Review of Boro Hotel 4*

I recently stayed in this hotel and for the price I expected a bit more. Bed: terrible mattress, it had two holes on both sides where people usually lay down Restroom: this was one of the only good things on the room Entrance door to the room: if you let it to close by itself, it closes and makes a loot of noise, you can even hear the doors of your neighbors as it was yours. We were on the 3rd floor just above the main entrance and there was a lot of noise, every other day a garbage truck or something similar arrived around 4 am and stayed for almost 30 min making a lot of noise and not letting us sleep. Room Service: not the best, we were not given the necessary shampoo and shower gels as needed per night, we needed to call the reception asking for those. Also on another night we did not get the necessary hand towels, we also had to call the reception to get some. (Thank God staff was always nice and helpful) Location: it is located on an industrial neighborhood so you won't find anything to do around in case you want to go back to the hotel rest a little bit and then do something nearby. Breakfast: 2 slices of cheese, 2slices of bread, tiny Greek yogurt, a small portion of fruit, coffee/tea/juice and on the side honey, oatmeal for the yogurt, jam and butter. That is the continental breakfast, included if you choose that option and you can also order omelets, pancakes among others. Waiter and waitress were super helpful. The whole hotel is like a construction that was never completed, concrete walls, part of it cover with wood and halls and elevators were just in concrete. Lobby was cozy though. Staff: super friendly and nice.
