Clean and fresh. That's what the hotel lobby and our room was like. We were on the 3rd floor. Mini fridge with separate freezer (nice), microwave, flat screen TV, coffee maker, hair dryer. Everything worked except for the TV remote had a couple non working buttons. That was something I'm sure they would have swapped for a good one if we asked. Continental breakfast was as expected. "scrambled" eggs, bacon, home fries, make your own waffles, English muffins, muffins, toast, Danish es donuts, oatmeal, etc. Nothing great, but not bad. Check out was easy. I would stay again.
Room is a little outdated compared to other Hilton Hampton Inn locations. The room we stayed has a hole on the wall and bathroom ceiling light does not light up. In addition, the hair blower is not working. We had to borrow one from the front desk. The front desk did offer to give us another room though. The staff are friendly. We like Hilton hotels. We sincerely hope that they can maintain the same quality across all locations. Thanks.

Room was nice, BUT ac was broken made a loud noise, and I was not able to fall asleep. The room next door had a kid crying probably 75% of the night (y isn't the room normally sound proofed? It's a hotel not a house) when I called the front desk that I cant sleep she told that thay can't fix it before the next morning, I totally Understand. The next morning when I checked out and I told that person by the front desk he didn't even tell me anything. 99% hotels do, like give you the room for cheaper. Since I had a bad experience, he told me that he was not the one there when I called at night … BAD EXPERIENCE! BAD SERVICE! NOT COMING BACK! I wish I can give zero stars!
