They’re inexpensive, decent size rooms, just in bottom floor their are ants. Friendly staff.

Quietly located motel with very friendly staff, I have rarely been greeted and cared for so kindly in an inexpensive motel. The rooms are large and clean. JFK Airport is just under a 45-minute drive away. In the morning there is free coffee. I like to come back here.

This hotel has a price below few ones around Jericho. It's generally clean. No breakfast is offered here and the closest transit train station is Hicksville.

The manager at this place was so incredibly rude when I called to ask some questions about making a reservation that I ended up not going with them. And she had the nerve to try and correct me on what I was upset about when I was calmly explaining what I was upset about. Horrible customer service.

This is nice quite place. We couldn't find any other nice economical place and we were tired. Nice place and food too. Staff is very cooperative. I've hardly seen lodges like this standard. This Lodge is in very good neighbourhood. It's on the main road and the rooms are in the back. Do not compare to other hotels. We were coming from far and compared to the motels on the way this one was like heaven to us. Morning coffee and lot of sides. At no cost. Neat place. One night was enough.

As usual quiet. Private. Great staff … rooms are spacious and always clean. We have a 3.5 year old … she loves the "hotel". 5 stars well done.

Rooms are usually good. Last time I was there the room smelled like pee.

This place has bed bugs. I let management know I took pictures too. But the manager just brushed if off. She said yes it was a bug but not a beg bug. I had bite marks and I know what a bed bug looks like. Sleep outside before you sleep here.

I left my room to get food two hours before I was supposed to check out. I come back & find my room door wide open with staff starting to throw out all my personal stuff. I called the office, we settled it. They aplogized for sending them in before my checkout time. BUT $100 was missing from my purse. They said they couldn't accuse their workers but who else stole my money? No one else was in that room. I didn't get my money back. This is the WORST motel ever. You guys hired thieves, how nice.

Room smelled like an old smelly ashtray. I asked for a non smoking room and what I got was far from it. I should have spent a few more bucks for a more quality stay.

Was outside for the event do didn't see much. Looked alright and there was decent parking. Right in Jericho Tnpk so good location.

Small bathrooms. Small garbages and if you leave garbage in your room like food boxes (even neatly left on the dresser-because their garbages are too small to fit anything in and there is only one) they threaten to not let you stay there. I was a very frequent guest who would stay many nights in a row and am so thankful I don't have to anymore. The staff is unfriendly and very unaccomodating. Their is also very limited parking especially at night and the spots are very small and I have a big car. I parked next to a hatch and went over it a little bit so that hopefully my car didn't get banged by another car door and the employee in the office came barging out of the office and told me I had to fix my car. Like really?! Why does she care? I wish I had gotten her name because this was also the unfriendliest customer service person EVER! The only thing favorable about that place is the Jacuzzi room where the Jacuzzi is shaped like a heart.

Stains on all my towels and sheets kind of skeeved me out, some damage to the walls and ceilings. Otherwise quiet and convienent.

Love staying here. A/c is amazing. Nice view of the woods from our room. We have a corner room super quiet. Great location. Bathroom is huge. Comfy beds. Super clean. Two thumbs up.

I came here because it was close to work and didn't feel like driving all the way back to Brooklyn. For about 8 hours I paid $81. Parking is ample, front desk was very helpful and nice. The room itself was aquatic themed with mirrors on the ceiling and against the beds headboard wall. Area is very quiet so I got ample sleep for my evening shift. Shower runs nice and hot. No shampoo, but I keep my own toiletries. There are little bars of soap, 2 towels and a small towel for your use. I have absolutely no complaints. The bed and linen was fresh. I will definitely be returning here when I don't feel like driving back into Brooklyn again. Hard to find a cheap, yet good hotel anywhere anymore.

Everything has been painted & updated. I was very pleased with my stay & will be sure to return the next time I visit Westbury Music Theatre.

I asked for a short stay and than I asked for a extra blanket and they told me its the summer time and in the summer they dont give out extra blanket. I even saw the maid and I saw she had a extra blanket on her cart so I asked her and she was nice enough to give it to me.

It was awful I had to ask for my money back! The guy in the front is racist plus he sitting at the desk looking for prostitute instead of him doing his job very nasty! he sits there watching your every move! he claim his boss told him to stay on the internet looking for prostitute! very disgusting! when he did not wanna return my money I told him I was Calling the police he didn't want that! When I told him to call his manager he didn't want that neither! the funny thing is before I got the room I told him I didn't want it he force me to get it then 4hours later claim I had to check out after I pay for overnight! the worst place ever! mad racist! plud he is a Perv if your boss tells you to sit on the Internet at a work place looking for prostitute! I will filed my complaint! worst experience ever.

Friend came over just me in the room. And they attempted to kick me out. I did not enjoy my stay workers are very noisy. Straight up racist. They have black workers (2 females) there they act like coons too very too much, and not a discreet place to go to.

Stayed here twice. Nice rooms. The bathroom is decent and so is the bed. Clean. Microwave and mini fridge. Nothing's on when you come in. Cable. Thin walls. Can here conversation outside. Not enough power outlets. But overall pretty good.

Needed a place to park a car so found this place… Room comfortable, clean, and staff friendly. Price good. Comparable to Motel 6. I would stay here again.

Good place to stay, but I am really disappointed, when I saw crochet in my bed, the sheet will change 2 times a week.

I have stayed here for several months while working on a project. The rooms are clean and the staff provides excellent service. I highly recommend this motel.

I stayed from just after christmas to Jan 4th 2013. The place is old and they are remodeling, and repairing after the hurricane tore the roof off 2 of the 3 buildings. But hey this is long Island, you are not going to get $29.99 rooms here. We paid about $80 a night the room, it was clean and everybody was friendly, the front deck was very helpful. There were rough looking workers staying there, they were there to do construction after the hurricane. I had no problem with any of them, in fact they were all very nice to us, no loud noise or anything. Look in the mid west the Hyatt is $75 bucks, but not in NewYork. Really what do you expect. I have to go back in July for 2 weeks, and I hope to God they have a vacancy, I really don't want to spend $150 a night. Oh our room had a King and a Queen bed, microwave, TV and fridge.

The hotel is very old. The mattresses are extremely worn and sagging. The room had a strong paint odor not because it was just painted, but because instead of cleaning the walls, they just paint over the dirt trapping an odd odor into the room. We had a room in the "new" building which seemed to be very old. The trash can in the hall had a festering smell. It was not a good value. The staff did seem nice enough. The Wi-Fi connection was weak. Definitely do not recommend for families.

Am 2 years ago for 1 week here at the Turnpike guest and made me feel at home. Who is the over-priced NYC Hotels to avoid, you will find here a good Alternative. Up to the next S-Bahhn nac Manhattan, it is not far (by car), the ride into the city takes about 30 Min. To Penn Station. At the next stay in the Meadowbrook Motor Lodge", I try to time the Indian Restaurant next door. I'm looking forward to.
