Amazing amenities especially for the price. Clean rooms… nice view. The staff is so nice. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Great location. Loved it.

This is a wonderful place for people who travel with dogs. There is an excellent place to walk dogs behind the hotel. The staff was great.

Super friendly staff! Rooms are so nice, clean & comfortable. Free breakfast is very basic but in a pinch will do the trick (hey it's free). Lots of restaurant & shopping options just down the road. Ask the front desk for a recommendation… we ate at a wonderful Italian restaurant based on their suggestion & we absolutely loved it!

Reasonable price, good linens and quiet room. Good value and convenient location.

Clean, comfortable, big room. Free Wi-Fi. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker in the room. Coffee, tea, juice free anytime downstairs. Breakfast very simple.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating. My daughter and I had a reservation that they extended late into the evening the following day when we experienced car issues and were waiting for help. We have stayed at this location several times. The rooms are always clean, the complementary breakfast is nice and they offer coffee, tea, etc 24 hours a day. We will definitely continue to stay at this hotel when in the area.

I stay here Monday through Thursday then staying up here for three months this time so far and 8 months last year great service clean rooms good location and the staff is amazing they cater to your every need they even make cookies at night for you.

I am happy with this motel. Very clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast. I wish the coffee cups were larger but I can refill them all day for free and they also have 4 flavors of free juice all day.

Not bad. Just couldn't get my room heater to work. Not much help offered at the front desk.

Nice place. Our room heater blew cold air for about half the time we stayed. Asked the front and the only option was to move family of a four to smaller room. There was no one available to fix it. And no follow up from the desk for the entire weekend.

Customer service was awful. Place was very clean but manager was very unprofessional. Rude to clients, no patience for new employees and wasn’t friendly at all.

I have stayed here for a total of 5 nights and will NEVER come back. On the phone they quoted $54/night but I was charged $78.40 and the 'manager' was so slow to respond and said there was nothing he could or would do. " The food? most staff handling the food never wore gloves or hairnets, again the manager was 100% uninterested in my comments. The food is VERY basic, bagels were like rocks but the cereal choices were adequate. You want heat? … well the temp. Control in all rooms I was in were broken or not responsive. UGGGH! Those BRIGHT overhead lights over each bed were something like in a prison, not dimmable, so if you read at night to relax, well, put your sun glasses on! The hallway rugs need to be ripped out at least or attempted to be cleaned, the hallways simply stunk! There a far better choices but if you are staying just 1 night, go ahead and take your chances.

The staff here is kind and helpful. Very nice place it should have higher rates. Central location, gym, Wi-Fi, free breakfast, what more could you ask for.

My wife, baby and I spent a couple of nights while visiting family. The prices were very reasonable, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, though a bit more attentiveness wouldn't have hurt. All in all, a nice stay. Next time we're up visiting family, I'm sure it's where we'll stay again.

Nice clean place to stay while your traveling. I would like to see more hot options for breakfast like grits, bacon buttermilk biscuits or even pancakes.

Very clean room and considering the full parking lot, very quiet. Professional, pleasant staff who know the area well, answer questions thoroughly, are good listeners, and eager to please. The continental breakfast featured apples as the daily fruit, a really good waffle making machine, and an interesting selection of juices. We enjoyed our stay and would choose Microtel Johnstown again.

Night staff was most helpful at the front desk. Very friendly and attentive to our needs and available discounts. Great customer service. Room was great, clean, and spacious. Cleaning staff deserves a hand. Amenities are fine. Best place in the area for turnpike overnighter.

I guess I simply had higher expectations for this hotel line. I less than impressed. One thing that bothered me was how their rooms were set up in the hallway. You'd have 217 right next to 205 it did not make sense… The rooms themselves were plain and unimpressive. It wasn't bad, just not impressive.

Our stay at this facility was excellent, clean and comfortable very helpful and friendly staff.

Nice and clean room. Reasonable rates. Average breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Soft towels. Plenty of parking. Nice property behind for walking dogs.

Room was extremely clean. Hotel was well laid out. Staff was excellent. It was our second stay here, and we'll happily stay again.
