Clean rooms. Great staff. Older decor.

Huge room with full kitchen, huge bathroom, quiet, and great service to LaGuardia airport.

Scary & shameful parking experience! Called the Hotel. Management has not responded.

I've stayed here numerous times. They always aim to please. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Water pressure is great. Hotel restaurant is along and so is their breakfast. Nice neighborhood too.

Decent hotel. Staff is nice and the location offers a lot around. Rooms are a bit dated and the pillows are soft and lumpy. Overall not bad though.

I only went there for a meeting, so I can't say much, but I love the rich decor…

Great but jazzi tub didn't work.

The rooms are quite scuffed, but in my opinion there is a cosiness in them. With small kitchens.

The staff is outstanding: incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They really go above and beyond to provide superior service.

The rooms are pretty standard with TV, fridge, and microwave included. Theres no free parking but pretty close to public transportation so that's not a huge issue. If you book directly with the site I believe there is free breakfast included. The service is standard. There is an ironing board with iron and a safe in the room as well.

Air conditioning is very noisy, the airport is also very noisy nearby, breakfast general style is less, room pattern is quite strange. About 5-10 minutes ' walk from downtown Flushing.

Totally, it is good. However, the hotel did not told us that the double room couldn't add a rollaway bed before we came. We have to upgrade our room. Anyway, if this did not happen I would gave four or five stars.

Family room is very large, near the function is very good, everywhere is the restaurant, walk some way can go to the subway station.

We were upgraded to a presidential suite, which was very spacious and clean. The stove in our room did not work, but everything else was good. Location was in the middle of Chinatown and the service was very friendly.

Do not trust this hotel they will run your card several times and will blame it on your bank when they did the transactions. Claribel is very rude and unprofessional. They will preauthorize your card before check out. They do not care if they put you in a bind running your card for more money than what you agreed to. I have warned you.

Fair rates, very nice suites with a kitchen and table, and decent free breakfast if you book direct. Nice employees, and a restaurant/bar that's open until 10:30pm for food and 11pm for drinks, at least on weeknights.

Convenient location to Chinatown. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Location is pretty close to the 7 train. Probably 10 minute walk. Rooms are spatious and nice. No real good views though.

The only Italian restaurant (I think) in the immediate Flushing area. The place is cozy and spacious. The waiters were courteous and attentive. While the food could be better the service and convenience far outweigh that.

It was exactly what was needed. Uncomplicated, efficient registration, the room was clean, and importantly it was quiet, in spite of my room being situated near an elevator. Not extravagant, but not a no-frills experience. Thanks.

I had been in the hotel's a great experience. From the moment I came here, I was very close to help because this is my first came to this city for so many years, Shill and Bridget in the way such as how to navigate the subway gave me a lot of help and guidance. Olivia also helped me solve many of my questions, I really think everybody here, including managers in trying to help me,

I to grade their service here is not 5 but the only reason 4 is the language barrier. If the staff can understand what I want, then the service must have been very good. I was surprised, here was not any employee can speak understandable English. I hired translators. The hotel cannot recommend me an interpreter, which I was very surprised. If I didn't translate, then stay here will make me feel very pressured.

March 2015 and I stayed here for a few days, this is what I live for a long time the best hotels. Staff made me feel like it was their only guests, but I know the room is full, because I'm staying at night when the snow is very large, a plane took off because heavy snow is not. Waiters and good service at the front desk to ensure that my colleagues and I got everything we needed.

Good fitness center, extremely helpful staff, and a good breakfast buffet at the restaurant.

Didn't care for this hotel. The air conditioner didn't work in the first room they put me in. Maintenance came up and acted like they did something. When I called them on it, they said wait ten minutes and it'll kick on by itself. I changed rooms. When I went to check out in the morning, the front desk would provide me with my receipt. There are much better places to stay than this dump.

An OK hotel right in Flushing. Great location. Generally a conservative hotel with aging equipment but the rooms are pretty sizable. However very limited curbside loading zone and no free parking (only valet, $19/day) are certainly drawbacks. The valet seems nice enough and they offer car wash for $20.

I loved the place and the little Asian girl behind the desk was smoking hot.

Awful customer service. I have stayed there 2 nights. First, during all time personnel was unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted when people come in. But this is ok. We can say that New York is a busy city where people has no time to be polite (even in customer service. ). But the main thing is that I asked for a wake up call at 8.30 and they didn't call me! As a result I missed my flight. Turns out that the phone in my room did NOT worked. The WORST is that nobody even said SORRY.

I don't know why anyone would rate this hotel excellent. Positives: 1. Hotel is clean. 2. Front Desk people are nice and can be helpful 3. Exercise Room is clean and nice Negatives: Everything else. The Hotel's Restaurant was absolutely nasty. Also, you cannot bill to your hotel room since it is a separate restaurant. How stupid is that?!? They have a door directly attached to the hotel, yet you can't charge to your room. The food that is posted on the walls and all over the hotel must have been taken at a real restaurant and brought here. I am far from a picky eater and the marinara sauce was absolutely gross. Hotel is in the middle of Chinese food land and there is literally NOTHING to eat but Chinese food in the area. If you don't have a car or you don't want to ride the L to somewhere decent to eat, you are stuck. Be warned corporate, business, government travelers that 99% of the restaurants in the area are "CASH ONLY". Parking is a nightmare also. $19.25 a night and every time you leave the hotel you have to pay cash/credit card and you can get it billed to your room, but you have to take the parking stub to the front desk and tell them your room number every single time you leave. They also make you leave your keys in the car (I prayed there was no joy riding! ) AND they leave the driver side window down all night long. Also, they bill you up front for the full charge of your reservation.

Really nice hotel. We had a minor problem and the manager was very responsive, kind, and considerate. I would highly recommend this place for its location, value, and quality. We come in to Flushing from Manhattan on a regular basis for the food and escape, and this will be our new regular spot.

I had a great stay at the Marco. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. They did try to put me in a smoking room when we first arrived, but that quickly got sorted out. Tip: don't book through Expedia otherwise you run the risk of getting a worse room.
