I live to far away to order anything but I know good food I've had to cook for my entire family for over 25 years and cooking is a passion of mine since middle school that pizza is worth the travel time to New York city. Honestly I live near Nigeria falls New York but if where possible to order I would pay for the shipping.

I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pie and all I can say is that every bite was a delight. I traveled all the way from NJ for this pizza and it did not disappoint. I will be back again soon!

This place is a shoebox. I spent $400 for a room with barely enough space for a suitcase. It's right on the street so very loud all night long. There is no desk, no amenities, no nothing but a tiny room. The bathroom barely fits a shower enclosed with a curtain. To top it off I had a hard time getting a receipt sent to me when I asked.

Ideal to price content and near the metro.

Called up and made an appointment (after a 10 minute wait on phone). Assured of the time I left work to get home on time. 10 minutes after they were meant to show, I get a call saying they are having "car trouble" and can we reschedule for tomorrow. I realize that things happen, but the guy slipped up and said "we're really busy today" which to me means that they tried to sneak in an extra call (for $300 to snake a sink) and couldn't make it happen. Bad business sense and a huge waste of my afternoon.

Great location in the heart of East Village, considering accommodation in NYC is usually quiet costly and cramped, this was surprisingly cozy. Other than no concierge being there the truest instilled by the staff in us in keeping the apartment in tact was welcoming. Short stroll up to Astor Place to public transport, and great shopping nearby. Great value for money.

Stayed here for a business trip and would not recommend to anyone. Not a hotel these are mini studio flats. No 24 conceriege or staff. Rooms are very noisy too and air conditioning is a joke.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Incredibly overpriced ($275 to snake a toilet bowl) for a service that did not fix the problem. The plumber claimed to have snaked 10 feet and later admitted it was at least 2 feet less than that. Toilet broke again 2 days later. Plumber was supposed to come back on a Friday, but had a family emergency. Didn't bother calling to let me know that he would not be showing up. Showed up the next morning 45 minutes late. Blamed me for flushing "things" down the toilet despite the fact that I purchased the toilet paper he recommended and have flushed minimal amounts. Wanted to charge another $175 to rebuild the toilet ($20 for parts). Incredibly unprofessional and refused to spend more than 30 seconds looking at the toilet and diagnosing the actual problem. Will NEVER call this place again.

During my recent trip to New York I wanted to stay near the old neighbourhood I lived in back in the 70's. I found the perfect hotel situated on the corner of East 9th and 1st Avenue called the East Village Hotel. My room was at the top left corner and afforded a fabulous view over the neighbourhood. Before and during my stay I had to make two changes both extending my stay, Denise, who was manning reception while I stayed there made sure the changes went through without a hitch and was always on hand to help me. The room was great and the bed big and comfy. It was very hot during my stay but the aircon kept the room cool. There's a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The only thing I would have liked would have been a small table to work on rather than the thin shelf under the TV. But for a true East Village experience you can't go past it.

Great NYC plumber! He showed up right on time and did not leave a mess when he left. Price was OK and the job was done well. I'll use this plumbing company again.

My toilet kept clogging up over the span of a couple weeks after having two different nyc plumbers come in to fix it plus my super. I found this plumber after reading some reviews online and decided to give him a try. Plumbing problems in NYC can be tricky especially downtown as I found out as the plumbing is often very old. Unlike the other nyc plumber he was reliable and on time and most importantly my toilet has not clogged again after two weeks. I can say that if you're looking for a good nyc plumber call them.

The plumbing specialist guys who was sent to my home to fix a broken pipe and installed toilets and sinks on my newly renovated NYC residence was professional. Now I understand when they said that their main job is to support plumbing needs for the community the best way they can. I only asked to fix a broken pipe but they checked everything to see if there are other plumbing issues in my NYC home. The installation was perfect and the entire job was done professionally. It was quick but perfect! I can say that these NYC plumbers are wonderful people to work with and the price was not so heavy on the pocket. Good job guys.

I scheduled a repair service from this NYC plumber to repair water boiler equipment. The central heating at my small business was malfunctioning and the residents were complaining that they do not have hot water for early morning bath. As scheduled, the plumber arrived on time, in uniforms and are fully equipped with modern technology tools. They checked the status of the boiler, and found the problem. As I observed them, they are obviously professional plumbers in this line of work. They were able to finish the job on time, not as quickly but professionally. I was impressed and cost was reasonable. I’ll call them again for the maintenance.
