Awesome place. We love it.

Staff was excellent & friendly. Lovely grounds. Room was very clean. Great to have the shuttle bus to & back from the beach & the free beach chairs.

Great rooms and food. Will come back.

We stayed here during the Winter season but got lucky as the weather was in the 50s. The room was beautiful and clean and the staff was very welcoming. We were able to walk to the village area where we stopped by Tate's Bake Shop and had dinner at Union Burger. We had breakfast at Claude's at the Southampton Inn. The Inn is cozy and gives you more of a bed & breakfast feeling. It has a huge "family room", books you are free to take home and a lot of beautiful art decorating the walls on the bottom floor. Can't wait to revisit during the Summer season!

Really nice location right near downtown and the beach. Goid restaurant. Nice common area with a fureplace to relax in.

The Inn was lovely. It was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, walking distance to town. I loved the main room with the piano and fireplace. It was nice sitting there in the morning with a cup of the delicious coffee provided to the quests and listening to peaceful music. I would definitely recommend and would come back again and again.

This was our first time staying here at the Southampton Inn. They have excellent service and it is extremely clean. There is pleanty to do, if you want to relax and read a book in the lobby, or play a board game in the lobby, which is beautiful, or go for a swim in their pool, play ping pong, play shuffle board or even have a bean bag toss. They have a shuttle that comes every five time minutes and will run you to Cooper’s beach in five minutes. There is pleanty to do here no matter how long you stay for. The staff here is super accomidating and pleasant as well.

Staff and service was excellent. Unfortunately the facility although relatively clean the facility was well worn. Outlets not functional. Electric wall switches not working. Spartan furnishing. No in room coffee. For 475 dollars it is exorbitant. WDW can be had for less and much more amenities.

Rooms were clean and maintained daily. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great to see a place hiring hard-working South Africans as part of their team. We ate at the attached restaurant several times (not amazing food but good for what it was) without having any complaints. Price of the food was mid range. Town centre is a 5 minute walk away with a variety of restaurants and stores. Nice amount of amenities including pool, poolside "bar", conference room, game room.

For the price the place is decent. The room's aesthetic is outdated, but it is very cozy. Has a pool outback with a tennis court and a restaurant. The location is what makes this place great.

Pretty inn. Large rooms. Pretty bathroom except for small counter space. Late night showers and baths had no hot water. They were cold to tepid water. Convenient to town. Hotel employees were very nice and accomodating to our senior group. Made to order breakfasts were tasty.

Its a pretty property, representative of the beach resort vibe of the Hamptons. Very clean, spacious rooms. They offer tasty breakfasts, courteous, if slightly slow service. Unfortunately, my shower was cold two nights in a row, as the heaters were overtaxed. The front desk crew are always warm, friendly, engaging upon arrival from our exhausting day trips. Convenient location to town. Would recommend to others who are visiting this beautiful area.

A delightful and quaint place to spend a few days away from the city. The staff are kind, professional and the landscape is one to be treasured. The property has amenities that will suit any taste. My most significant focus is the breathtaking surroundings that allow me to negate NYC noise… Thank you all!

We had a corporate development all-day meeting in one of their spacious and comfortable conference rooms. They provided coffee/tea/breakfast setup and a lunch later in the day. Everything was ready when we got there, the food and service were great. We will definitely be using Southampton Inn for other events.

The Hotel is very close to Southampton Center and you will not need a car. The Beach is about 20 minutes walk from the beach. The Hotel has very spacious rooms and the parking is free. If You have dogs you can stay in one of the rooms reserved for people with animals. We have found the hotel very cute and of great quality. We'Re Going back.

It's older but quaint. Geared towards summer guests.

They have great grounds and I loved the Lobby however surprised to see the roaming cat since I’m allergic to them. They didn’t have wash clothes in the bathroom to wash my face and unfortunately the bathroom fan didn’t work. I also had put food in the fridge, turned it up on high and saw the next day that it never even worked so my food spoiled. (it was plugged in and obviously just didn’t work. ) I’m still waiting for them to help return an item I left in the drawer however, they send the staff home early so I have to call back tomorrow to find out if I can even get it back since they also said they would have found it already if it was there. I left it the drawer so I’m hoping to get it back tomorrow… fingers crossed I just get my item back!
Ok part 2 — got the call that it’s not there so I’m at a loss… I wish I paid better attention so just be sure you do not accidentally leave anything of value behind…

Nice hotel, great location.

Great little hotel — looks like nothing on the outside and is completely renovated on the inside. Close to town and about a mile from the beach. Nice place!

Well maintained, but building is more motel style. Nice beds and very clean room, but underlying building is basic (i. E. Thin walls so easy to hear when neighbors come and go). Shuttle available to beach, and does have lots of games/activities onsite such as playroom, swimming pool, shuffle board, bicycles. Don't come expecting a 5-star experience. I will likely return at some point given limited options nearby.

You stay here for the location, pool and bus to the beach and nothing else. It's an upgraded motel but still a motel. With that said, the grounds are well kept, again location is the best as you can walk everywhere and frankly, there aren't many options in Southampton. But the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Staff are fine but it's very bare bone so don't expect "service". Summer weekend rates are $500+ a night which is laughable but again, location location.

Clean room, comfortable beds, decent price and within walking distance of the downtown area. Soom rooms are setup as quads, common entrance for the quad, some might not like that.

It is okay for a local business. Place need hall connection wend it rain to get to the breakfast place. The room bathroom extraction fan no working for the steam. Not enough towel in the room. But breakfast was very fresh an good.

Wonderful, the best best beds ever and their pet friendly policy is just wonderful for us. Two New Year's Eve there were fabulous! I highly recommend it!

Rooms are large and clean but out dated. They have mini refrigerators in the rooms. However the TV is small, the windows only have blinds no curtains so the sun comes right in, there is no coffee maker, the a/c unit is old school so you can't really be exact on temp, the plugs for charging anything are not near the bed or if they are, they are only on one side of the bed and there is carpet on the floors instead of wood.
While I did not use the pool it did look nice. Overall it is not a bad place. Way better then the Atlantic!

Best and most peaceful place to stay. Loved my room, the staff were great and the village is charming. I am so excited to return sooner than later.
