I had to cancel because of an emergency and I am being charged for the whole room. Rude staff I tried to call and got hung up on 2 times and no one was helpful at all. Absolutely horrible. People actually have lives they have to take care of first before vacation.
For the purpose of my stay it was a nice place, all We needed was a place to sleep. The beds we're not the most comfortable, it is very dated and in need of a remodel (especially the bathroom). The TV needed replaced as it is not a flat screen and the picture was fuzzy. Will I stay there again probably not.

Very Clean and comfortable room with a vintage feel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the owner Pam was a plethora of knowledge about Cooperstown and the surrounding areas, was a pleasure staying there!
