Nice clean and well maintained place with friendly folks. Just call to verify you reservations after you get a confirmation. Rooms are smaller than they appear on the website. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. They have robes! But they are for short thin people (or children). Out side of the noise from the restaurant next door — the place was quiet! Couldn’t hear people in the next room talking, TV’s, showering or doing their “business”

We had the most Cozy, Clean, Comfortable stay at this inn! Hands down I give it a 5☆

We had a very nice stay last night. The rooms were decorated along with the entire hotel for Whooville in the Harbor. The Grinch was everywhere. We always enjoy staying here. Thank you Marsha!

⭐️Spotless I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and each stay I have a wonderful experience! My husband and I were traveling with friends, one of our friends had a birthday during our stay, there was a cupcake waiting in the room, so thoughtful! Sometimes it’s the little things.
The rooms are decorated with Pottery Barn furnishings, the plush PB robes are a perfect touch and the hospitality center (coffee, tea, pastries in the morning) offers everything you’d need to feel at home. This hotel is a great place to get away. Thanks Alicia and staff for your superior customer service! We’ll be back this Fall.

This Inn is located right in the center of Sackets Harbor. Short walks to restaurants, pubs, shops and museums. It’s newly renovated, beautiful rooms nice view of the water. The Harbor house Inn is the place to stay when you visit Sackets Harbor.

Such an adorable place! So cute so quaint so beautiful and peaceful. The renovations that were done are out of this world. We loved our room it was so special. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We have been repeat customers, the renovated rooms are perfect and in 2018 we returned 4 times, Unfortunately the 3rd floor un renovated rooms are like a worn out Motel 6. I stayed there one week ago — the hotel had one other guest and I was given a worn out room with the bait and switch offer for an upgrade for an additional $ Good bye Tom — the owner who received my complaint in person when I checked out.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are appointed to perfection. Chairs, bed, linen — all very comfortable. Lovely breakfast options. We brought our xc skis and skied across the water by all the ice fishermen and on to the historic battleground park. A very memorable get away. We will be back!

They are remodeling their rooms. We were in an older one, but the view was stellar. And we saw a remodeled room that was beautiful. The innkeepers were so helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone stay here. If we are ever in the area again, we certainly will!

Stayed for 1 night in the middle of the week and the price was still over $300. For the night. Was given a room on the 3rd floor, there are not elevators so you have to drag your bags up 3 flights of stairs. Any beverages including coffee is on the second floor for all guests. Although the room was clean and nice, won’t be back.

Top notch newly renovated rooms. Immaculate facility. Amazing views. Perfect location. Adequate breakfast. Super kind staff (Marcia was delightful).

Can’t say enough about this wonderful Inn. Not only were the accommodations beautiful, but the owners and staff are genuine and caring. If you’ve forgotten what true customer service feels like, come here! As a frequent traveler, I can say that I have never seen any establishment treat their guests better.

I just love this hotel! It is tastefully decorated, and is very comfortable. Great Wi-fi connection. Very plush towels — I even got a robe and slippers! The manager was so friendly — she even took the time to help me back out of a tight parking space. I will definitely book a room again.

This is, by far, the nicest lodging on our recent trip. Our other lodging was at a 4star Hilton. The owners of the Inn were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a nice stay. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the soaker tub put me into such a relaxed state that I didn't even need my normal sleeping pill! The room was beautifully done in soothing neutrals with a southern style farmhouse chic. The towels and linens are extremely nice quality. No details were missed, all the way down to a cute little rubber ducky that made me smile. The surrounding village has a deep historical connection. There were informative placards throughout. A large green space with a walking path is perfect for an evening stroll. Being on the harbor, the views were spectacular and the water was always close by. Making this a perfect location to watch the sunset. There were several restaurants, museums, and quaint local shops, complete with a cute little ice cream stand. By the time we left we felt completely at home. We will go out of out way to return here in the future. Harbor House Inn has a special place in our hearts.

This hotel is amazing! Not only is the hotel beautiful and very accommodating, the owners are amazingly good, honest, and helpful people.
During my recent trip to Sacket’s Harbor I lost my wedding ring. When we were checking out of the hotel, I decided to mention to Marcia that I had lost it and asked her to maybe keep an eye out for it. Not only did she agree, she took down a detailed description of my ring and the places I had been while in town. She went out of her way to send a note to other area businesses about the ring also.
And now I have my ring back!
