical clean and friendly hotel. Beds are firm and rooms are very clean. King Whirlpool is nicer sized with a huge shower for two as well. Tub takes forever to fill but we'll worth it. Complimentry breakfast has it all, eggs, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, fruit, juices and more — bring your appetite.

Convenient location, modern and we'll appointed rooms, surprisingly tasty breakfast buffet… Overall five days.

Location convenient and accessible to restaurants I just felt that the room we got smells like smoke even though I requested no smoking.

Extremely clean hotel room, plenty of towels in bathroom, bathroom comes with soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, toothpaste. Room has a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, which is convenient for me since I bought meals with me. Hotel staff is very polite and courteous. Parking is plentiful and hotel is in a good location with a lot of food and shopping nearby. There's a pharmacy maybe 200 feet from the hotel entrance if you need to pick anything up. Location and hotel are great and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Delicious breakfast very friendly staff did everything they could to make me happy. It works Streamley helpful I really enjoyed staying here every single time. Period there are hotels closer to my clients that I could stay at but I still prefer him especially this.

Went there for the polar express experience with my family and from time of arrival the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they also would take pijamas for you and put it under their Christmas tree so the kids can get a "gift from santa" for the ride. The rooms where very clean and in order and when my wife went to the pool with the kids the came to check and make sure the water was a good temperature and everything was ok. This location is surrounded by shopping plazas and fast food restaurants in every direction, and when you are an honors member you get lots of perks (not there just yet). Overall I wanted to stay another night even though there was a storm coming in and it was a few days before Christmas that's how much I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you to the great staff that keeps that place running perfectly.

Stayed here for my 15th anniversary with my wife. From the room to the staff there was not one part of the trip that was not pleasant. Would recommend to anyone in the area or going that way.

Twice this year we stayed there. Love the place. Each time my family was under a bit of distress and these people made you feel like you were at your parents. Above and beyond what is expected of a hotel. Much love!

Very rude reception — has hardly responded to our questions, overwhelmed as soon as more than 2 people are at the desk. Have found other hotel nearby — very nice and competent staff there as usual on our US trip.

Such a comfortable place. Enjoyed there breakfast. Partically their breakfast. I enjoyed the juice choices, Passion Orange Mango & Peach Citris.

We only stayed one night, so I don't have much to comment on. The hotel is located right beside a CVS Pharmacy, which is very convenient in case you forget anything in your travels. The breakfast is general hotel food and tasted acceptable but wasn't anything to rave about. The service was fine. I didn't appreciate that some of the employees or guests would smoke immediately outside of the hotel, so cigarette smoke would get trapped in the vestibule area between the sliding glass doors.

Very nice staff! The rooms were neat and clean and we were in a very nice area to get to many restaurants and shopping center. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Hudson Valley region.

The rooms around wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, though they have "hotel pillows", which are way too soft for my preference (my wife thinks they're fine). I love the bathroom with the standing shower. Breakfast staff is super friendly and helpful and they make you feel welcome. The desk staff at check-in was a bit tired, and cigarette smoke gets in the front doors, but otherwise a fine hotel.

Everything is very clean and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and quick to help. Comfortable beds and pillows. I will absolutely share here again. There are many amenities within walking distance, for example a CVS and taco bell. There's a mall right across the street too.

We've stayed here quite a few times. It's terrific! The staff is very professional and accommodating. They cater to families by having crayons/coloring pages in the lobby and a delicious hot breakfast. Rooms are very nice. We highly recommend this hotel.

WOW! The personable service you get here is remarkable. They are friendly and helpful… and you can tell its genuine. I sat in the breakfast area for an extra 20 minutes watching TV just enjoying the moment. They truly got my day off to a great start and I left there smiling. It almost makes me want to travel to that area more often just so I can stay there! And I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns… and none of them come close to this one!

We stayed here on 2 separate nights Tuesday 5/5 and Saturday 5/6 under sad circumstances for a death in the family. The check in staff went above and beyond on both nights. Truely wonderful. The breakfast staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and perfect. Thank you for being there for my family with sympathy in our time of need. I wish I remembered all the staff names but hope the dates would be able to help you recognize them as superior valued employees.

Very happy with my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the included breakfast had plenty of healthful choices, and the room was comfortable. It was also located centrally for my needs with plenty of services nearby.

Room was clean and comfortable. They were reasonably priced and well located. Breakfast was hot and tasty, 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate, and the staff waa super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the saltwater pool, clean without the chlorine smell. Right by a CVS, taco bell ans dunkin donuts, 2 minute drive to a nice choice of stores, and restaurants. Highly recommended, and I dont say that very often.

Another excellent stay at Hampton Inn Kingston. This was our second and it was just as good as our first. The staff are super friendly and services are wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Have stayed here twice in the past year and it is consistent with other Hampton Inns; nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and overall great stay! It makes this otherwise dreadful small town easier to stay at! Would stay again but hopefully I won't need to.

Top notch staff who are super-tuned into your needs. New, clean rooms. We arrived to still warm, free chocolate chip cookies and fresh coffee, juice and hot cocoa. Although we didn't use it, the warm salt water pool was active and close to gym and elevators. We had such a good time at Keegan's Ale's in Kingston, we missed what smelled like a really good breakfast.

Great place — courteous staff; lovely lobby and rooms, clearly recently re-done; complementary breakfast was more than generous and tasty. Would stay there again.

Stayed here in Dec 2010. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn style, not saying it was bad, it was good. I did not like the location, other than it was in a good location to restrauants and stores, it was next to a rail road tracks, so all night long we heard the trains. Mainly the horn of the trains. Other than the trains the hotel in very nice. Very clean too.

If you're looking for a room that has it all, you'll find it here. Me and my girlfriend stayed in the room with the built in hot tub which is great to have sex in and Taco Bell right outside makes for a great snack during the night. The hotel is in a good part of Kingston. Close to the mall and many great restaurants. Plus on ramps to 209 are literally down the street for quick access to the neighboring towns if Kingston doesn't do it for you.
